• Merchant (1/5): - The staff was great, and the rooms were substandard The mattresses are uncomfortable. The tub was not clean. The floor near the refrigerator was filthy with roach feces. There were water puddles on the bathroom floor and a big hole in room windows. The linens were filthy and stained. The dryers in laundry facilities were filthy with some ki d of oil ruining my work clothes, and the pillows are old and worn out .the housekeeping personally is disrespectful, constantly beating on the door, waking folks up when the room has been rerented .the price went up and due to the condition of rooms the price shouldn't be even forty dollar range In one of the rooms, I stayed in the food, was left in the freezer, and the fridge didn't work There was garbage under the. Bed and lots of residents smoking pot in the breezeway that I had to walk through one night a man came out of nowhere trying to sell meth amphetamine to me in the laundry room.this place has electricity problems with laundry center there as they have clients needing to do laundry and the clients were pulling the breaker to get machines to work when front office was told they said they'd fix it tomorrow. But a group of us googled the issue after sometime and solved the issue ourselves.

• Dafne (2/5): Avoid choosing this place - Starting with the unprofessionalism used towards me and my couple. One of the people in charge of the front office was very unbothered about if the information concerning our check in was right or wrong. He also at all times, would throw my documents (my ID) everywhere while trying to take a copy of it as if it was nothing, and that really agitated me. Once we had our chance to go check the room, our lungs were filled with pure scent of tobacco/cigarettes, and it was awful. The floor was dusty, and the room just felt completely disgusting. We decided to go back to ask for a refund because we just didn’t agree on staying in a place like such, but then again, the receptionist was very rude and pretended like everything was “okay” I explained the situation, I was clear we didn’t want to stay and that we wanted to cancel our stay and at least receive some money back, not even the complete payment, but I don’t think he understood whenever I showed to him that we were not able to cancel anything through the app, because he kept saying that I should click in there even after showing him that nothing could be done. He just didn’t seem to care, and he didn’t even try to get a solution for us.
• Robert (6/5): - I love the restaurant next door. Has really good food. Its just old and worn and it's got the most cheapest beds I've ever seen very uncomfortable. It always has a smell musky or smoke or both but that comes with the age of building I guess. I will probably stay again

• simon (4/5): very dirty room, not acceptable - Obviously, this is a budget hotel. But I have stayed in many such hotels in the past and have rarely seen a room so dirty. There was a big dead roach in our bathroom, which was filthy (i.e., dirt in the tub, etc.). Very clear that it had not been cleaned in a while

• Larry (2/5): - Well the tub leaked water all over bathroom floor, TV would play 5 mins cutoff reset, had people unwanted people knock on our door disturbing us me and 7 year old son.. all sudden door comes open.. the guy at the front desk gave these people a key to enter my room as me and child sleeping, we awoke to room full of people... The manager/owner had no right and should be charged for lettiñg just anyone in my room cause they told him they knew us . So they thought it was ok to just open my door, till I came up with pistol.. he knew then it wasn't okay
• Kelly (1/5): The absolute worst - Nothing feel like I got ripped off The room was gross I had to clean the bathroom room with bleach that I brought from home, when you turn on the water in the tub it comes out brownish yellow there was fingernail polish all over the tub and hair they had stains on the sheets and someone took the TV power wire so we could not watch TV

• Benjamin (2/5): If you can, spend a bit more money and stay somewhere else - Front desk staff was accomodating Screws and nails sticking out of walls, no furniture, cigarette burns in comforter, dead bugs on floor, dirty dented fridge. Lock torn off door. We went somewhere else immediately.
• Glenn (2/5): - I stayed here for 17 nights. Upon check-in the sheets were dirty and blood stained. I bought new bedding that night. The floors were disgusting because they never swept or mopped. I bought my own broom, dust pan, and mop. When I asked them to clean the floor, i literally sat in my vehicle and watched her mop two other rooms with the same swiffer mop sheet. staff only took the garbage and brought clean towels on a daily basis. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you pay a nightly rental you should expect a daily cleaning. Zero stars. Not satisfied and definitely not what I expected from Expedia.

• Robert (5/5): If you don't speak Spanish you may have a problem checking in to this motel. - Finally got a room with a heater that worked First off you wanted a credit card number even when it was stated I could pay at the hotel. When I got there the clerk said I needed to pay in cash. Finally after switching rooms to have heat the manager appeared to take my credit card.

• Douglas (4/5): - As the saying goes, "you get what you pay for." Check in was a challenge but not all Motels fault. Sheets were stained and I didn't dare use the comforter. Room smells and floors were not suitable to walk barefoot without having the bottom of your feet black. Trash truck came to empty dumpster at 10:30 at night. I think they are trying to improve but it has a long ways to go.
