- Frédérique (8/5): Très bonne accueil de la part de Francesco - L’hôte était super sympathique, l’appartement était spacieux et confortable et on pouvait facilement y cuisiner avec la cuisinière. Le four, la toilette et la douche étaient brisées. Il a aussi fallut qu’on cherche comment faire pour brancher la télévision qui n’était pas connectée à rien.

- Gancheva (10/5): We had a great time and would definitely like to return to the same place. - First of all, we had a very good host - Francesco. He was very kind, friendly, helpful and responds very quickly. Picking up the keys was very easy, even though the host had to wait for us because of our delayed flight. The location is perfect. Avoids the busy center. Very close metro station allows quick access to attractions. Convenient connection to Ciampino airport. The apartment is clean and contains everything you need for your stay. WiFi is very good. There is a 24/7 supermarket nearby and a nice bakery just around the corner.

He went above and beyond for us- we had a problem in the middle of the night and he had no problem with coming immediately to help us. That kind of dedication and hospitality is rare and very much appreciated. Grazie Francesco for everything! Highly recommend and we will be back!!!!

- Lesia (9/5): The perfect accommodation in a quiet neighborhood near the metro without costing a fortune. - The owner was very kind. If you have read my previous messages, everything is just as described. He welcomed us, showed us everything, and throughout our stay, he provided useful advice. The apartment was very clean and fully prepared for our stay. At first, my parents were surprised by how small the space was since this was their first time abroad, and they had never seen such small apartments before. In Ukraine, when we traveled, I used to book rather spacious rooms for us. But I explained that this is typical for big cities and that the price matches the standard. Later, they got used to it and said that everything was fine, that we didn’t need anything bigger just for an overnight stay. A great location near the metro, yet on a very quiet street. I’m a light sleeper, so this place was perfect for me—quiet, with birds singing in the morning, cozy little cafés nearby, and a pizzeria right in the courtyard of the building. There are also two more pizzerias on the way to the metro, which is no more than 200 meters away. A calm and peaceful neighborhood. My parents didn’t like the neighborhood. It was their first time in Rome, and they were surprised that the streets weren’t cleaned regularly and had some litter. My parents are from a small town in Ukraine, where it is always clean and cozy. This is, of course, not the owner’s fault, but they were unhappy with this situation. My advice: if you are traveling with parents who are visiting Rome for the first time, it’s good to let them know in advance that they might see litter on the streets.

- Kazuyo (9/5): Great location - Francesco was very friendly , funny, responded our call quickly , looked after well & tried us to be happy & comfy for our staying. He gave us good travel info & tip etc. very useful. The location was great , close to the metro station with 24/7 supermarket ( not small). There were quite few Asian restaurant ( Chinese & Japanese from posh to simple noodle one) after bored Italian food. Even 2 metro stations away , you could still walk comfortably. There was nice bakery around the corner. WiFi was good. We were glad to choose this accmo. Nothing

- Andriy (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent apartment for a price. Good location, apartment is clean, everything works, host is friendly, handover of keys was quick. I was missing a couple of large teacups but not many people drink tea and there are all facilities for coffee including coffee.
- Thomas (9/5): Cozy little apartment near the subway - Cozy apartment in a fantastic location near the subway. Perfect if you'll be spending most of your time in the city. Some problems with the plumbing that caused a minor inconvenience, but our host was very proactive in attempting to fix this.
- Marianne (10/5): Exceptional - Nothing but good things to say about this space. First of all the owner Francesco is exuberant of helpful and positive energy . The space is a very comfortable , and SUPER clean . The metro is literally not even a 3 min walk away from the appartment. Most of the main attractions are between 15 and 20 min metro ride. There is a 24/7 supermarket just 2 min walk away . This appartment made our trip so much more enjoyable . Nothing at all :)
- Jun (10/5): Worth recommend. - We are lucky with Francesco, warmheart and professional landlord, two different delicious Italian coffees were provided, any problems were solved immediately, forgotten items after checking out, he came a while after calling. 2 minutes from line A metro station, 20 minutes to the colosseum, 24 hours supermarket at the subway entrance, delicious restaurant with gut preis nearby, will stay next time again. Nothing.
