Luego muchas noches con sus colegas de fiesta. No me sentí cómodo del todo. Si buscas estar de fiesta y colegueo, es tu sitio. Si buscas tranquilidad buscate otro.

• van Hoek (8/5): - Fijn verblijf, goede locatie, warm water in de douche en de man van de accommodatie was heel aardig. We kwamen eerder aan maar mochten alsnog gelijk in de kamer, super! Veel mieren in de kamer en je wordt niet super veel geholpen tijdens je verblijf

• Amina (9/5): - The place is great. The young man who works there is more than wonderful, helpful, and always smiling. The location is very good, close to Mirissa Beach. The place is clean and offers a paid laundry service for $2. The only problem is the lack of air conditioning; the place needs it. The kitchen was clean and had everything I needed. They also offered to cook for me if I brought the ingredients, but I didn't try it. It was a nice gesture from the place to provide excellent service. I highly recommend it. The place has two fans, which wasn't too bad overall.
• Sharon L (10/5): Meets all your needs for the price - I had a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly. The location was good, short walk to the beach and close to the main road with lots of restaurants. It was good to have a kitchen and fridge to use, plus having a washing machine to use (at a cost). I primarily booked for the price and location and it was good value. No hot water but didn't need it in the heat and air conditioner worked perfectly.
• Kaan (8/5): - Very nice and attentive owner. You can use the kitchen to cook and price is very good. Didn't have hot water in my room it was not needed in the hot weather but sometimes at least lukewarm would have been good.

На вилле ежедневная уборка общих зон, на кухне разнообразие посуды для готовки и сервировки, есть все,что нужно для комфортного пребывания. Очень удобная кровать, есть зеркало, удобная вешалка и стол со стулом. Улица оборудована приятной обеденной зоной, также есть стиральная машина, гладильная доска и веревка для сушки белья. Можно арендовать байк у хозяина, парковка для байков в тени, что позволяет не перегреваться сиденью. Хозяин по запросу делает уборку. Я продлила свое проживание до 3х недель и осталась довольна. Не понравились следы на потолке и стенах, видимо когда-то была плесень. Радует,что хозяин её устранил, но было бы здорово обновить ремонт. Также на кухне угол разбухший от сырости, старые доски для готовки.
• Louis (8/5): Great stay - This property was in an ideal location, and the owner was a great host. The staff were always happy to help with any trips and even had motorbikes to rent. I rented a bike for 2 weeks and got a great price on an exceptional vehicle
• Chelsea (7/5): Naja ganz nett - Preis Leistung okay. Gastgeber war immer anwesend falls man Anliegen gehabt hätte. In Gehweite zur Hauptstrasse und Strand Das Zimmer war sehr gross, uns fehlte lediglich eine Ablage für einen Koffer oder eine Sitzbank oder ähnliches, damit wir unsere Sachen nicht immer auf dem Boden bei den Ameisen hätten ausbreiten müssen. Es gab Geckos im Badezimmer, welche aber harmlos waren. Bei den beiden vordersten Zimmern hört man jedes Wort, welches im Aussenbereich gesprochen wird. Hundebellen riss uns in der Nacht manchmal aus dem Schlaf und an einem Sonntag weckte uns die benachbarte Ancient Mirissa Bodhiya um 6:00 früh morgens mit ihren wahnsinnig lauten Lautsprechern, welche bis um etwa 10:00 anhielten. Das Schloss des Zimmers ist nicht immer einfach zu öffnen und schliessen gewesen.

