La ubicación parecía el Bronx y por la noche no se puede ni salir..

- Kiss (2/5): It's cheap, but at what cost. It's better to stay at a small hotel than here. - The biggest advantage of this accommodation is its location. The subway is just a 2.5-minute walk away, which is very convenient. The room itself was clean; we didn’t encounter any of the horrifying things in the room that previous guests have described. Even the top of the wardrobe was clean - not a speck of dust on it. The room is indeed small, but that’s no reason to be upset, I think, given London’s characteristics. For this price, the size is perfect. I hated the neighborhood. Every night we had to go back there, I was nervous. Since the accommodation is located in a relatively secluded area next to a huge, busy subway and train station, all sorts of people pass through the tiny surrounding streets. On the street where the accommodation is located, every single house is dilapidated, run-down, and in ruins; the yards are dirty, and the people seem untrustworthy. And yes, although we only stayed at the accommodation for a short time, we, too, were regularly woken up by the nighttime noise and shouting. Fortunately, our window didn't face the street - I can't even imagine how much (or rather, how little) sleep we would have gotten otherwise. The fact that a group of 4, 5, or 6 men would stand in the doorway _every single night_ filled me with immense anxiety as a woman in my twenties. They paid us no attention and never spoke to us, but I felt really uneasy every single time I had to walk past them to get into the apartment - especially when it was getting dark. I definitely do not recommend this neighborhood to solo travelers, but it might not be very safe even for two girls staying together here. The other thing that was annoying was that we really didn’t have any cutlery or kitchen supplies at our disposal. There were only three plates, a mug, and a kettle in the room. I bought instant coffee for the mornings and hoped to find sugar, a small spoon, etc., in the shared kitchen at least. Instead, I found all the drawers and cabinets were completely empty. There were a few leftover bottles like instant coffee, oil, salt... But nothing else. There wasn't even a trash can, neither in the room nor in the bathroom. That also made staying there uncomfortable.

Por donde empiezo… a nuestra llegada tuvimos un calurosa recibimiento de una cucaracha en nuestra habitación el colchón una porquería se unde ene el medio y bajas hasta el sótano al tumbarte en el.. la cama esta compuesta la lencería por un nórdico por llamarlo de alguna forma el cual esta sucio y da bastante asco no es recomendable quitar la sabana si eres aprensivo… el suelo bueno la habitación en general sucia y para colmo ninguno de los dias hemos podido dormir debajo de la venta se reúne un grupo de personas TODAAA LA NOCHE y se ponen a gritar y hablar TODOS LOS DIAS hasta las 2:00 am y daiguall ll que les digas que siguen hablando y gritando las toallas no te las cambian… y viendo lo sucia que esta la habitación… pues hecharle imaginación para el baño… ¿tenéis calor? No pasa nada en vuestro cubículo de 10m2 encontraréis un ventilador de torre el cual lo enciendes y parece que va a despegar daiguall la velocidad que le pongas siempre hará el mismo ruido pero sino puedes dormir por las voces de la calle y te has cansado de aprender idiomas como el etíope o el árabe es muy buena opción para añadir un estimulo mas a tu noche a se me olvida comentar si estáis abajo o en la entreplanta hay una planta mas arriba los cuales creo que juegan a curling a la noche pero con los muebles es insufrible de los 4 días no hemos dormido ni uno las verdaderas vacaciones a sido salir de ese lugar.. y recordar las paredes son como papel de fumar se escucha todo CERO RECOMENDABLE vete un poco mas lejos total en el metro llegas en un momento y en esta dirección no estas exento de cogerlo y sino por un poco mas de dinero que creeme merece la pena… vete mas al centro…
- Aravinthan (8/5): Amazing place to stay if you don’t mind the neighborhood. - Very strategic location as it’s located right next to Finsbury park station ( Piccadilly and Victoria line). Decent room space with attached bathroom makes it very convenient. Also comes with sink and a cupboard in room.Washer drier provided by the host which makes it very convenient. There are some guys outside who makes noise during the night till at least 11am which disrupts the sleep. Shady neighborhood. No issues with the property.

Tiny room No TV Uncomfortable bed, disconnected smoke alarm, noisy room next door, in and out of the shared kitchen at 2:30am, a soft door closer on that kitchen door would be a welcome addition. Groups of men sitting / blocking the entrance path to the property on a few occasions, the apartment is called deluxe I can assure you this is so far removed from that title I cannot describe the level.

