- Mark (9/5): Pleasant short getaway convenient to all amenities in Launceston - Convenient location with off street parking in the heart of town. Even though it was on a main road, sound proofing was excellent and you wouldn’t have known. Only 2 proper lounge seats for my family of 4, but we made do.
- Judy (10/5): - Nice touches that made it feel homely. Nothing
- George (9/5): -
- Alexia (5/5): - Cute heritage building, nicely furnished with most conveniences. On a very busy road with no natural light or aspect downstairs. Also did not have a couch or anywhere for a family to relax.
- Suzanne (9/5): - Great location Bit noisy and less windows that I'd anticipated
- William (8/5): - great location, lovely old building with history.
- George (9/5): - Great location. Good appliances and comfortable beds. The lockbox code was wrong so we had trouble getting the key. However a phone call quickly rectified the situation.
- Rose (8/5): Great location beautiful little house perfect for a city stay -
- Elizabeth (9/5): - Very clean and comfortable in good location. Host was very helpful. Would like to be able to open a window but aircon was OK.
- Wayne (9/5): - City location, parking, close to dining cafes. Early morning traffic noise.

- Michael (2/5): - Close to town. Secured parking Abuts major 3 lane road. Very dank, airless rooms. Cannot open windows to air. Cannot leave door as next to rubbish bins with flies. Bathroom in need of a clean. If cooking, no exhaust fan. Room smelt of curry when we arrived

- Hayley (9/5): Great place to stay - The location was excellent and we appreciated the car park. Really clean and comfy. There was no tea towel!
- Kirsty (10/5): Lovely property with everything we needed - Great location, facilities were also wonderful, onsite parking Road noise took a bit of getting used to
- Geoff (6/5): The traffic was hideous - Mosquitoes were a problem. Shabby entrance. Door mats filthy. Garbage bins at front entrance
- Trudy (10/5): I couldn’t fault it, it was absolutely perfect 😍 - Great location, perfect parking, comfy beds and living spaces, very appealing for a long stay. Clean and secure. No issues
- lee (10/5): An exceptional stay at Urban Nook — the apartment was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The - Exceptionally clean and very comfortable Everything!
- RATCLIFFE (9/5): - Great location, comfortable and clean. Beds were lovely.
- Brad (10/5): - Wonderful settler terrace built in the 1880's. Clean, comfortable, modern and with character. Really quiet, even though on a main road. Great location in the CBD, walk to anywhere & secure parking.

- Alexandra (9/5): Comfortable and convenient for a short stay - Plenty of space for our family of three. Well equipped kitchenette. Good location. It was ideal for our one night stay. Some might find it noisy, but living in an apartment at home it was okay for us. No outside area, but appreciated you could open windows for fresh air.

- Lisa (9/5): - Location was great
- zhang (9/5): -
- Matt (8/5): enjoy you place did not want leave - everything

