Aakash (1/5): Bad Experience - Location Facility is not 3 star, but they claim 3 star Electrical systems are not proper like tv, ac, etc. Furniture is bad Food is not hygienic Dining hall and kitchen doesn't have proper minimum standard Tea etc cost is exceptionally high Mineral water is sold against the MRP i e. Bottle has MRP INR 18 but sold in INR 30 Lot of such things but in a nutshell it's not worth it, and the facility needs an overhaul.

Kept asking for kettle in winters. They did not provide.

Bharat (9/5): Superb - Great hotel with easy access, cleanliness and hotel staff was cooperative, we asked for hot milk several times as we were travelling with small children, they provided milk all time without any tantrums... Rooftop is good, have coffe or tea/breakfast on roof. Rooms are good and spacious and beds are comfy. Reception area is also good.... All is well but in night it was little bit hard to locate as there was no lights in front of hotel, at least they shiuld lit up there signboard....

I waited for one hour but water was not there in the bathroom and flush so I had to check out before time. I checked out in morning 8 since the hotel didn't listen my complain and behaved rudely. I only stayed for 5hrs when I payed for 24hrs. I want my money back.
Mark (1/5): The Hotel did not accept our booking! - The picture on booking.com The Hotel did not accept our confirmed reservation. We arrived at 9.30pm and were told there are no rooms for you, contact Booking.com with any complaints! Not what you want to hear when you just arrived in the city after a bus trip from Agra.

Smoke from another toilet was coming into my room's toilet. hot water faucet gives very less water so taking a shower is not possible. kettle for tea/coffee not present in room. one can see other building's wall from the window. cleaning of rooms is not automatically done. towel provided was clean but torn.

Moyukh (1/5): Disgusting host, perhaps the worst experience from Booking.com - Location Absolutely frauds! Booked the rooms a week prior to travel and got confirmation via Booking.com. Once we reached there, they offered to check the rooms and we got stuck in lift and the staffs had no clue what to be done. However, we went to the rooms after the shocking experience and sent our ID documents to the reception. After quite a while, they informed us that they DO NOT have the permission to host international guests. The manager was extremely rude, almost threatened us and tried to blame us thats our fault- where it was clear that we booked the rooms long before our visit and they sent us confirmation. He totally DISAGREED even to help us with transportation to the new hotel. I called Booking.com helpline several times without success. Their act was nothing but a pure form of CRIME to confirm booking of international guests who came with small kids and elderlies, and then ask them to leave in the middle of the nights without any transportation support. Shame! Shame! Beware of them.

Aditya (1/5): Absolutely Disappointing Experience I had the worst stay at this property, and I regret ever booking it. The facilities - Do not judge book by its cover. Perfect suits on this property. The property was far below expectations. The cleanliness was atrocious—dirty linens, dusty surfaces, and a foul smell in the room. Basic amenities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and hot water were either unavailable or dysfunctional. The staff's behavior was the worst part—they were rude, unresponsive, and seemed completely uninterested in addressing any complaints. The photos on the listing were deceptive and did not reflect the actual state of the property. It felt like a complete waste of money, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The paint was chipping from wall and there was a smell in the room. Beds and bathroom was very dirty and when i asked the boy he said abi nhi ho paega clean. There were no complimentary water bottles neither was a jug of water. Towel even I said one more is required because there was no hand towel. He said do hi dete h. No electric kettle cobb website were there in room. There was bed bugs we couldn't sleep whole night due to that Lift was not working and when i asked the boy to help in luggage as our room was on second floor. He said abi koi nhi h and we did all things by ourselves Not at all recommended.

Yiftah (6/5): I think it has good value for money. - The rooms are good and the shower is great. It was clean and nice. Good for staying in the city for a night or two as a couple or alone. It says on the site that the location is great when actually it is very far from city center, it is close to the airport. We came early after writing a message to the hotel and no one answered us, and charged us more for checking in early. Last thing, I would expect that the hotel staff will know a bit English, if you describe the place as good for tourists.. it was hard not being able to speak to anyone.