• Letizia (10/5): Angenehmer Ort um alles zu erkunden - Es war sehr angenehm und der Gastgeber war super freundlich. Er hat uns gleich gezeigt was man allen in Mirissa machen kann und hätte einem viel organisieren können. Auch am Tag an dem wir bereits ausgeschenkt haben durften wir unser Gepäck den ganzen Tag dort verstauen. Die Lage war super, zu Fuß ist alles angenehm erreichbar. Nichts :)

• Rebekah U (9/5): - The room is good sized, comfortable bed and pillows, good mosquito net, AC and ceiling fan work well. All the facilities are very clean, including the common areas and shared kitchen, which is well equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, even a blender. There's a washing machine to do laundry and plenty of line outside to dry it. The overall vibe of Hanguk Villa is really welcoming and homey, with plenty of common spaces to converse with other guests and the staff. It's in a quiet area, but it's convenient to the beach and grocery store (only a 5-minute walk to each).The staff is very warm and helpful. It's a great place. No frills, but very comfortable. There's even a really calm, friendly dog and cat who hang around! The shower isn't hot, but in this climate, it feels warm enough. It was not really a problem.

• Mateja (8/5): Nice place on nice location - The 2 guys that greeted us were great, especially the smaller one, who is learning Japanese. The house has everything, each room has its bathroom, you have a shared living room and kitchen. Outside there is a lil garden with benches. It is a pretty good location, away from traffic, but pretty close to the beach There was mold everywhere. I'm not sure if it is like this in every place, but I heard that it shouldn't be. I had to have my fan and AC turned on all the time, so I wouldn't smell the mold. The smell is the only thing that is annoying. But it is manageable, all in all, since the price is really low, I shouldn't complain

• Natalia (10/5): Feel at home - Wonderful villa! Very convenient location - the ocean, shop, bus stop are close, and the villa is in a quiet place. Wonderful owner Miyuru was always in touch, drove us by tuk tuk at a good price around Mirissa and Weligama. Clean rooms with their own bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. There is a washing machine, ironing board and iron. When leaving, Miyuru gave us a branded keychain as a keepsake. If we come to Sri Lanka again, we will choose Hanguk Villa.

Always friendly and very helpful. Nice comfy beds. Fan room, which for me is okay with in the heat but pick aircon if you can't! Really handy having a communal kitchen. Nothing to complain about.

We wish we would have found this place earlier as it was so nice, quiet and spotless. The room was very comfortable and had all the needed amenities, including mosquito net and good fan. Lack of induction to the place - ie would be nice to know that you turn shower tap to the left and wait 5 mins and that there was a kitchen available. Fan and top of mosquito net was very dusty. Very low key but friendly owner and offered to book tours/snorkelling for us but didn’t tell us till we had booked elsewhere (this should be part of the induction).

• Björn (8/5): Very good - The hostel belongs to two friends. Very friendly and respectful host. One of them speaks english. They arranged a whale watching and a crocodile watching tour for us. Our host joined us at our crocodil tour, which was amazing. After this he showed as a little temple for free. Thank you for this day :) If you want he teaches you how to cook sri lanka food. Clean rooms and a nice terrace. Theres also a well equiped kitchen. Its a calm place. Its only one minute to the Main road where some Shops and Restaurants are. And its a walk about 5 minutes to the beautiful beach of mirissa. For this price nothing to add. But if you book you have to know two things: AC is charged extra, but seems to me normal in sri lanka. If you have a room close to the terrace you can hear the people talking, even if the window are closed.

• Sarka (10/5): Small guesthouse, worth the money - Everything about this place what is managed by the owner or the staff is good - it's literally backside of the Mirissa bus stop, so if you get down from the bus, you literally walk just around 200 m and you're there. It's a new guest house, so it's clean and staff also upkeeps cleanliness well. The price you can't contest, the cheapest guesthouse we stayed at in the whole Sri Lanka. Staff is extremely helpful with anything, be it a mosquito repellent, umbrella etc. It's hotter in the room because of Mirissa's humid weather, but they can't do anything about that.
• Agnes (10/5): Quiet comfortable and clean house - The house is beautiful and the room really confortable, I think all the installation are new. Big bed, everything clean and well equipped kitchen. For me it was perfect because I want to relax in a quiet place and spend some time at home during this long trip, there is some space outside as well where I could practice some yoga. 2 friends are starting this project together, there are really helpful, making always sure I have everything I needed, then even brought me to the local fish market. In the harbour. This house has been my favourite place to stay in Mirissa so far. Everything perfect on my side