- Natalie (8/5): Great for a last minute stay. - Large rooms and everything we needed for one night. We were able to self check in and book and arrive within 2-3 hours as a last minute stay. The apartment smelt bad and there were limited windows to open. The shower was black making it difficult to see hot/cold water and so would be hard for someone with visual impairment. No place to place your own shower items. There were stairs leading to lounge and one bedroom which I didn’t realise when booking.
- Jodie (7/5): - Great city location, good shower and has parking. Bedrooms are along the roadside so a bit noisy.
- Michael (8/5): - Central location No outdoor room to sit
- Christine (10/5): Totally enjoyed our stay. Traffic we couldn’t hear. - Everything, easy to access, restaurants close by, very clean and comfortable. Big unit. Equipped kitchen for cooking. Loved the bathroom and shower , non slip floors. Wish all accommodation had non slip floors. Stairs are steep to get up to the lounge area and 2nd bedroom, need a hand rail at the top of the stairs, not good for elderly people, my mums 90 she couldn’t get up the stairs. We booked a 2 bedroom unit , so she slept down stairs.
- Wendy (7/5): Very pleasant stay but car park access was a significant problem. - Most aspects of the property meet our expectations given the price. First, the unit was exceptionally clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It was sufficiently spacious for four people, and the upstairs living area was particularly nice. We loved the location because we were within walking distance of everything we needed. Also, the property was easy to find. Accessing/leaving the property was a bit of a shambles. The morning of our departure the carpark gate would not open despite having the correct code. Fortunately, a man working in an office behind the accommodation units was able to use his electronic device to open the gate for us and other guests waiting to leave. I had called the manager prior and he said that he'd be there in 10 minutes. We didn't wait around for him because the gate had been opened, and we had things to do. Another problem with access occurred when we arrived (although the car park gate code worked at this stage). The day before we were due to arrive, I received an email with the unit number and its code to access our accommodation. This did not work. I called the manager, and he arrived promptly and was able to assist. Subsequently, I discovered that another email had been sent on the day of our arrival telling us that we were to stay in different unit to the one stated on the previous email. This wasn't a huge problem as access issue had been sorted with the help of the manager. In defense of the manager, he was very pleasant and helpful. Finally, I suggest the carpark access issue needs to be addressed soon. Perhaps the keypad, which looked rather old, should be replaced.
- Lyne (8/5): Lovely old cottage with interesting history. Would definitely stay here again. -
- Anne (9/5): Great place to stay in Launceston - Great position, spacious enough for four adults, wonderful facilities with a full laundry as well.
Very comfortable beds. We found an extremely obliging host who helped immensely when our “comms” went down and we needed him to come to us instead of sending access details. Nothing
- Maree (9/5): Wonderful for a short stay to enjoy Launceston. - Great location. Very clean. Comfy bed. No pleasant outside area to enjoy.
- Jolene (8/5): Beautiful heritage accommodation. Would stay again. - The accommodation was lovely and great facilities. Comfortable beds, very clean. Road noise was very loud from both bedrooms.
- Matt (10/5): it was great & the people where even better - space close town but quite
- KWUN TO (8/5): - Best location The manager forgot to send me the check in instructions until I arrived at the house and need to phone him to come over
- Barry (7/5): Adequate clean and reasonable location - Need to make it clear where enterance is and off street should be clear
As Wellington is the busiest in Launceston and hard to pull up Directions go parking
- Lara (10/5): - So clean, comfortable and beautiful and everything we needed. Very well self contained. Loved the coffee machine, coffee pods and milk for my morning coffee. Amazing location and parking provision was very very convenient. Very comfortable beds, easy check In instructions. So great
- Jo-Anne (9/5): - Location. Facilities. Steep and creaky stairs to lounge and 2nd bedroom.
- Lorraine (9/5): - The location and parking were great. The bedroom upstairs was far from the bathroom.
- Nigel (7/5): - Good fixtures and fittings, comfortable beds and good shower. Good to have a parking space at such a central location. Somewhat awkward layout, without comfortable seating area for 4 people.
Biggest negative was not getting the key code until about 3.30 on our arrival afternoon - not every tourist travels with overseas roaming on their devices, so an email sent on arrival day is too late.
- Emma (9/5): A Great Stay at Urban Nook. - The location of the apartment was excellent. It is walking distance to restaurants and cafes. It is easy to walk to the mall. Parking on site is appreciated. The apartment is quiet and clean. The upstairs TV area is fantastic. The apartment isn't huge but has all the amenities you need.
- Tanya (9/5): -
- Maria (8/5): -
- Paul (10/5): -
- Janet (9/5): -
- Ian (9/5): Excellent - Location was central within walking of most things Nothing
- Tracie (4/5): Ok but needs a decent cleaner - The location We have stayed at this property before, and it was exceptionally clean and nice. This time was rather disappointed wasn’t clean at all, especially as you come around the back door. There was a dirty nappy laying on the ground outside of the first unit and numerous other rubbish laying left all around the building.
- Hsiao Ying (8/5): - 位置超級好,去超市無敵方便 一樓房間門打開就會擋住樓梯出入口,有點不方便。
- Joseph (9/5): -
- Renae (8/5): - Great location. The block out curtains were a very pleasant surprise.
- Serena (7/5): -
- Darryl (10/5): Comfortable beds, warm and close to everything. History was great. - We had clear instructions on how to collect keys. We also had arrived in Launceston nearly an hour early and were able to enter the property earlier and due to rain we were very grateful. The Heat Pumps were on and the unit was nice and warm. Nothing to speak about.
- Kwok Hung (9/5): -
- Ross (8/5): Very pleasant stay in a clean and comfortable apartment. - Cosy and central. Beds were very comfortable.
- Elizabeth (10/5): Beautiful apartment close to the city, very comfortable, easy parking would stay again - Location was amazing
Design was so cute
Beds and pillows were superb
Lovely soft shower Could have spare towels as not serviced everyday
- Robyn (10/5): - Great location, walk to everything. Very clean and homely.

