There is a small parking if you will arrive with the car. The breakfast is perfect arranged, cause you can choose what you want to eat, also the time of the breakfast. • Chantal (9/5): Grote aanrader vlakbij Oia - Het personeel doet echt wel alles om het je naar je wens te maken. Ligging is top ! Ook heel ruime kamers. Enige klein puntje van kritiek: plaats om je kledij op te bergen. Dat was er quasi niet. Het ontbijt waren wij ook niet perse zo enorme fan van.

• Arnaldo (10/5): Sensacional e imperdível. - A velha dúvida entre Oia e Fira dominou a pesquisa por 02 meses e decidimos por Oia. Não erramos. Fira é show, mas Oia é indescritível. Nossa escolha por este hotel foi baseado nos comentários e eles estavam certos. O hotel é 10 min andando de distância do centrinho, mas a caminhada é top. O quarto é amplo, limpo e espaçoso. O atendimento é excelente e a experiência do café é único. O por do sol está a esquerda do hotel e a vista da Caldeira é sua e somente sua e não tem nada na sua frente. Pode ficar lá sem medo. Não é algo que eu não gostei com a esposa, mas precisamos dizer que a vista do quarto e do hotel é SENSACIONAL, mas NÃO ESTÁ no meio das casinhas brancas. Pode ser uma vantagem por conta da privacidade ou uma escolha. Não se preocupe, andando menos de 05 minutos vc está no meio do "caos"e as fotos das casinhas "instagramáveis" ao seu alcance.

• Jonathan (10/5): Paradise for two nights in Santorini! - Truly fantastic value on an island where that's difficult to attain. Gorgeous rooms, view, 15 min walk to Oia so you can beat the crowds coming from Fira. The breakfast was served on our patio and was wonderful. The best part though was the service, from reception to housekeeping, all was top notch! A bit closer to Oia would be nice but it would start to get noisy where Oia Suites is quiet and raised above the trail so you still felt private where many hotels are not.
• Hider (10/5): Beautiful quiet spot close to Oia - Great location for an easy walk to Oia but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The included breakfast was delicious and the staff wonderful. Nice food and drink menu for delivery poolside. We were traveling with elderly family members and the steps down to the pool area were steep and did not have rails in all sections. We did tend to find this true in a lot of Greece. Just need to be extra cautious.

• Emma (9/5): Amazing location near Oia, facilities and service very good for a short stay. - Location is excellent just a stroll away from Oia. The view is perfect and the decor is simple and stylish. The whole facility seems to be quite new. Pool and relaxation area was also great. Staff extremely helpful and kind. We got suite 6 for three adults. The space was ok for two nights but not enough for a longer stay. Things to improve: bathroom ventilation is too noisy; description of facility should be clear that it is not a hotel and no restaurant. It is a luxury bed and breakfast with pool and service. Also the description in booking talks about a beach but there is no beach. Should be removed or clarified.
• Farnaz (10/5): Paradise - The view was phenomenal. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and wonderful. Each suite had so much privacy. The staff was brilliant and always at your service. The ladies at the front desk went above and beyond. They booked all my reservations for me (the best tables) all my private chauffeurs from the hotel. I went with a friend, but I would say this is a perfect couples destination! When I say views, I literally mean you open your door and you’re in paradise. Not a dislike, more of a suggestion. You are required to rent the Shisha by the hour which is a bit odd considering Shisha is meant to be smoked and enjoyed for a while so I would suggest just charging a one off for the Shisha. Otherwise, nothing to dislike!

