• Olivia (10/5): Perfect piece of paradise in a brilliant location - This is a stunning little piece of paradise. The garden is just incredible, with gorgeous leafy shade which we took plenty of advantage of! And a wonderful outdoor bbq. The property is so well equipped- there is literally nothing you need to bring except yourselves. This is such a joy with self catering accommodation as so often you need to buy fabric conditioner or pan scourers! There is also a Nespresso coffee machine- first time I’ve had one in Lanzarote and it was much appreciated! Beach towels and bathroom towels were provided, and the shower was exceptional. Loved it! It didn’t bother us at all, but depending on the wind, there is some noise from the refuse collectors as the bins are located near the property. Again not an issue for us but no dishwasher.
• Henriette (9/5): Empfehlenswertes Haus mit schönem Garten - Urlaub im Haus von Naira war eine wunderbare Erfahrung, die ich gerne weiterempfehle. Das Haus liegt in einer gated community, zu der man einen Türcode oder Schlüssel braucht. Das fühlt sich sehr sicher an. Es besteht aus einem großen hellen Wohnzimmer mit TV mit allen Kanälen, einer funktionalen Küche mit Kapselmaschine, Heißluftfritteuse, Mikrowelle, Herd mit Backofen, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, aber ohne Geschirrspüler. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, es gab genügend Töpfe, Teller usw. sowie auch Gewürze, Kaffee für den Anfang. Des Weiteren gibt es zwei separate Schlafzimmer, eins mit Doppelbett, das zweite mit zwei Einzelbetten. Beide ließen sich hervorragend verdunkeln und waren groß genug. Das Bad ist blitzsauber und funktionstüchtig, es gab immer heißes Wasser, der Fön war super. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und die Kommunikation easy und schnell. Das Beste war der Garten mit großer Terrasse und einem schattigen Essplatz unter Johannisbrotbäumen. Die Lage des Hauses war gut, nah genug am Strand für ein schnelles Bad und recht nah an der Promenade. Ein kleinerer Supermarkt ist direkt gegenüber, ein größerer Superdino in Laufnähe. Wenn ich etwas bemängeln sollte, sind es die Straßengeräusche und dass es tatsächlich etwas schwierig war, gut durchzulüften, um so die Temperatur im Wohnzimmer etwas zu drosseln. Aber beides sind zu vernachlässigende Kleinigkeiten, die nicht wirklich gestört haben.
• jennifer (9/5): - A lovely stay for my parents in an accessible villa. Easy access to shops and the port. Naira was lovely and very helpful. The villa was clean and comfortable.
• Elisabeth (8/5): Really Enjoyable - The villa was very clean, comfortable and spacious; close to the town centre and the pool on the complex was lovely. Naira, the owner, met us on our arrival, which was nice. Overall, we had a very relaxing holiday. There was quite a lot of noise after midnight from the parking area adjacent to the villa and early in the mornings from vehicles collecting refuse and recycling.
• Dave (10/5): - Lots of roomy space, entering casa chica felt like entering a best friend's home. Home from home facilities, including the BBQ. Lovely little touches, like evening blanket wraps & beach towels. Very quiet & private location, but a short stroll to the beach, supermarket, bars, fab restaurant & don't the local volcano.... We arrived at near midnight (late due to the airline), but the communication from the host was spot on & the welcome pack was very appreciated. The seating & table under the tree in the garden provided a relaxing break for lunch. There was nothing not to like 🥰.
• Andy (9/5): Perfect holiday home for families and a great location close to beaches, shops, restaurants etc - Great property with lots of space, close proximity to the shared pool which we had to ourselves most of the time. Would benefit from air conditioning and then would be 10/10
• Sarah (10/5): Spacious 2 bedroom villa with beautiful garden - Beautiful spacious villa. This felt like a home from home. Really enjoyed the garden area. If you're seeking some cooling shade this was ideal. The location is perfect, a short walk to the beach, bar's and restaurants. The location also felt very secure with the villa being in a small gated complex. Everything was clean and tidy, with all the cleaning items and towels we needed for our family holiday. The villa owner is so welcoming and helpful and helped by responding to queries before our stay. Didn't want to leave 🙂

Very spacious, great to have breakfast out on the terrace and then sit in the garden after a day's exploring the island. Lovely Naira a mine of information and always replied to questions on whats app. What a charming and delightful host. We would definitely come back here and I hope we do! Nothing
• Charles (10/5): Casa Chica - A great place to stay! - Naira, the host, is exceptional. Casa Chica is very clean and tidy - and the garden is a delight! Imagine sitting on a warm evening enjoying your evening meal under the shade of a mango and acacia tree! Hats off too to Pedro who does a great job of looking after the garden. There is a little road noise - but that is only to be expected when being so close to the front. We felt that we were more than compensated by the close proximity of the shops, restaurants and beaches.We will definitely be coming here again.

• Alexey (9/5): Nice house close to a beach - Spacious, comfortable and well equipped house. Friendly host. Good beach nearby. A good supermarket and a few restaurants across the road. No air condition. I didn't need it in December but one may want it in summer. Some noise from the road and evening entertainment nearby. It wasn't bad at all but quite noticeable. I wouldn't fancy sunbathing/relaxing in the garden there but the house was perfect to spend evenings/nights and have some meals.

Short walk to Playa Blanca centre and beach. Very spacious recently renovated property with lovely terrace and garden. Well equipped kitchen. Swimming pool was quiet and easily accessible. Hostess very helpful and friendly. Nothing. All was good.
