• Raffaele (10/5): tornerò.. è una promessa.. - ottima posizione. nel pieno centro della città con tutto ciò che serve al turista a pochi minuti di passeggio. la sera sei ne cuore della movida e al mattino sei a 3 minuti dalla stazione dei pulman per andare dove vuoi su tutta l'isola. a 100 metri c'è un ufficio turistico e un mini market molto economico.

• Lauren (2/5): Not as described. - The entrance corridor is pretty. Location is very central. Triple room not as described and not suitable for our needs. The room layout was extremely cramped, with very limited space to move around safely. The single beds were unusually narrow and not what we would expect from a triple room. This was a significant issue, particularly as I had advised in advance that my mother is 77 and has mobility problems. She felt unsafe getting in and out of bed and was worried about falling, which meant neither of us slept well. There was also a raised step at the entrance to the room which created a trip hazard and was not suitable for someone with mobility issues There were also maintenance and hygiene concerns, including a toilet that did not flush properly, dust coming from the air conditioning, and an unclean toilet brush. We raised these issues with reception but the hotel was fully booked and no alternative room was offered. As a result, we had to leave after the first night and find alternative accommodation at additional cost. Breakfast was also disappointing, with hot food served cold and a limited selection. Overall, the room was not as described and not suitable for guests with mobility needs.

We had an exceptional room with a huge terrace at the top floor. Breakfast could be slightly better. Coffee maker could be of a higher level (e.g natural milk and not a powder milk) but overall no complains.

• MM25. (9/5): Excellent boutique hotel in centre of Valletta. - Lovely hotel in central Valletta. Perfect location in the centre of everything, yet also very quiet at night. Room was very modern and well equipped. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

It had all we needed for a short stay, including the Lavazza capsule machine with free refills every day. I have to mention the breakfast too, which was really good. The regular price of accommodation is on the higher side, but we managed to catch a good discount.
• Alan & Janette (9/5): Perfect - comfort and location - would love to return - The location waw perfect for us - I walk with a crutch and many reviews on Valetta said how hilly it is, however they didn't mention that although one road has many many steps if you walk a road or so down (grid system) this will be a more gentle slope so no problem even for me. The hotel is very close to the centre in a beautiful old building which has been refurbished/decorated in a wonderful way and has a lift. Breakfast is in the basement which is old stone walls and ceiling, there is a great choice of food and drink. Our room was the only one available (late booking) and a triple so there was enough room to be comfortable although the extra bed took up a little floor space. Lovely bathroom with waterfall and normal shower. Great towels, toiletries, robes and slippers provided together with coffee machine and water refreshed each day. We would certainly stay again. nothing we didn't like there, and if there had been the staff would have sorted it I'm sure

The location is excellent – ​​a quiet street in the heart of Valletta. The staff is friendly and professional – they helped with all our questions and even allowed us to check into our rooms earlier than stated in the rules (for which we are especially grateful, as we were very tired from the journey). The hotel itself is in a historic building, but the rooms are modernly equipped. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The breakfasts aren't very varied, but for my family, food isn't the most important thing. Personally, for me, the mattresses are not very comfortable and the pillows are too hard.

Our room for 3 people had plenty of space and the beds (even the third bed) were extremely comfortable. Lovely breakfast in the basement set us up nicely for the day. Staff were extremely helpful with luggage storage and taxis.