• Volkan (9/5): Superb - I had a very pleasant stay at Oia Suites. The hotel is located just before entering the main part of Oia, on the main road, which makes it close enough to the center while still staying away from the heavy crowds. Right across the hotel, there’s a lovely, authentic Greek taverna – not one of those overly touristic, mass-production places you often find in the city center. The food was delicious, the prices were much more reasonable, and their local wines were excellent. The hotel is also very convenient for walkers – the main hiking trail that crosses Santorini passes right in front of the property. That said, as with most of the island, having a vehicle (car, ATV, scooter, etc.) is highly recommended. Luckily, the hotel can arrange this for you at a small extra cost, which was very helpful. As for breakfast, you get to select your choices from a menu list and it’s brought directly to your room – a nice touch. However, one suggestion: it would be much easier to make selections if the menu included pictures of the items. For instance, when choosing “two slices of bread,” it’s hard to know the size or portion. The same goes for dishes like antipasti – it’s difficult to guess how filling they are without visuals. Overall, Oia Suites offers a warm, well-thought-out stay that blends comfort with the beauty of Santorini. Highly recommended!

• Christo (10/5): Just perfect! - Just woooooooow! The place was perfect. It was our first hotel in Santorini where we stayed, but we liked it very much. Best thing is that the hotel is not situated in the center of Oia, which is perfect as you are not inside the tourist crazyness that happens on the main streets of Oia and Fira. There is plenty of space and parking spots if you take a rent-a-car. The view from every room while in the jacuzzy is....exceptional. The girls from the reception were exceptional as well - ready to help you in every situation and for every wish you may have - wine tour, retaurant reservations, rentals and etc. They offer a very convenient airport shuttle, as we arrived quite late. In conclusion - everythig was perfect. Not a single thing :)
• Ifeyinwa (10/5): Fabulous place to chill and relax in Santorini - I stayed at the Oia Suites for 5 days and I honestly could have stayed longer. The staff were fantastic, I've never felt so welcomed and Efi and Anastasia really went above and beyond from the moment I arrived. They gave recommendations for restaurants, places to visit and arranged a rental car for when I wanted to visit more of the island. The view from my suite was absolutely exquisite, especially when using the hot tub and when having breakfast. Breakfast was served every morning on my balcony and I never got bored of my view. I liked that the location was slightly out of town. Oia is less than a 10 minute walk away (part pavement, part main road), but I never felt unsafe walking even with cars going past, though you can take the trail from the rear of the hotel that still gets you to Oia. I preferred this location as it isn't overlooked and even with people walking past via the path, it wasn't intrusive. I went to Santorini to relax and staying specifically at the Oia Suites I felt that I did and am already planning my next trip back. Nothing

The team at Oia suites, Effy & Anastasia make you feel so welcome & are so helpful throughout your stay. The hotel is in the perfect location, about a 10 minute walk down an insanely gorgeous path into Oia - you wouldn’t actually want to be any closer to Oia, being just a bit outside is much better. The rooms were beautiful, we had one with a warm jacuzzi which was beautiful to use both during the day & evening. Breakfast is brought to your room each morning and served on the balcony in the sun, couldn’t get better. The hotel is kept immaculately, and you always see staff around cleaning. The pool is beautiful & the views are breathtaking. You can even text the reception to bring you drinks & food to the pool or your room, which is lovely. Highly recommend this hotel & a huge thank you to the staff. Also- we rented an ACV to travel around one day to other beaches & towns and would highly recommend this.

The views from the balcony were exceptional and it was lovely to be able to order breakfast to the balcony every morning. The pool area was also extremely relaxing and the suite itself was spacious and clean. Not only were the location and suite ideal, but the staff were also so friendly and went over and above to make our stay special. We were greeted with snacks (which were very welcome as we landed in the early hours of the morning) and a birthday cake for my partner. The staff also took the time to help with every little request, including helping us to overcome the language barrier when ordering a takeaway with a local restaurant. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be revisiting / recommending to all of our family and friends!

We loved the pool area which was overlooking the sea, it was truly stunning. The suites were also a 10 minute walk into the centre of Oia which we loved because we were away from the crowds. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Honestly the photos don’t do this place justice, it’s even more beautiful than the photos show! Everything was amazing. Nothing!

I've been around the world and have stayed in some unbelievable places ! but this place is up there .what a unbelievable place !!! room was fantastic view unbelievable staff exceptional 👏. effie and anastasia were incredible never had such exceptional service. the other staff were amazing and especially bibic whom never stopped working ! when you are looking for a place which has everything " this is it" and it's cheap to what you get .if you want loads of people looking at you when eating your breakfast or sitting in your hot tub book somewhere else !!! BUT IF YOU WANT PEACE AND QUIET .WITH THE BEST VIEWS EVER AND EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE .THIS IS THE PLACE !!! we stayed for 2x weeks. so the only thing l didn't like was "LEAVING" .

