• berni (5/5): just acceptable - good location Tap in bath was faulty - it couldn't be used as a bath. The bedding was lumpy and scartchy, and very poor quality
• Andrew (8/5): We had a good stay - Some basic amenities weren't provided: bin bags laundry detergent very limited dishwasher detergent (small dishwasher, one tablet per day) Couldn't turn dryer on (Mains LED not lit, no access to wall socket)

• Christopher (8/5): Very nice place to stay as a group and quite close to everything so long as you are driving. Just make sure you inform t - Clean facilities, nice area. Easy to use facilities as well. We was advertised 4 beds but only received 3. One of us had to constantly sleep on the couch.
• Susanna (6/5): Good location - Good size property, great location Rooms are all over the place… bathrooms downstairs. Fridge freezer on the bottom floor, 2 floors away from the kitchen & living room. Fridge/freezers weren't very cold, took a day or two to get cold enough What I really didn’t like is they insist on taking a huge £400 deposit a month before booking & then don’t return it until 2 weeks later!

• Wilkins (1/5): No on-site parking - Good location, a very short walk into town and only a short drive to both Poole and purbeck On arrival we found the key to access the on-site parking was broken, which the management company knew but neglected to tell us. We were told to knock on nearby houses to see if anyone could let us out of the on site parking and to park on a pay and display car park and that I would be reimbursed. It has been 14 days and I am still waiting. The dishwasher was left full by previous occupants and smelled awful and the bins looked to not have been collected for some time Update: A month later, still have not received the promised reimbursement and have been told it was sent two months ago, would recommend avoiding. Glad I paid the damage waiver instead of the deposit with how poor they seem to be at getting money back to you

• Richard (7/5): Great location. - Location was good for the air show, and was in an area where there were restaurants and local shops. A large car park opposite as we had 2 cars. The property had several things that could have been improved. The bins were full, several items were broken or damaged and we had to make a note of them for fear of being charged. The toothbrush holder in the en suite was filthy, the bedside lamp didn't work and there was rubbish in the bin under the bin liner. Stains all over the walls in the lounge. A little TLC throughout would have made a great improvement, however it didn't spoil our stay and I would recommend and would come again next year.

• Ayobami (6/5): Pleasant - The overflowing bin at the entrance wasn’t removed upon arrival, which gave me a first bad impression and it looked so bad and smelly. The cleaning of the property wasn’t too good, hair on the bed, kitchen and bathroom. The entrance car pack wasn’t cleaned too.

• Yvonne (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, lovely house which was clean and newly refurbished. Only negative was the sloping ceilings in the bedrooms on the top floor - few bumped heads!

• Marianne (8/5): Very good - Location was great Overall it's a lovely townhouse just the cleanliness let it down. I had to clean one of the loo's when we got there which wasn't pleasant and the double bedroom in the third room had sheets which had hairs all over them. As if they hadn't been changed. And the throw cushions in that room were covered in chocolate.
• Frances (8/5): We had a lovely stay, on - We liked the location as it was close to town centre & the lovely gardens all the way to the Pier. We liked the cleanliness of the place. It was nice & quiet. The kitchen was very well fitted out with appliances etc. We were not aware from the description of the place, that it was on 3 floors which obviously meant either hiking up or down stairs. As I live in a bungalow this was somewhat of a challenge for me. Also in the single bedroom there was no mirror or chest of drawers. We couldn’t use the outside space as it was down some rickety steps
