Lauwerier (1/5): Bad - I payed for a room online. Where I arrived at the hotel, they told me I was not allowed to stay there because I am not an Indian citizen. This is not mentioned on the booking website. The staff refused to pay be back. I sent an e-mail to the hotel owner to ask for my money, but they refuse to answer me.
