Piotr (10/5): Comfy, calm, 10/10 - It is so spacious and has everything one could need for a touristic or vacational stay. Cleanliness is really a standard here. 2 bathrooms make it amazingly comfortable. The views directly to the sea are simply stunning. -
Jennifer (9/5): A gem in the middle of Chiavari - The view is breathtaking. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything one needs. The shower is clean and the water pressure good, not always a given in Italy. Easy, short walking distance to train station, market, town center, beach, etc etc. Chiavari is an amazing town and Casa Erica is the perfect place to enjoy it from. The sofa bed was a bit squeaky. 😆

Roman (10/5): - Lokacija suoer,apartma starejši vendar čist in zelo prostoren. Vse na dosegu,plaža,trgovine lokali itd. Apartma klime nima vendar se stanovanje ne segreje zelo, samo pravilno zračenje je potrebno pa gre😀. Parkarišče je lahko v bližini za plačilo, lahko pa brezplačno v ulicah kjer je potrebno umakniti vozilo enkrat tedensko za čiščenje ulic v določeni uri sicer vas doleti globa. Destinacija za večkratni obisk in ga priporočam
Lidia (9/5): Excellent host, Signora Silvia was incredibly helpful and very kind to us. We loved the flat, which really offers all co - Nice and spacious flat, fully equipped and very clean. Beautiful view from the balcony. Not far from the city center, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The property is on a traffic free road on the sea promenade with some restaurants. We were there during high season and it was busy and noisy in the evenings.
