• Paula (9/5): - We enjoyed our stay at brokenhurst. The flat was really central very spacious, and had everything we needed, including lots of board games to entertain our 11 year old. The outside door that gives access to the building was locked one of the nights, and this created a bit of panic. Eventually, after ringing all the door bells, someone eventually opened the door after we proved that we were guests and were staying at the flat. I would not advise using the washing machine as this makes the whole flat shake, and would so caution that the ceilings are a bit low. It was not a problem for any of us as we were all under 6 feet tall, but we could easily touch the ceiling.
• Elizabeth (9/5): Great for short breaks - Lovely comfy flat, beds good and very clean and modern.Great place to explore the new Forest from. We enjoyed a very teaty meal at Alberos ,the italien restaurant underneath the flat . Good location 5 mins from Brockenhurst station. Nothing not to like .Flat close to train line so a bit of rumbling when train goes by but not noticable

The location was great to walk the village and to the train station There was only some shaking from the nearby train a couple times a day but it really was not a big deal and I would still stay there again

• John Malcolm (9/5): We loved our stay in the Wilverly Apartment - It was a good location for us as we were using public transport. Super size of rooms, well equipped,and clean and modern furnishings. Having a washing machine and clothes dryer. Reasonably near to shops and restaurants, The apartment is situated beside a busy road and rail junction although it does quiet down in the evening.
• Marilyn (10/5): Great apartment and location, highly recommend - Great location, was great to be able to leave the car parked up for a couple of day and spend the time walking around this beautiful village. The apartment had great facilities if the weather is bad, choice of multiple TV channels i.e. Netflix and board games to keep you entertained. Was an added bonus that there was discount at the Italian downstairs, Albero, which was lovely, and the Snakecatcher pub again good food and live entertainment. Nothing, you are conveniently near the railway station, that didn't bother us at all, but if it does, you might want to check train times.

• June (8/5): The stay in Brockenhurst was perfect. The apartment is in an excellent location and we never used the car while staying - It was warm and cozy and very clean when we arrived. We loved the christmas tree and fairy lights. The location was great and we didn’t use the car while there as we were right in the centre of the forest. We were close to an excellent restaurant and pubs too. Just a little point: As big tea and coffee drinkers we’d have liked more cups/mugs and more egg cups.

• Goodhand (5/5): Perfect location, expensive cost due to location I guess. - The location is what we went for at this place. Its at Brockenhurst where we wanted to be, just up the road from the village. I thought this was just one apartment above the Italian restaurant, so it would just be us. It was in fact 4 flats. If i'd have known I wouldn't have booked this. We just wanted a nice peaceful stay. Maybe it was just us, but we're past staying in flats and having the bother of other people. There was so much running around above us till the middle of the night, doors banging. Luckily no loud tv noise etc. But the running around above us was bad. The windows in the double bedroom didn't close properly, so that made the traffic noise louder. Some general TLC needed.
• Pip (10/5): A great place to stay, an easy train ride from London, we were sad to leave! - The property was very close to the train station, a pub with a lovely beer garden, an Italian restaurant, a lovely tea room and a great outdoor cafe. Only a short walk to Tesco and the shopping centre, and many walks/bike rides to explore the beautiful New Forest. The property was very spacious and had a large kitchen where we enjoyed making our meals.

• Elizabeth (10/5): A great place to return to after a day out . - Really liked the style of the flat ,wooden floors and very well equiped .The flat was upstairs and had a lovely view over the little square in front .The beds were all comfortable.The whole flat was very clean , tidy and felt roomy.Nice place to come back to after a day out.Adam the landlord kept us informed as to when we could arrive.and was very helpful.We enjoyed visiting the Italian restaurant downstairs. • Heather (9/5): Superb - The flat was very clean and welcoming. There were three of us, but having four people would still not have felt too cramped. The bathroom is lovely and having a soak in tub was very relaxing (bring your own bubble bath). There is liquid hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner to use and all locally produced and smelt amazing. The Kitchen is well equipped. Lovely worktop area, bread bin, plenty of cutlery and utensils, dishwasher tablets provided, plenty of space in the fridge and freezer, glasses, mugs, tea/coffee etc. Some of the pots and pans could do with replacing. We did buy some items we personally felt was needed ie kitchen roll, washing up liquid (not everything can go in the dishwasher) and surface wipes. Dining and lounge areas are exactly what you need. Comfy sofas with nice cushions, TV easy to use, lovely table for popping your evening glass of wine on!! The bedrooms were very spacious but still cosy, beds were so comfortable and we loved the pillows. Bedding lovely, clean and fresh. Enough wardrobe and drawer space for clothing etc. Hairdryer was great. Location was so handy. Train station and pubs are literally steps away. Although it's above the restaurant, there were no issues with noise. Lovely walks to Lyndhurst and Lymington straight from the door. Only an observation but if you're sensitive to traffic noise, the road outside is quite busy, idling cars of early commuters waiting for the train barriers to lift, plus the noise from the trains. Also, there's a manhole cover that gives off a nice noise every time it's driven over! Nothing the flat owner can do about so not a criticism, and nothing a bit cotton wool in the ears can't sort!!! Adam the owner was very accommodating, and he will know what we mean when we say we really appreciated his understanding at the end of our stay - thanks Adam 😄. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone as we loved our time here. Having to check out!!!

