Fue magnífica y se portó genial con nosotros. Las instalaciones son perfectas: modernas, bonitas y cuidadas al detalle, con muy buen gusto. Muchísimas gracias por todo. Espero que os vaya muy bien, porque realmente os lo merecéis.

• Carmen (10/5): Bien ubicado, muy nuevo y cuidado, muy recomendable - Todo, la ubicación buenísima. El piso muy amplio, mercedes un encanto. Había todos los básicos necesarios e incluso café, galletas para desayuno. Sin duda lo recomiendo!!

El apartamento es precioso y dispone de todas las comodidades, incluso tiene a tu disposición café, infusiones, galletas, detetergentes, todo lo necesario para la limpieza etc…Mercedes fue súper atenta, nos dio muy buenas indicaciones. Nos facilitó guardar las maletas hasta la hora de marcharnos. Todo perfecto. No se puede pedir mas. Si buscas un apartamento céntrico, no lo dudes, esta puede que sea la mejor opción en Bilbao.

• Gunther (9/5): Optimales Appartment für eine Gruppe bis 6 Personen für einen Städtetrip in Bilbao und Umgebung - Tolle Lage direkt im Zentrum der Altstadt. Sehr schöne und geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Sympathische und wertvolle Betreuung durch die Vermieterin Mercedes. Nachts war es manchmal etwas laut durch vorbeiziehendes Partyvolk. Am frühen Morgen wurde der Glasmüll immer recht geräuschvoll abgeholt.
• Nelissen (9/5): Geweldig! - Prachtig appartement en geweldige plek Maar 1 nadeel omdat je om de hoek van een druk plein is, hoor je in de nacht veel mensen onder je raam en op straat. Slim om oordoppen mee te nemen
• Emma (10/5): Our host Mercedes gave us the warmest welcome. She spent time giving us recommendations on what to do in Bilbao and beyo - The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful. The mix of the old wooden beams and old stone from the original building with the modern décor is an architect’s dream! Each bedroom (3 in total) has its own ensuite with plenty of room to hold your luggage. The kitchen/dining room is well-equipped with appliances and cutlery and the doors look out onto Plaza Nueva. The apartment also has a washing machine and dryer for those staying for longer periods of time. Nothing! Just be prepared to hear the bins being emptied in the morning😅

• Johan Marien (8/5): Lekker ruim en comfortabel maar rumoerig - Design, comfort appartement en bedden, goed douchen. Veel rumoer van straat onder andere uitgaanspubliek en het achteruit rijden van vrachtauto’s en het legen van glascontainers.
• Juliette (9/5): - Top locatie, heerlijke avonden op het grote plein, het appartement is schoon en ruim en Mercedes is altijd bereikbaar Je zit midden in de drukte, dus logisch dat er lawaai is, ook 's nachts. Oordopjes mee en ramen dicht houden.

• Ciara (9/5): Great trip to Bilbao, excellent atmosphere during the festival and a brilliant location - Excellent communication from Mercedes - she sent us lots of information, lots of great recommendations. It was festival week so there was loads to see and do, even though we were right in the centre of the activities, the apartment had good sound proofing - it wasn't disturbing. Aircon would have been a bit easier relative to the fans - was good to have the fans but they were quite noisy...was quite warm. It was festival week so was noisy outside anyway - for some this may have been too much but we enjoyed the carnival atmosphere.

• Laura (9/5): Great host, central location, beautiful apartment - Mercedes is a very lovely host. She let us drop our bags and check in early. She sent us a huge list of places to go. We ere only there for one night so only a few things ticked off so far. The location is great. The apartment is gorgeous with large rooms, spotlessly clean and has all the things you need. It's right on a busy square so if you're sensitive to noise, then it's not the one. Really central and walkable to everything. Taxi rank outside makes it simple to get to the airport. No air con and just one fan in the lounge that we saw so it was a bit warm in the bedrooms. Windows needed to be open which meant the street noise was quite loud. Wasn't a huge problem, but a fan in each room would be great and make it pretty perfect.
• Celina (9/5): The place to be in Bilbao! - The apartment is beautiful , clean and conveniently located right on Plaza Nueva. It made it easy to try the tapas bars around the square late into the night and just walk up to the apartment. It was a bit hard to find the entrance because you cannot see the streetname from the main road. However, Mercedes waited for us at the corner and replied immediately. She was the utmost hostess and gave us a map, best way to see all the sights and recommendations for best tapas bars. Even if we were right on top of Pl Nueva , the doors and windows muffled the sounds that the noise did not wake us up. It was easy to find Plaza Nueva but tricky to find the alley or the street sign where the entrance or door was.

• Ramon (10/5): We felt very comfortable staying in this apartment for 9 days during Christmas. We would not hesitate staying here again - Everything ! 1.) The location - the apartment is on Plaza Nueva where you can find the best and most popular pintxo bars /restaurants in Bilbao. The Bilbao cathedral, La Ribera market, Casco Viejo, Gran Via, Guggenheim museum, Azkuna Zentroa and many other points of interest are all walking distance from the apartment. 2.) The apartment itself. It was so lovely, clean and had everything we need. It was perfect for our family of 5. 3.) Our host Mercedes. She was very thoughtful and kind. She made us the most delicious choc chip cake and hand delivered it to us on Christmas Eve along a nice bottle of Spanish wine. She was also always quick to respond to all our questions via WhatsApp. We could hear the garbage being collected early in the morning.

There is a bit of noise in the square late Sunday night/Monday morning due to cleaning. Other than that, absolutely fabulous.
• James (10/5): Exceptional - Incredible property with an extremely aesthetic interior, has been designed very well. 3 large room and 3 bathrooms make it a big apartment. Great views on to the plaza. Best location- close to tours, restaurants and metro. Kitchen had all appliances + there was a washing machine.

Mercedes met us there and couldn't have been more helpful or lovely (turns out her son lives in Dublin!). Really enjoyed the stay, there were five of us and plenty of room. The location is brilliant, buzzy and vibrant without being overly noisy. The apartment was comfy and stylish, the beds on point. All in all I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Newly renovated in a very captivating style, extremely clean and the location is just awesome, close to Plaza Nueva with lots of bars and restaurants. Mercedes, the host, was very kind and provided us with a bunch of tips on where to eat and what to see in Bilbao and surroundings. Absolutely recommended! We loved everything

• Eva (10/5): Incredible stay in Bilbao! - The property is completely new, nicely decorated and the location cannot be better: in the dowtown with all the bars to eat “pinchos”. The host, Mercedes, really friendly during the whole stay. Can’t recommend it more! It’s impossible to say something bad. It was incredible!
