Jeanette (6/5): - The apartment was very nice, clean and spacious.good location The apartment is the equivalent of a 4 th floor by US standards. We were not expecting sooooo many stairs and the timer on the stair light kept turning off on us before we could reach the apartment, we are in our 70’s. I would have given it a 10 if it was not for the stairs. Salvatore was very helpful helping us to get the luggage in and out !!

Michelle (8/5): Great place to stay the heart of florence! - Close to some major tourist attractions like Duomo, markets and train station. Great for couples, three bedrooms with three bathrooms was great. There was no elevator so quite a few stairs to get to the apartment. This is fine if you have people to help with luggage, but otherwise could be difficult for people with mobility issues. Great communication with the staff who oversaw the property.
Tracy (10/5): If you are looking for a lovely place to stay in the heart of Florence, this is it!!! - This apartment was truly perfect for our family of 4 (adult children). It is equipped perfectly. The location was wonderful for walking everywhere in Florence. Sara very nicely met us at the apartment, gave us some recommendations for restaurants and couldn't have been kinder. The ONLY thing to be aware of is that it is located on the 3rd floor, so some stairs to climb to get to the apartment.
