It was close to the shops/ restaurants Our bed was very, very hard, and although the staff swapped the mattress. Our air con worker very efficiently but it was very noisy and probably needed a service. The manager charged us 4 times the local rate for bottled water! We had breakfast one morning, it was okay but we had a much better quality and cheaper breakfast nearby another morning.

- Isabelle (10/5): Séjour parfait ! - L'accueil de la famille a été très chaleureux, discussions intéressantes. Plats très bons. Très calme, de jour comme de nuit. Le responsable nous a organisé le trajet Battambang Siem Reap en bateau, c'était parfait, d'hôtel à hôtel sans aucun tracas. De bon conseil aussi pour la location d'un scooter. Une très bonne expérience, nous reviendrons si l'occasion se présente ! Un peu éloigné du centre, 25 mn à pied mais 1$ en tuk-tuk si on ne souhaite pas marcher.

It was a little far from town for walking but tgat wasn't a problem as grab rides are easily available. Staff were all very kind and made me feel welcome safe and comfortable That i had to leave lol

- Pavel (7/5): - Klidné místo stranu od ruchu. Dobrá dostupnost do centra za 1$ přes Grab. Na 2 noci dostatečné. Matrace i na naše zvyklosti opravdu tvrdá, peřina z jakéhosi divného klouzavého saténu ale strašně teplá. Pokoj temný, po otevření okenic zbyde pouze síť proti komárům.

- Nak Nor (10/5): Good breakfast, and good service - We had an exceptional time at the Lotus Blanvc! From the moment we arrived, we had free pick up service from the bus station. The host and his entire team demonstrated exemplary professionalism, always available, smiling and concerned about our well-being. Mr.Peter was our lovely driver, passionate and incredibly cultured guide. I like the location and also the owner he's so friendly.
- Viviane (8/5): Une bonne pause dans un cadre très agréable. - Nous avons eu la chambre familiale qui est installée dans la vieille maison, ce qui signifie que nous disposions d’un salon, d’un balcon, d’une salle de bain et de deux chambres dans un environnement tout de bois. Personnel très aidant et accueillant qui nous a permis un early checking sans frais supplémentaire après une arrivée très matinale d’un bus de nuit. Nous a trouvé un bateau local pour traverser le lac Tonle Sap jusqu’à Siem Rep. Un voyage extraordinaire pour un coup véritablement raisonnable. Une marge de progression sur la nourriture.

- Gaynor (8/5): - Great staff, lovely food, tidy rooms and lots of space. Great sorting out sightseeing trips and forward transport. All good. It's a decent walk into town but also a quiet area and lots of space in the hotel to hangout. Bathrooms are simple but functional.
- Obdachlos (8/5): - Einfaches Guesthouse, etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt. Sauber, zuverlässige Organisation von Tuk-Tuks und Touren. Für den Preis empfehlenswert. Sehr harte Schaumstoffmatratzen. Mitten im Bad endete die Enteässerung der Aircon; man hatte ohne Badeschlappen anzuziehen ständig nasse Füsse.

Un immense merci à Mr Mao (ou Maw), notre guide adorable, passionné et incroyablement cultivé. Grâce à lui, chaque visite prenait vie : il nous a transmis avec enthousiasme l’histoire fascinante des lieux et nous a fait découvrir les richesses culturelles et naturelles des différentes régions. Son sens du détail et sa gentillesse ont rendu chaque journée mémorable. Je recommande vivement cette expérience à tous ceux qui cherchent à allier confort, immersion culturelle et rencontres humaines authentiques. - MangLyhour (9/5): Wanna feel like a Battambang resident? Go for this place. Everything was great. - It was in the prime location. Close to city attractions as well as some cultural attractions around the area. Despite that, the environment around the place was very calm and quiet. You can even hear the animals at night softly. The host was very friendly and genuine, I could tell. Felt really welcomed. He even upgraded us to the villa! Everything was great except the bed. Personally, I prefer softer mattress but all that were available were the tough ones.
