• Ankit (5/5): - Location was nice. Price per night was fair. Old rooms, needs cleaning. There were cockroaches all around. No wifi signal inside the room.

• Anil (4/5): It was not good - Nothing i liked in my stay. I think they charged me more. The room was smelling bad while entering, AC was not working, cockroaches were seen in the bathroom, there were mosquitoes.

• Seshadri (6/5): Overall very average - The room was good. The Rest room was not very clean. The Shower head was dirty, broken and water was coming out very slowly.The towels were stinking. The corridors were smelling of Cigarette smoke. For the premium price that they charge, the expectations of customers should be met. There is no Filter coffee for the breakfast.

• Tarun (1/5): Bad - Nothings was there to like, everyday have same menu and also asked extra charges rather then menu card and also asked service charges for bad services and not ready to remove service charge.. Very worst experience. Extra charges asked by staff, non cooperative receptionist and manager, they wash my suit instead of dry clean infact they damages it also.

The staff was prompt and shifted me to another room . The room was dusty . There was plenty mosquitoes and this ac also did not cool the room . For the price paid inly the bed and size of room was worth it. It's in a very shabby dilapidated state and in urgent need for a renovation . .

Cleanliness of room not proper even bath towels not provided with initial check in after repeated reminder provided but not properly washed. Room service menu card with old rates and making bills with revised rates. Internet is pathetic.
