• Matt (10/5): Boutique hotel that needs to be experienced. - This was a unexpected delight. It was one of the best boutique hotels we have ever stayed at. The host Pippa was lovely. The rooms were huge and comfortable with every touch you could think of. A small kitchenette for making food and a huge bathroom and shower. The view and setting was phenomenal. Surrounded with a forest view with wildlife and horses. If you ever get a chance to stay there you must. Nothing could have been better. One of the best places we have ever stayed at. We hope go back one day and stay longer.

• Lindsey (10/5): Exceptional - After almost two weeks on the road, this was the perfect place to chill out for a few days. The location was quiet, but within a 10 minute drive of local amenities. Our room was spotless, spacious and the kitchenette included everything we needed. Pippa was so friendly and made us feel so welcome. Would 100% stay again.

From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how incredibly spacious the accommodation was, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. Everything felt wonderfully comfortable, making it a true home away from home. What truly set this place apart was how accommodating our hosts, Pippa and Kevin, were. They were genuinely very kind people and went above and beyond, especially when they went the extra mile on laundry and provided a support pillow for an injury. This level of care made a huge difference. The amenities were excellent, with an induction burner, microwave, a fridge, and all kitchen utensils - everything you need for self-catering. We also appreciated how quiet the surroundings were, ensuring restful nights. To top it all off, the entire place was super clean, which always makes for a more enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this accommodation! Nothing to report here. Everything was to our liking.

The property was a couple of miles down a road through the forest but there was good access to Keith, Elgin and other towns on the coast. The host Pippa was very helpful.

It is off the beaten track but travelling by car is easily accessible once on the main roads .10min journey to keith where we were spending time with family .Overall view perfect for us .Host is a lovely young lady . Very good communication from the host, especially for directions on a wintery night in November. Not much to say here, ideally for me I'd have preferred a small fridge in the room, however there was a fridge available for communal use, wouldn't stop me staying again.

Thank you for the hospitality. - A super comfortable and welcoming accommodation located in the quiet countryside, easy drive to many of the best distilleries in Speyside. A better road signs with lights at the corner of the road will help new arrivals to find the house when the day gets darker.
• Brian (9/5): Amazing value for money - Lovely room nicely furnished. Very comfortable indeed. Cooking stove ect which came in handy as the property is 15 minutes outside Keith. Bathroom was very nice with very nice soaps ect. One bit of advice I would offer is supplying some kind of Matt to put down around the cooking area incase of spillages. Lovely cream carpet had me a wee bit nervous when I was making spaghetti bolognaise 😊 Nothing to report