Bei Auftragsvergabe war eine Größe von 25m² angegeben. Vor haben wir 11m² gemessen. Die Dusche, Toilette war winzig. Es gab ein Handtuch für 1 Woche Aufenthalt?

Quanto à cozinha partilhada é ótimo que tenha à disposição um forno, que a nós deu imenso jeito. Como só íamos praticamente para jantar e dormir foi ok. Quando chegámos a cozinha partilhada estava super desarrumada e caótica, com toalhas pelo chão. Relativamente ao quarto não tínhamos loiça para duas pessoas (só havia uma chávena e um garfo, depois os pratos é que já haviam dois), a chaleira não estava limpa. O colchão precisa de ser trocado pois ia logo a baixo, fazendo algumas covas, não sendo um colchão super confortável. Para finalizar acho que deviam ter disponível sabonete líquido para as mãos na casa de banho, e detergente e esponja para lavar a loiça.

- Bekir (10/5): It’s truly an exceptional place. - I can’t imagine why this accommodation has received any negative reviews—it’s truly an exceptional place. This is my second time staying here, and once again everything was perfect. The place is very clean and hygienic, the hosts are extremely responsive, and the location is close to everything. It absolutely offers great value for money. I will definitely be coming back for a third time. Strongly recommended!

- Dell (4/5): If you want to smell like marijuana then it's fine for the price, needs a real super clean. - The location ws great, right near Finsbury Park Station. The room smelled badly of marijuana and made my clothes smell of them after being left in the wardrobe. There was a used syringe left on the mirror top and also packaging from a toothbrush left on the window ledge in bathroom. The door kept being slammed throughout the night to the kitchen and it kept waking me up - it needs a soft close mechanism. The internet was also really poor for speed/connection. The bedside cabinet has remnants of weed inside it too, it had not been cleaned in a while.

Cleanliness was poor, the bed was in bad condition, utensils were insufficient for two guests, and a garden door beside the bed reduced privacy significantly and comfort overall.

It was uncomfortably noisy, people kept standing in the front yard until 1-2 a.m which made us sleep harder. There was an intensive bad smell upon entering the building. There wasn’t hand soap or shower gel and also the toilet seat was broken. The floor was dirty as if it wasn’t cleaned before our use.

- Salka (1/5): NOTHING LUXURY ABOUT IT, NOT RECOMMENDED, DON;T BOOK THE PLACE ALL FEEDBACKS ON THE PLACE ARE TRUE - N/A Everything, I did not like anything about the place, it was very dangerous area, nothing luxury about it, place bad condition, not really clean, not up to standards anyway. Most of the guests are young people who come late evening into the property, shout, run up and down the stairs, on drugs, slamming doors, arguing between them. it has been the worst experience I had by far on a hostel.

- Katie (1/5): Awful - Absolutely nothing The room was in a state of disrepair, electrics were dangerous, sockets and lights hanging out of the wall, only 1 bulb out of 10 working, gaps in the door, screws sticking out of the wardrobe and the door broken off, holes in the walls and cracks everywhere. Outside of the property appeared to have some sort of gang hanging outside the front door acting very dodgy at all times. We felt very unsafe. The photos on bookings.com are completely misleading. They call it a deluxe apartment, was more like a death trap cave
- simon (4/5): Will not go back. Dangerous. Smelly. Overpriced. - Bed was comfy. On arrival a gang of men were drinking and smoking dope in the front garden. I had to work my way through them to the front door. Toilet smelled and had to accept that all night. Broken furniture an overall state of neglect. Massively overpriced.

- Carmen (5/5): - La ubicación es muy buena. No tardas nada en llegar al Centro. La calefacción, al ser pequeña la habitación mantiene bien el calor. La habitación era pequeña y tenía mobiliario que sobraba: una torre de aire frío (estando en diciembre) por lo que el espacio el mínimo y un sofá innecesario que ocupaban mucho. Faltan baldas para colocar cosas tanto en el baño como cerca de la cama. No tenía fuegos para cocinar en la habitación, no había toalla de manos ni pies, las almohadas son malísimas/muy bajas, no había enchufes ni adaptadores, ni jabón para fregar, no había cubo de basura, 2 bombillas de 4 estaban fundidas... En la cocina común no había apenas menaje y mal olor.

- Leó Gunnar (1/5): It was short and I try to stay away from my accommodation - The location is great Mold and broken tiels in the bathroom, ripped open mattress and stained duve. Bad smell in the halleay with cockroach infestation on the first floor.

No cup spoon or pretty much anything in unit No bin No hairdryer
