- Carolyn (9/5): Spotless spacious and comfortable. - Spotless, spacious and comfortable with lots of thoughtful extra touches. Helpful information. Fantastic bed and fluffy towels with a hot powerful shower. Very cute ducks outside. All lovely. Even had a little snooze in the swing chair! :) The internet was a little slow and patchy. - Johanna (10/5): Warm and welcoming, amazing value - This is a real 'find'. Especially for Clarks Village or Millfield school. Amazing Beverley can offer a 1 night stay at such good prices. There was a wonderful welcome basket of high-end crisps, nuts, peanuts, coffee pods, drinks in the fridge, hot choc sachets, posh biscuits etc. We felt warm, comfy and extremely welcome. I don't want to tell too any people about this and 'gatekeep' this as my secret but then it wouldn't be fair on the lovely host :-) Absolutely nothing not to like
- Susie (10/5): Brilliant and perfect for my needs -
- Liz (10/5): Comfortable, spacious and great value ! - Owner met us and showed us round. Very clean and comfortable and very spacious. Easy parking. Lots of welcome extras too! We liked looking at the ducks. Nothing..the Annexe was great.
- Victoria (10/5): I've just asked my daughter for this and she said "beyond perfect!" - The whole stay was incredible, totally exceeding my expectations. It was the attention to detail that we loved - the goodies, the cleanliness, the size of the annexe and the best shower ever! We felt totally cared for. Thank you. Truly, nothing!
- Roger (9/5): Pleasant quiet weekend in Street -
- Caroline (10/5): A great stay in Street. - Very clean, comfortable, and warm. A spacious, self contained bungalow annexe with separate bedroom and bathroom.
Good heavy curtains to keep the bedroom dark for easy sleeping. Lots of wardrobe and drawer space for my belongings.
Beautiful warm, powerful shower.
The kitchen had all amenities I needed plus extras - a Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher to add to the comfort and ease of my stay.
Beverly was very friendly and supplied me with some food essentials to keep me going for the week. She also kindly provided me with a printed local map! Nothing - would definitely recommend.
- Fisher (9/5): Very pleasant and comfortable. - The croissant and pain au chocolates, fruit etc etc left for breakfast was great. Really well equipped.

Easy walking distance from the centre of Street. Absolute excellent and superb value for money. It was all great.

- James (10/5): Fantastic stay - Friendly and welcoming hosts, went out of their way to help us. Spacious and comfortable, all the amenities we needed, great location close to town.
- Chelsea (10/5): Perfect night away! - Everything about this property was stunning. Was a beautiful area, and the house its self is gorgeous, clean, tidy and well managed. We also had little perks like things to eat for breakfast, tea to drink & biscuits to dunk! The couple who own the property are lovely genuine people too. We was going to Glastonbury festival and they went out there way to make sure we got there the next day! If I’m up this way again I would definitely re book! There was not a single thing I didn’t like about this property.
- Rakiya (9/5): Really pleasant place and the owner was very welcoming. - Pleasantly surprised to find drinks cooling in the fridge and little snacks dotted around the flat. Nothing... Except perhaps we should have booked a day more! (lol)

