• caridad (8/5): - La ubicación. Está justo en el..centro. Pero no tiene parking, aunque lo dice, y es muy muy complicado aparcar. Q pone q tieneparning y no tiene. Es en la calle si encuentras como en cualquier sitio.

• Raphael (10/5): - We enjoyed the stay in this apartment! Super central to reach the old city of Split! If you travel by car, we recommend to look for a parking a bit outside and get an Uber - way easier!
• ninon (6/5): Idéal pour y dormir pour visiter split mais quelques désagréments - Emplacement géographique idéal pour profiter du centre de split. Pas de véritable parking prévu. Parking gratuit à proximité toujours plein. La douche, impossible de prendre deux douches, le deuxième se douche a l'eau froide... Se faire engueuler par la voisine quand on rentre à 22h
• Mariana (6/5): Ok para estadias muito curtas - A localização do apartamento é muito boa, por estar mesmo à porta da zona Histórica. O apartamento tem ar condicionado e é razoavelmente confortável. A zona parece bastante segura e fica também perto de uma rua acessível por carro e dos estacionamentos centrais da cidade (pagos, claro). Existe um supermercado muito perto e o apartamento tem a louça necessária para pequenos almoços. O apartamento tem muito pouco espaço. As escadas de entrada são muito apertadas e é necessário ter cuidado com a cabeça. O nosso apartamento era do piso do meio, mas havia outro num piso mais acima e o acesso ao mesmo parece muito difícil. O apartamento partilha um pátio com outros apartamentos, sendo um deles habitado por uma senhora local, que é bastante antipática e conflituosa (reclamou connosco porque, sem querer, a porta fugiu-nos da mão e bateu - torna a estadia um bocadinho menos tranquila). Adicionalmente, na última noite, vimos um rato a descer as escadas do apartamento. O chuveiro, em particular, aparenta alguma sujidade nos orifícios de saída da água. Se forem pessoas mais cuidadosas e preocupadas com a limpeza, diria que não é particularmente confortável. O apartamento tem um ligeiro cheiro a mofo ou humidade. O lavatório não permite sequer lavar a cara com espaço. Mas, no geral, tudo ultrapassável ou possível de conviver, se a estadia for curta.

• Helen (9/5): - Spotless, quiet, and very well equipped (oil, salt, sugar etc provided, not to mention various herbal teas and coffee). We were on the top floor, with lots of light. Fast WiFi, excellent water pressure, comfy bed. Location was great. For us it was important to have a quiet place to sleep and in this regard the apartment gets top marks as it's in a pedestrian area and there are no traffic sounds. We kept the windows open all night. Having said that, the floorboards were creaky and we were worried about annoying the people below! The stairs are scarily steep, so not for everyone. The exterior and front yard are a bit grim and could do with sprucing up.

• Bike (9/5): - Excellent location, was easy to find, easily accessible with instructions. Coffee machine and capsules were our favorite. Clean and convenient room. You can’t ask for more. Don’t open the window, use the air conditioner. In the middle of the night (or morning) somebody shouts and it’s possible you jump to wake up. ;) Also, somebody who can not climb up steep and narrow stairs must take the room on the ground floor. It’s about 20 min walk to port and bus station.

He met us at the property to help us find a place to park (which was very difficult), show us everything, and help us carry our luggage up the steep narrow steps. Finding paid parking was tough, and it took a couple days to find free parking.

• Iker (5/5): Overpriced and very small - Location is next to the city center but not strictly inside so it is not as super crowded as other areas of the city in the nights. Equipment inside the room is nice, with good air conditioning and has everything you may need for the stay. Owners are careful and are there to respond in a fast manner. As most things in Split, it is way overpriced. The room and the whole building is very small, with the stairs to the rooms being super small and slippy, with the ceiling being super low: very easy to hit your head with it! The neighbours are rude for absolutely no reason (they yelled at us for making a bit of noise when closing a methalic door at 22 30) and have a super noisy air conditioning that can be very problematic to sleep during nights. Very old bed.

• Maryna (10/5): Dino is very good owner, gave all the necessary tips, explain and gave good advices about the city - The location is great, it’s close to the center but at the same time it’s in a quiet place. You just need to walk 5 min and you are there. I like to walk, so I walked to Kasuni beach and two other places. Room is very comfortable and contains all the necessary things. Will definitely back there
• Paul (9/5): Clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay in Split. 👌🏻 - Very close to the old town and Diocletian’s Palace. Clean, quiet and comfortable. The owner was very friendly and obliging although we had minimal contact. The room had good cooking facilities even though I didn’t use them. It had everything you could need. Clean bathroom. I liked it a lot. Small issue, but the doors were a bit tricky. Three locks, gate, front door and room, to turn…but hey! It was very secure 👍

The facilities are great and the bed is comfy. There is a great Gluten Free pizza shop just a few steps away along with a GF restaurant. Highly recommended...

• Hendrik (9/5): recommendable - Good location near old town. Parking is difficult in the area, but the owner offered his parking lot for free even we arrived late night. It is a bit pricy but you get all you need even for cooking in this small studio. It was calm and safe. It is hard to find the address as it is in a pedestrian extension of the road.
• Ana (10/5): Super close to Diocletian's Palace and with all the things you might need for a short stay - Everything was really tidy, fresh and clean. Kitchen had all the conditions to cook, even some groceries and lots of appliances. Amenities in the bathroom were also a plus, hairdrier and fluffy towels. The air conditioning made our days there, super fresh after arriving from a super hot sightseeing in the city. The location couldn't be better, super close the Diocletian's palace and lots of facilities nearby. Dino (the host) was really friendly and waited for us longer than we have expected, due to traffic delays. Also, he let us leave the luggage inside the studio after check out time, which was a plus! Bathroom was really small but that is manageable, not a problem just a warning for bigger guests to have in mind 😉

Riva is 5 min. walking, everything is close and we didn't need to use car at all. There is a supermarket 1 min away from the apartment. -

The room had a bit of a damp smell. There was an air freshener plug that smelt very strong which we took out. The mixture of both smells when you walk in is quite strong but you get used to it after a while. There was an air purifier in the room

Dino is very kind a gave us a lot of useful suggestion (first of all a free parking area, very close to the apartment). The apartment is clean, not that big but fully equipped The sink in the toilet is really really tiny…you can hardlly use it even to wash your hands
