• Pascal (5/5): Insgesamt überzeugt die Wohnung vor allem durch ihre Lage und die Aussicht, doch der Zustand und die Ausstattung könnten - Die Wohnung Agi Europa in Rosas bietet einige schöne Aspekte, hat aber auch einige Mängel. Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend, direkt am Strand von Rosas. Vom Balkon hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf die gesamte Küste, was ein echtes Highlight ist. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten. Das große Fenster im Elternschlafzimmer bietet eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und sorgt für viel Tageslicht. Auch der Parkplatz im Hinterhof ist praktisch und erleichtert die Anreise. Leider ist die Wohnung in keinem besonders guten Zustand. Die Eingangstür lässt sich nur mit Gewalt öffnen, und die Zimmertüren wirken unsicher, da die Schlösser nicht richtig befestigt sind widurch die Türgriffe abfallen. Die Küche ist alt, und die eigentlich grosse Ausstattung lädt kaum zum Kochen ein. Zudem fanden wir in der Spülmaschine noch Besteck vom Vormieter, und in der Kaffeemaschine stand altes Wasser. Das Badezimmer sowie das separate WC sind ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen und strahlen wenig Charme aus. Leider sieht es nicht mehr so gut aus wie auf den Fotos.
• Arantxa (7/5): Correcta relación calidad precio - La ubicación y las vistas No había un espejo grande y en el aseo no estaba. Decoración muy justita. La puerta entrada rozaba con el suelo y costaba un poco abrirla.
• Anne (5/5): nous ne retenons que l'emplacement ! - emplacement parfait appart un peu vieillot sans clim et aussi cher que les appartements qui en comporte ! relation avec l agence nulle pas de visite d 'entrée on a été cherché les clefs a l agence .... et il fallait signaler ce qui n 'allait pas ! relation avec l agence ne se fait que pas wattsap pas de telephone nous avons eu un souci de tele pour avoir les chaines francaises et apres des conseils bidons que nous avions deja expérimentés on nous a bien laisser tomber le decodeur etant vieux et hs proprete des sols nulle faisselle grasse pas mal de choses rafistolees ! nous n'y retournerons pas
• Ryszard (7/5): Fantastic location in Roses with a really Stunning view. - The location and view is really amazing. The nearby beach is very friendly, one of the best beaches we have seen in Costa Brava. The area is nice. There is a playground for children literally right outside the building on the beach. Parking was comfortable. The radiator in one of the bedrooms was broken, which made it too cold for small kids to sleep in, especially as there were no duvets provided. The apartment is not thermally insulated too well and when the wind is strong, it creates a whistling sound on the north-side door and windows, and makes that unheated room very cold. No kettle, no duvets (just thin bedsheets and blankets), no soap, no extra trashbags, only one dishwasher tablet for six days, 4 people. As an improvement, I suggest providing those utility items. Some liquid soap is pretty much a standard. It would be nice not to worry about buying those when on holiday, even if you include that in the price. This is some constructive feedback - otherwise it was a nice stay at a GREAT location and we had a nice time. :)