We're light sleepers, and the main road was a little loud in the mornings - but this was easily fixed with earplugs!
• Hadlow (8/5): Great base for exploring the area. - Fantastic spacious and well equipped apartment, location was perfect for attending a local family wedding. Only criticism was the mattresses used are of a low standard, unfortunately both my wife and I had sore backs by the morning of the second day.

You could see the acomodation from the Train Station. The place itself was stylish and elegant. Got discount for the restaurant and pub. There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

TV and Netflix in good order, a few games and books was also a great touch. We ate at the snakecatcher and were very grateful for the discount you gave us for staying at the property. Even though the property is right above the restaurant we didn’t hear it at all. There was a super pop up coffee place directly opposite that opened at 08:00 which served the best oat flat white I’ve had in ages. Would stay there again. Adam was extremely quick in responding to messages. Nothing. Great place to stay.

Within easy walk of several places to eat and a small Tescos. The forest and ponies were also close by. All basic facilities provided for in the appartment. Bed excellent - VERY comfortable. Living room also very comfy and perfect for 2 people. Very quiet considering there is a restuarant downstairs. Nothing we didn't like.

• Krm (9/5): We had an excellent week with plenty to do in the locality.. - The apartment was very well equipped. It was central and very convenient for the train station and bike hire. We enjoyed meals at two of the discounted eating places. We were able to chain our bikes to the fixed bike racks. Note: a bike cover could have been useful. There was nowhere on the premises to sit out, although cafes and pubs in the vicinity with outside tables and seating.

The host's communication from the moment of booking until after we left was outstanding. We had an issue with our car during our stay, and on contacting the host for assistance he was very helpful. We were offered a discount in the restaurant below the apartment, which proved to be fantastic, with or without the discount. I would happily recommend the apartment. Our apartment was at the front of the building and could hear road/train traffic from the bedroom.

Also great communication with Adam,owner of the place,so you are basically guided in every step of you stay through messages.If we gonna come back to New Forest again will definitely try to book this apartment again and skip the hotels. We loved everything in the apartment!
• Faith (8/5): Very good - The place is very well designed and very clean. It's a central location and close to the train. The apartment is on a main road which can be noisy, making it difficult to open the window for fresh air in the evening. The mattresses could use updating.

The owner answered all our questions immediately and was extremely helpful. We would have no reservations in booking it again. In fact, we are looking to return to the New Forest in the near future and really hope the apartment will be available. The only thing was getting the tv to work, but then I am a technophobe . I am sure anyone else would have no problems at all.

• Peter (9/5): A great space for our young family to spend a couple of nights in the New Forest. - The space in the property was good for a family of four with two small children, for a couple of nights. The property was clean, well presented, and there was a good level of equipment available in the kitchen. Brockenhurst is a great base for exploring the Forest. Only very minor complaints were the tightness of the car park (but at least there was parking!), and that there was nothing to make a cup of tea on our arrival.

We both said we could happily live there, it's a good size. The noise outside from louder cars late at night. Although the bonus of being conveniently located outweighs this minor point.

Everything I needed for my break. Warm and well located and private parking. Close to the town and the italian restaurant downstairs 😋. It was the little touches that made it that bit nicer. A complimentary pack with dishwasher tabs cloths and washing up liquid. Well equipped kitchen, everything spotlessly clean. The bed was so comfortable. Fans in each bedroom. It rained. For 3 days. But I believe if Adam could have changed that for me, he would have.