• Cameron (10/5): A Haven in Santorini - Truly wonderful and beautiful stay. The Hotel has the most incredible views. The rooms were lovely and comfortable. We stayed for 5 nights, and didn’t want to leave. We never tired of the short walk into Oia, every time greeted with the iconic view of the whitewashed buildings perched on the cliff edge. But loved retreating to the calm of Oia Suites in the evenings, overlooking the Caldera from our terrace. The staff deserve special mention. Some of the most personal, and kind staff I have ever encountered in a hotel stay. From reception, to housekeepers, they were so kind. As the property only has 8 rooms, they go the extra mile to make you feel special.

Breakfast was delivered to our balcony every morning with an incredible view. It wasn't busy at the pool, we were was able to get a sun bed whenever we went down. Really can't recommend this place enough.

The atmosphere is relaxed and private, the view of the crater amazing and the pool area is as though you have your own exclusive space. Little things, like breakfast served until 11am that make a totally chilled morning, you can take a swim before breakfast. If you want opulence it’s not the place, but if you want a quiet romantic place. Oia suites pretty well covers everything. Nothing, you would be hard pressed to find any flaws

• Jenna (10/5): Stunning views, amazing service. - The view is stunning. Both from the balconies and the pool, you have a beautiful, unbroken view of the caldera. Thanks to the location being a little outside of Oia (maybe a 10/15 walk), it's wonderful peaceful and you don't get many tourists gathering to interrupt the view or spoil the peace, but you still have all the attractions of the town (shops, bars, restaurants, etc.) on your doorstep. Everywhere is cleaned regularly, to a very high standard. Our room was spacious and well decorated. Breakfast is delivered to your balcony each morning, which you select the day before. The yoghurt and honey were delicious! And the Greek coffee definitely sets you up for the day. Anastasia and Efi on the front desk were wonderful - nothing was too much trouble. They offered advice, arranged, trips and taxis, and always had a warm welcome. We enjoyed a half-day catamaran cruise which was great, and a wine tasting at Santowines with stunning views on the other side of the island. Would recommend both. I honestly can't think of anything that could have improved our stay.
• László (10/5): It was one of my best decision after so many hours searching to book this hotel to our holiday. - When we woke up in the morning and step out from our room the view was amazing and never experienced. Feels like to be in the paradise! Our room was really nice and we enjoyed the private jacuzzi every night. If we come back to Santorini we choose Oia Suites again for sure. Efi was really kind and support us in everything, so thank you very much again!

We received the warmest welcome I could have asked for, being offered complimentary refreshments before filling out the paperwork and then being given a personal tour of the facilities and our suite by Anastasia. (Whatever that woman gets paid should be doubled, she really made our stay in Santorini extra special!) Our choice of breakfast was brought to our suite each morning, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful Caldera view while we ate. The food was great and always delivered with big smiles and warm words. This place is perfect for couples as it’s very intimate and pretty quiet. It’s about a 15min walk (20 with a pregnant gf) from the beautiful town of Oia which is ideal as you are close to shops/bars etc but out of the way of constant foot traffic. Nothing but thanks and praise for this place and all of the staff here! Having to leave.

• Ron (9/5): Superb - The view is amazing. It's a short taxi ride to center of Oia where all the restaurants and shops are. We liked being close, but far enough away that is was completely quiet around us. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They arranged taxis and made reservations for us at restaurants last minute when we wouldn't have been able to get in to them. Your view will depend on what room you get. We were in room 7. Great view and private. Our kids were in room 3. Only Water view was from their patio outside the room. It looked like room 4 had the best water views and largest patio looking over the water. Not much to say here. If I had to find something it would be that room 7 had an open shower without doors The shower was great but the entire room would steam up for a little bit. Not that big of a deal really.
