Gerard (1/5): Shitfull - What could have been better is if Harbor Haven actually guaranteed their accomadation as advertised.I booked accomadation there for a week only to be told by their staff on my way to the airport that they couldn't accommodate me on the first night and the following days I would be charged an increased price? This is despite receiving an email that my booking was confirmed?When I tried to cancel my booking,(not crazy on sleeping on a park bench),I was then looking at a $800 cancellation fee!.It amazes me that "my booking" actually conducts business with these people and how are they still in business?Pretty sure that this review won't make it to air or will be swiftly removed.
Debbie (5/5): Had great potential,but did not see value for money - The location was lovely , the apartment has a lot of potential if it was provided some attention. Please see next section for improvement details. Sorry but there is a list of suggested improvements given we paid over a $1000 for 2 nights. Please consider: . Main bedroom brick wall was dirty, dust has not been clean in years , only one aircon for the entire flat so the main b/room was very hot . Ensuite was very tired with towel rack coming off the wall, cupboards swelling, tap leaking boiling water onto your feet when you shower. Screen has not been cleaned and has deteriorated with age. Bed creaked.
