YQ (7/5): Overall, pleasant stay :) - When I booked the room, I contacted the host and she was great in helping with everything through WhatsApp, she is friendly and very responsive. The room is good enough for money. The house has a lift, which surprised me. I only carried a backpack, but it was still nice to skip the stairs. The mattress is thin and surprisingly I had good sleep. The location is rather remote, so renting a motorbike makes getting around much easier. However, I felt there was a lack of human connection and warmth here. During my three-night stay, I didn’t meet anyone—the process of picking up the keys, making payment, and returning the keys was all done by leaving them at designated spots. The room I stayed in looked older than in the photos; the pictures were taken really well. There's no filter water dispenser but kettle to cook water, I bring my own bottle but hardly refill water here, my room has only 2 bottle of 500ml water.

It is easy to self-check in and close the Dragon Bridge and the beach. The host Ann is so helpful and always in contact with me when needed. She shared useful information about the area. This homestay is 10/10 to me so nothing to complain about

Only found out at the end that you needed to flick a switch for the hot water so we had cold showers. If the staff could advise guests on arrival, that would be nice.

She provided everything that we need and shared the useful information around the area. The atmosphere made us feel like home. Warm and lovely. All good. But one thing, they dont have elevator, so will need some effort to bring the luggage up and down.

Fuugaki (8/5): Very good - A lovely homestay located right near the Dragon Bridge and night market, easy to reach all spots. Rooms are clean and full of natural light which I love the most. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The homestay provides free bicycles. The only minus point is that they didn't have clothes hanger inside the bathroom. I did feedback to the homestay owner and she said that she would fix it soon.

Avash (8/5): Very good - A beautiful quaintly decorated homestay. Location was very convenient for reaching the beach about 20 minutes walk and Dragon Bridge just a few minutes walk. We were there on Sunday so we were able to visit the night market near the Dragon Bridge as well as watch the fire and water show on the bridge and then just walk home as opposed to getting a cab as the roads were very busy. Safe parking space for motorbike. Lack of places to have breakfast. There were many cafes in the area that only served drinks.

Jillian (10/5): Great Location for seeing Da Nang - This was the perfect place to stay in DaNang! It is walkable to the night market and dragon bridge which are both really fun. The host helped us book a tour to the Ba Na hills to see the golden bridge. She also told us about the fire show at the bridge (which we had no idea about) and sent us a great list of local restaurants and a short list of ones that would be open late since we arrived around 10 PM. We felt so at home, the room was exactly as pictured and the place is clean and lovely! There were also bikes available that we took to the beach which was only a 20 minute walk, or a 10 minute ride. The rooftop was also really nice. We would definitely stay here again, its excellent! no complaints :)

The staff is wonderful and was amazing enough to hold onto a bag for me while I went to Thailand. I also locked myself out and she came and rescued me because I grabbed the wrong key to get back in. make sure to communicate in advance what your arrival time is so they will be there for you and you won’t have any problems. Grab is not a issue to get anywhere. no TV but for me it was nice to not have it for a few nights. just something to know. Really I liked everything about my stay and can’t wait to return!

I walked over to the Lagoon Rooftop, that has amazing cocktails and an even more amazing view of the dragon bridge. From Nang House it's a 4 minute walk 😃. The room was clean and tidy and has airconditioning. Felt very comfortable here, would definitely recommend! -

Lianne (6/5): Great location but basic in terms of seevice - Decor and location are great This place is more hostel than guest house, in terms of there being a communal kitchen and no tea making equipment in your room. Also your room will not be cleaned during your stay. The room does not have big towels, only hand towels. There is rarely a staff member in the building, they are only contactable on WhatsApp. Also we was on the fourth floor (no lift) with two toddlers, it was a lot of stairs!

Common kitchen area, is a good gather point for group traveller. There is a nice coffee outlet just 1 min walk from the unit, open very early in the morning. would be great if there is lift in the unit, else please expect to carry the luggage up the stairs.

Que (1/5): Bad - I never did stay there, how am I supposed to leave a review? I was left with luggage in front of the place (locked), unble to reach the number, until I facetime called them thru email and was told that the room was cancelled because I didn’t pay - which is ridiculous as 1, booking.com says “book now, pay when u checkin”; 2, the ownver sent an email and a text message (ready-made template) saying I need to pay in 24hrs - I book the place at 8 pm the night before and was coming to pay at 4pm the day after; and 3, I never received a cancellation accouncement by booking.com even until now, all I got was a single missed call from the owner. I understand all the upfront payment thing, but the frustration caused to the customer by their bad communication is unacceptable. They could have just sent me a text saying “hey I couldn’t get hold of you so I cancelled it”. How simple and polite that would have been!