- Mike (9/5): Very comfortable accommodation in a quiet location but easy walk into village centre. - We did not have breakfast booked but owner provided unexpectedly some cereal, bread for toast and fruit which was just perfect for us. The annexe is very spacious and kept in very clean condition with all up to the minute facilities. We were only there for one night but I would imagine it would be an excellent base for a longer stay.
- Steve (10/5): Excellent host and location. - Pleasant, spacious, and well-equipped annexe
- Samantha (10/5): A great find and highly recommended to anyone looking for a great place to stay. - The Annexe was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was like home from home! The host added lots of little touches that made us feel very welcome.
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional - nice touches from the hosts in terms of lovely bread, butter, jam, crisps, drinks etc.. A curtain across the front door would be nice to give a little more privacy as there were clear parts in the panels so felt a little exposed
- Ian (10/5): Perfect - Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely apartment. So clean, warm, and lots of lovely treats. Had a lovely weekend away. Bed was very comfortable and a great shower. I love seeing and hearing the gorgeous ducks. Nothing
- Hayley (10/5): Best place I have stayed and looking forward to returning later this year. - Matthew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrea (10/5): Immaculately clean and well equipped - The Annexe exceeded our expectations,. The owner made us very welcome. It was immaculately clean throughout, towels and bedding smelt gorgeous, property was warm and very well equipped. Owners went the extra mile and left milk, tea , coffee, fruit juice, fresh fruit and bread , cereal etc for breakfast, hot chocolate, biscuits and not forgetting the chocolates to nibble on whilst admiring the beautiful christmas tree. We enjoyed the duck alarm too! Can’t recommend The Annexe enough. We’ve booked to come back again next year. Nothing
- Dave (10/5): A great find, the annexe is 5 star plus, the owner goes out of her way to make our stay perfect. - Location was great… the breakfast was also great laid on as an extra by the owner! So many amazing extras. Everything exceeded our expectations.. cleanliness, extras, amenities, etc …
- Karen (10/5): Fantastic accommodation, extremely well equipped with lovely owners. We’ll be back! - The annexe is lovely, probably the best equipped apartment we’ve ever stayed in, the thoughtful and very friendly hosts had thought of everything, including very detailed operating instructions and recommendations for the local area along with lots of extras which are rarely provided (drinks, snacks etc) The location is very quiet with an easy walk to the High St. Arrival arrangements were clearly communicated which made it very easy to find. We loved Clarks Village outlet mall and definitely plan on returning to further explore the local area and definitely hope to stay at the Annexe again. Nothing at all, it was lovely.
- Igor (10/5): Exceptional - The property was clean, tidy and warm. It was really nice to see variety of drinks in the fridge, and fruits and biscuits were also available. The living room window overlooks the ducks and it was joy to watch them play in the water.
It is evident that the host cares about their guests. I had interaction with three people and everyone was polite and nice, ensuring that i enjoyed my stay. If in the area i would highly recommend staying here. Only minor thing was not knowing where to go on arrival as there were couple of door entrances within the yard. I didnt notice signage at the time but it might be beneficial if sign is placed above the entrance door.
- Angela (10/5): Excellent (apart from bad communication by booking.com) - Warm welcome by the host, and thoughtfulness and generosity in providing lots of little touches (e.g. bread, milk, tea and coffee etc. as well as toiletries) Really well appointed modern kitchen and spacious living room. An extra treat was the chance to see the ducks being fed in the morning! Difficulty in finding the location, which took almost an hour as it was not known to the local people we asked for help. The loation is NOT as stated on booking.com. The street name is not as given. The host explained that the local council had made changes to the layout of roads etc. It clearly wasn't the host's fault. Apparently booking.com should have forwarded a message to me with the precise location and travel directions the day before. I didn't receive this email at any time. Even if I did, that's an unreliable way to communicate. Better to convey this on the advertisement or at the time of confirmation of the booking. It's not fair to the host and definitely not to the guests!
- Peter (10/5): The Annexe - Good location instructions from the hosts, a warm welcome from Beverly, the property was spacious very clean with a comfortable bed and a good shower, we only stayed one night but you could easily stay a wk , the extra goodies left for us were very much appreciated. There were no negatives to our stay at the annexe and we will use again , we would recommend this property , you would have to search hard to find a better property.
- Wayne (10/5): A lovely place to stay, will definitely be coming back, The Annexe was spotless and comfortable. - Great location, just a short walk from the centre of Street. The apartment was absolutely spotless with everything you need. Felt like a home from home and we would highly recommend staying.

- Linda (10/5): perfect accommodation, perfect location - great facilities very comfortable and spacious
Needed accommodation to attend an interview nearby, didn’t expect to find anything as good as this in such a small town
- Anthony (10/5): Wonderful Annexe - Every thing was so clean and tidy, all the mod cons, the bed was so very comfortable and the mattress was good quality and deep, the hosts were very friendly and kind and the treats milk, bread sweets, fruit, extra drinks in fridge and even cereals were very much appreciated, lovely to hear the ducks outside, just outstanding annexe, well recommend it, the photos don't do it justice. The best place we have stayed in, wonderful. WiFi excellent. God Bless we hope the Christian leaflets will open your eyes to God's worth. nothing to dislike.

