Taeyoun (10/5): WANT TO COMEBACK ! - We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place. The internet, water supply, and kitchen were all flawless—everything worked perfectly and made our stay very comfortable. The private pool was amazing, and every room had a beautiful view, which made the experience even more special. The property is completely surrounded by rice fields, so it feels very peaceful and private. It was especially great for jogging or running in the evening—the atmosphere was calm and refreshing. There were a few insects at night, but since the accommodation itself was extremely clean, the occasional bugs coming from the fields were nothing to worry about at all. The host Irene and her husband were incredibly kind and responsive. Communication was fast and smooth, and there was never any inconvenience. Even with small questions, I always felt comfortable asking—it truly felt like being at home. I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again ! Little insects sometimes, but its surrouded by rice fields which provides amazing veiw both morning and evening. i couldnt expect more.
Pinky Mae (1/5): Would never recommend, would never come back - At the start of our stay - we had to wait 1hr and 30mins as they haven’t finished cleaning the villa. The villa is in a very narrow road so most car won’t be able to get to you and have to meet them at the end of the street which is a 5min walk. Property wasn’t very clean and definitely needs updating - the photos are definitely taken when it was newly built do not trust the photos!!! The wifi only worked on the first night (we were there for 3nights) - asked the owner if they can help and was told to either go to their house and use their wifi or go without using a wifi and was blamed for not having an indo sim. Wasn’t really accommodating - arguing that I should’ve bought a sim before coming and use my own data when the villa stated “strong wifi”.

Nata (10/5): Beautiful cozy place, highly recommended. - The villa is very cozy, modern and spacious. Instagrammable clean pool. Beautiful rice fields view from the balcony. Equipped with everything you need, even an iron :) The owner is very sweet and helpful. Absolutely nothing to mention.

Hansen (10/5): Satisfied! - The satisfying experience of staying in this villa is exceptional. The villa's condition is excellent, remarkably clean and new. Every corner of the rooms is pristine and well-lit. Irene pays close attention to the smallest details of our accommodation, starting from the convenient self check-in that allows us ample time to settle in. Each room is equipped with a water pitcher and glasses for drinks, and every space enjoys pleasantly cool air conditioning, including the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all our needs during our time in Ubud. Whenever there is any need, Irene promptly comes to address our requirements. The villa's location is conveniently close to the main road, making it easily accessible by car. Additionally, we can readily order food through online applications due to its proximity to Ubud. The room offers a picturesque view of beautiful rice fields in the morning. Each room is provided with a hairdryer for the convenience of female guests. Adequate parking space for our SUV is also available. All washtafel and showers are equipped with both hot and cold water. Our only regret is that we stayed here for only one night; we should have booked a longer stay. Until we meet again another time. Thankyou Irene!

Gabriella (10/5): Exceptional - The property is super clean, pretty and spacious. The kitchen, dining area, living, and the pool are combined really well. It’s really good for groups. The facilities are super complete. The owner is so friendly and helpful when we had late night check in and super early check out, she make it super easy. Thanks a lot! we really enjoy our time at Villa IKIN the sink is a bit clogged, but its slowly drains so not a big deal. Other than that was totally fine
