• Wai Sze (3/5): The reason I chose an apartment over a hotel was so I could cook, but unfortunately, your facilities make that impossibl - Nothing I am very disappointed with the condition of the apartment. The air conditioner is leaking, making it unusable. There are no basic cooking condiments in the kitchen such as sugar, salt, or pepper. I am staying for 8 days, and I don’t think it’s reasonable to expect guests to bring such basic items themselves—especially since I specifically asked about this before booking, and your team confirmed they would be provided. Additionally, the washing machine is extremely dirty, which makes me afraid to use it. The floor is not very clean, and even the coffee machine is in such a condition that I do not feel comfortable using it.

• Summer (7/5): Good location, good property - Great location, nice property with many facilities and comfortable beds, close to loads of shops and cafes and the metro, walking distance to a lot of tourist sites, less than 5 minutes walk from sagrada Família Check in and the lock system - was complicated and took long to receive check in details. Sometimes door wouldn’t unlock immediately and required multiple tries.

• Julie (8/5): Cute Apartment - The apartment was a very cool, local vibe space which we loved. Definitely felt like we were not in a tourist area. Close to Sagrada Familia, but a fair distance to the Gothic area. Nice bar downstairs was welcome after long walking days. A few more tea/ coffee/ sugars would be appreciated. Also, I was trying to find the washing machine, and eventually found it on the outside balcony. As there were no pegs to fasten our clothes to the dryer(washing line), we couldn't secure the clothes, so didn't bother using. also, as it was a very small space, it was almost impossible to put our suitcases anywhere. They had to go on a lounge chair to avoid walking over them. but all those things were small issues. The check in system with the smart app was hopeless though. Even my techy daughter was stumped for a while. The only way we found the correct apartment, (once we finally got in), was by pressing her phone and listening to see what apartment door made a noise. yes, we were tired and a little cranky by the time we got in finally. A key box would have made life very simple.
• Fazila (1/5): Disaster place! Although central location would never spend so much to stay there again. - Cleanliness, no AC in bedrooms, felt like a flea apartment, not value for money. Washroom dirty and shower handle hook broken fell in my head. Stayed with 2 kids and suffered without AC in bedrooms. Host not so cooperative with early check out.
