- Victor Martin (10/5): Really satisfied with our stay here! - My kids said this was the best place they've ever stayed in, and they've stayed in five star hotels before, not just Premier Inns! It was a really nice little house in the traditional style but with all the facilities of a modern home. It was pretty clean and spacious, too. Our stay in this lovely house in a peaceful neighbourhood was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. Registering at the office nearby felt a little inconvenient at first, but we got to drop our bags off and they were delivered to the house by 6pm free of charge. So in the end, it actually worked out better than just being able to show up at the property directly.
- Justyna (8/5): Very good - Very nice location. Bedroom upstairs was very spacious. Very small and not working well fridge was a big disappointment.
- Imb (9/5): nice accommodation but not the best location - very practical for a family We didn’t understand that we had to do the check in in another location. So we walked to the accommodation and then to the check-in location, and then back to the accommodation again. Check-in was just paying the local tax. It’s not practical at all!!! Careful it’s close to “a station” not Kyoto Station!
- May (7/5): Good - Good communication on key handover. Had to checkin at their reception centre that was fully staffed and even took our luggage to the accomodation for us as we were too early. They allowed us to check in as soon as the cleaning was completed. It was a cute tiny house in a quiet neighbourhood with many food options close by and super close to Toji temple, about 1km walk to Kyoto train station and Aeon Shopping mall. Cleaning amenities were available so we could tidy up during our stay. We made good use of the washing machine (wash powder supplied) and heater placed in the drying room to help dry the clothes faster. Easy checkout, just leave the key in the lock box. Stairs to bedroom were very narrow and steep so luggage has to be left downstairs. The futon beds were standard Japan style thickness - so pretty thin compared to regular beds.
- Viktoriia (7/5): Not bad, but was expected much better - Friendly staff. Apartment location is ok, about 1,5 km from Kyoto station. Projector on the upper floor. Apartment has a heaters. Umbrellas for guests. Supermarkets near. Special thanks and respect for the socket adapter. Unfortunately a lot of. 1. Check in is in another place. It takes a time and money for taxi and coin lockers to reach firstly check-in place and after apartment. Check-in is late: 16-00 and you have no opportunity to leave luggage. 2. Unfortunately house is not cosy. Old and pure interior (not authentic, just cheap and old), very-very dusty and not good smell. 3. Very cold and wet, but fortunately there are heaters. 4. After you switch on water heater, there will be only hot water in the washbasin. 5. Refrigerator is like mini-bar refrigerator in hotels. So actually it can be used only for small drinks, since it is constructed only for it. Absolutely impossible to put any food, because there is no space at all. 6. Box for keys is awful. It takes a lot of time and force to open it.
- Yumi (10/5): Exceptional - House was spacious, clean, well equipped. It says 5 mins walk from Kyoto station in one of the picture but it's NOT!!! It takes 15 to 20 mins!! That photo needs to be corrected.