- Beverley (10/5): The Annex, Street - The Annex was spotless & big. The pictures don't do it justice. One side looks out onto a lovely garden & the other side onto the ducks & geese. I will definitely come back here. The bits left for breakfast were greatly appreciated. I saw the dogs out the window & would love to have met them, but we were only there for one night N/a

- Elaine (10/5): We had a lovely relaxing stay, only wished we were staying for longer. We will definitely return. - The Annexe was absolutely brilliant, it had everything we needed and more, and completely exceeded our expectations!
Beverley was a fabulous host, really helpful and friendly. She had added lots of unexpected complimentary extras including two delicious home baked scones with jam & cream! Nothing!
- Matthew (10/5): Fantastic property at an incredibly reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone. - Very pleasant and spacious living area. Big comfy bed. Shower and bathroom immaculately clean. It was a very hot day yet it remained nice and cool.
Friendly and proactive owners; kindly rushed to get me a cold drink when I arrived.
Cannot fault this property. There was even a bottle of cider in the fridge :-)
- Jedd (10/5): Beautiful apartment in great location to take in Glastonbury. - Fantastic and spacious accommodation. Everything you need and more! Super clean and tidy. A real gem of a find. Should be packaged as luxury accommodation as it really exceeded all expectations. Gorgeous view of the family gardens, brimming with magnificent flowers. Ducks to one side of the property too which really was lovely to hear them all waddling about. The whole apartment smelt divine, especially the fluffy towels. So many extra touches. Can't recommend this place enough. Host Beverly was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you. 😊 Absolutely nothing.
- Holly (10/5): Great host, clean and comfortable stay - It was perfect for our stay, clean and tasteful with perfect facilities to provide parking, dining area, kitchen, lounge, bedroom and en-suite. There were so many thoughtful extra touches- fruit, chocolates, wine, beer …. Will def stay again ☺️ We loved it all
- Clare (10/5): In a really private area but super close to all amenities - host was lovely and the property was so - This property is so lovely inside - the host leaves lots of little extra treats and it was so comfortable, clean and quiet!! All was great
- Simon (10/5): One night 🌃 but Great stay 👍 - This place is so spacious and has everything you could ever need, and then some! The owner was super helpful and accommodating when we arrived. There were lots of little extra touches that made our stay even better.
The location is nicely tucked away, whilst still close to everything you need, like restaurants, shops, and stuff. If I had to write something here, i would just be being picky.
- Mary (10/5): Sanctuary and peace - The welcome , the space , the peace and the kindness.
Beautifully designed apartment. We didn't want to leave . Absolutely nothing to dislike .
- Nigel (10/5): Wonderful accommodation -
- Sonia (10/5): A lovely stay - thank you! - Very spacious with everything that we could have needed - a stocked fridge, biscuits and cereals, tea and coffee. The bathroom and shower were lovely and the bedroom very spacious and comfortable. The hosts were brilliant and even offered to collect us from town when it started raining! N/A
- Lindsay (10/5): Lovely place in a great location, with nice hosts. - Spacious, clean, comfortable. Lovely ducks outside - very cute. Thoughtful touches everywhere, snacks, food for breakfast, and drinks, friendly host.
- Vaidas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ross (10/5): Exceptional -
- Laura (10/5): Clean, quiet, well presented and very spacious - Exceptionally spacious, clean and well presented.
Little extras like bread milk and butter made a huge difference. Will return for my next stay.
- Michael (10/5): Great place would stay there again. - All was great. The location suited us and the apartment was more than we expected. The added breakfast and food hamper was great. Nothing except that 2 suitcase stands would have been good as everyone always has a suitcase each when travelling as a couple and that is what the accommodation caters to.
- Tamara (10/5): Easy and wonderful - Very lovely host. Very easy set up.
- Michael (10/5): Incredible Value, this booking is practically tied with a Bow 🎀 - Loved the Value of the place, so much is offered by this place for what you pay!
The Bed put us straight to sleep, Bathroom was very nice and those towels were so plush. The Kitchen Space was incredible, (the cook book placement was a nice touch) organized, clean. Living Room! oh my that egg chair was so comfortable and novel, it shaped quite well to your body. Couch on the other end of the room, so much space overall to relax in. We loved the decor! Everything fit a theme and it was all so fitting, not even the least bit tacky. Last to say the little duck run out the window and the garden in view. This booking is an overwhelmingly full package.
The welcome book is packed full of useful information and brochures. We truly appreciated being able to check out early and we were given breakfast packs out of consideration of our early morning! The Tv audio was difficult. A sound bar would go a long way! We didn't intend to blast the sound or be annoying it's just.. you could barely hear the dialogue unless the audio was high enough that the action scenes are annoyingly loud. (bringing a portable speaker is a good idea!)
A little challenging to find the place. Tips for those trying to find it: The directions given intend for you to overshoot it and then backtrack (so "right" means your actual right when you're walking back towards the roundabout). It's before you see any houses after exiting the roundabout.
- Esme (10/5): Would definitely stay again! - The comfiest bed I have ever slept on! Everything you could need! Beverly was so welcoming but also left you to it which was lovely! Nothing
