• Ducharme (7/5): Ordinaire sans plus, il y a place à l’amélioration. - les 2 chambres il y avait des taches de nourriture sur la table de cuisine et aussi sur le comptoir sous la cefetière, de la vaiselle et des ustensiles sales dans les armoires et tiroirs de cuisine, les murs auraient besoin de peinture. Le lit dans la chambre principal est très inconfortable. Appartement dans un vieil immeuble.
• Tudor (8/5): Séjour à Bologne - Appartement dans une résidence en proche périphérie du centre historique de Bologne. Confortable et bien entretenu. Adapté pour une famille de trois personnes, même quatre. Centre historique atteignable en 30 minutes à pied ou en bus.
• Noemi (10/5): Perfetto! - Appartamento prenotato all’ultimo minuto e siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti. L’host si è dimostrato subito disponibile e gentile, venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze anche per il letto supplementare. Comunicazione veloce e accoglienza impeccabile. Consigliato!

• banu (10/5): - Wenn man für ein Paar Tage in Bologna ist dieses Wohnung ist ideal...Sie liegt etwas außerhalb der Altstadt bzw. Stadtmauern, villeicht 30 min zu Fuß..Es gibt aber Busverbindungen. DIE Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, esbgibt alles, man köntnaturlich immer was verbesser z.B die Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer., aberbdas ist Detail. Eine gute Wohngegend.. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereich und kommunikativ..Es gibt alles was man braucht.Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen wieder.

• Giulia (10/5): Soggiorno comodissimo se si viaggia in macchina, sotto casa si trova posteggio facilmente ed è fuori dalla ZTL. La casa - Pulita, ordinata, moderna e accogliente Nulla
• Michele (10/5): Tre giorni con la famiglia per un evento e per far conoscere Bologna - La struttura è andata oltre le mie aspettative. Il gestore è stato attentissimo a fornire tutte le informazioni necessarie per arrivare ed accedere alla struttura e ci ha deliziati con una piccola colazione fuori programma. L'appartamento è comodissimo anche per cinque persone (famiglia) con letti super riposanti, infissi a tenuta di rumori, riscaldamento gradevole e tutti gli accessori necessari per soggiornare in maniera indipendente (piano cottura ad induzione, forno a microonde, bollitore elettrico, macchina per caffè in capsule...). Il bagno, molto bello esteticamente, è della dimensione ottimale. le camere sono essenziali con una praticissima e spaziosa cabina armadio. La posizione è strategica per chi voglia evitare il centro storico ma mantenere comunque una distanza accettabile senza problemi di parcheggio (ci siamo recati in piazza Maggiore a piedi in mezz'ora di cammino passando da Porta Maggiore e visitando anche il mercatino di S. Lucia). Molto vicino il centro ospedaliero di S.Orsola Malpighi. Il rapporto qualità / prezzo è eccezionale. Perfetto così