Quirky heritage building. Nil
- Heidi (9/5): -
- Mary (7/5): Good -
- Ross (8/5): Very good -
- Christopher (10/5): Great location and facilities - Very central location (5 minutes walk to Launceston shopping centre), yet quiet and peaceful. Excellent parking.
Very well appointed with a soothing Scandinavian theme to the furnishings. Lounge and TV are up stairs.
Very well equipped kitchen.
Clothes washing machine and tumble dryer in very good bathroom. But the bathroom is unheated.
Excellent heating and electric blankets on all beds (one double downstairs and two singles upstairs). It took some time to get used to stairs. These would not be suitable for the elderly or very young (without direct supervision).
- Ben (7/5): Good -
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional -
- Garry (10/5): Exceptional - Location
- Katrina (8/5): Very good -
- Peter (7/5): Great place to stay with easy access to Launceston - Very easy to locate, parking, very clean. Good basic amenities. Very good location to walk around town. It was cold at night a spare blanket would have been appreciated as didn’t want to leave the heaters on all night.
- Evans (8/5): Very good -
- Hugh (8/5): Excellent location and comfortable apartment - Good heating, spacious, well appointed. Good location close to shops and food. Excellent parking. Easy to get keys to check in Dining room chairs quite flimsy - screws need tightening asap.
Kitchen knives a bit blunt
No bath mat provided but we used a spare towel from the dryer. Bigger towels would be nice also.
- Tigergirl (8/5): A great location and very well appointed. - The location was great, central to everything! It was a little bit chilly and took a while to warm up both upstairs and downstairs.
- Melinda (9/5): Perfect for our requirements - Great location and loved the history of the building No negatives
- Sharon (7/5): Good -
- Keith (7/5): Close and comfy - Central location with easy walking to town centre and easy access to roads going north and south; comfortable bedrooms on two levels; good kitchen and dining facilities; comfortable beds; roomy enough for three adults. Located close to the exit from the West Tamar Highway and on a main one-way street, noise from motorbikes, many light and all heavy vehicles was noticeable at times in the main bedroom.
- Chris (9/5): good digs - very comfortable beds, location on a very busy road ¹
- Denise (10/5): Cute and quiet - A quirky and cute 2 bedroom apartment, so beautifully set up with everything you could need. The beds were so comfortable with gorgeous linen. We had the best sleep! Bathroom and laundry were great, pods provided for the washing machine and a great shower.Parking was off street and secure. Great instructions to enter via gate and access keys.
The property is on a busy road but you would not know as it's very quiet once you're inside. nothing
- Graeme (8/5): Very good -
- Phil (8/5): Very good -
- Keen (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jody (9/5): Centrally located, a super cute and cosy place to stay. - Fantasic location very central to the city, it had everything we needed. Very cosy, super clean and having the secure parking was excellent. It's located on the main road into Launceston and even though the front windows are double gazed and covered with a full acoustic curtain the road noise at times was a bit loud from the downstairs bedroom.
- Steve (9/5): Gorgeous little character property so close to everything! - Cool character property with all modern facilities available. Awesome location close to everything! Unusual layout one bedroom on ground floor and one upstairs with the living room upstairs
- Linda (10/5): great location and beautiful accommodation - great location, lovely and clean, everything that was needed was there and great information in a folder from the hosts nothing
- Russell (6/5): Pleasant - Central Very close to busy street
- Pat (10/5): Just perfect. The property has charm is comfortable and is central. Highly recommend it as a stay - Great communication and all as explained Nothing
- Nattikan (8/5): Very good -
- Leon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rachel (6/5): Lovely in Launceston - Clean, quaint, and comfortable. Plenty of heating and set up like a home away from home. It is on a busy one-way street, so there is traffic noise. However, this did not affect my sleep, but for others, ear plugs might be needed.
- Paul (8/5): Very good -
