• anand (10/5): Top-Notch, Great location, Convenient, Brilliant Host..! - Loved every bit of this house ! Pictures really don't do justice to how beautiful it actually is..! It takes over you, from the minute you step in.. Stylish, Stunning,.. Kudos to you guys for makin such a beautiful home ! Everything about this place is brilliant, the location,- tube station a few minutes walk, Co-Op (convenience store) right around the corner, westfield mall a few minutes drive, the host (Rupert) is such a great guy, deserves 6 stars out of 5..! wat a pleasure dealing with him.. Celebrated my Old Man' 75th Birthday here and we couldn't ask for more, especially in London..! Will definitely, defintely stay here whenever in town..! (and so will you) Thanks again Rupert.. All the best.. There is NOTHING not to like..!

• Nicolla (10/5): - A beautiful house! So original and spacious. Well equipped and clean. We totally loved the layout and the decor! It is close to a tube station, so travelling was easy. The beds were very comfortable. Both of our teenagers loved it and we had a great time here. Rupert was great with communications, for checking in (we arrived very late) and kept in touch during our stay to check all was well. A great find for our special long weekend .

• Olivia (9/5): Lovely & comfortable family stay near Notting Hill! - Loved the comfort of the home- ample room for my family to spread out and hang out. Many thoughtful touches- laundry & dishwashing soap, teas,umbrellas, bags, cleaning supplies etc). Rupert was lovely and accommodated our early check in request. Don’t hesitate to book this house! It’s excellent value for the size of Home!

It was very unique, it felt homely and we would love to visit again. Thank you :) It’s character, the attention that had gone into the design and the feeling of the space. It was a quiet sanctuary after a day out in the city! We enjoyed the time in the property, as much as the time out in London!

• Shawn (10/5): Very comfortable, modern two story home in the heart o o f Notting Hill, walkable to the entire district. - Upscale, excellent finishes. The kitchen, master bath and living room were especially nice. Was a little sad that we were gone so much and didn’t really get to enjoy the home, except to sleep. The open floor plan can be a touch loud and the school right next for can be a little loud also, although I found it charming.

Non si trovano alloggi di questo livello - É stato tutto fantastico, dall’accoglienza dell’host (disponibilissimo e gentile), alla casa in sé, adatta a qualsiasi esigenza. Le foto non rendono giustizia agli spazi. Le camere sono spaziose e vivibili, le aree comuni accoglienti e tecnologiche. Dopo aver camminato tutto il giorno non potevamo chiedere alloggio migliore. Gli hosts ci hanno accolto come vecchi amici in visita e sapere di avere un riferimento locale in caso di problemi, pronto a dare un consiglio, é stato rassicurante. Non possiamo che ringraziarli. Un soggiorno a 5stelle ++++ Non ci sono stati dettagli sgradevoli, tutto é stato perfetto!!
• Hayley (1/5): Worse experience I’ve ever had on airb&b - The property was dirty! Not just a little dirty but filthy dirty. Spiders and cobwebs everywhere. There was mould on some of the walls, the fridge was not clean and leaking water, the washing machine was full of mould. Some of the cupboards were hanging off by the hinges. We immediately called Rupert our host who told us if we were not happy to leave the keys in the lock box and he would process a full refund. He also asked us to send a video of us leaving the property and putting the keys in the lock box, which we did. We had two young children with us, there was no way we would sleep in a dirty environment with mould and bugs everywhere. I took pictures of everything which I will leave here. We since have had to battle to get any refund at all, Rupert refuses to answer our calls or messages. I’ve since read that others had a similar experience with spiders, mould and a mouse. Rupert conveniently disappears with our money after ensuring he would give us a full refund. This property is not fit to be rented out and the host was rude, and lied to us about the refund. Booking.com have confirmed they will give us 50% back which apparently Rupert tried to stop. I have been using airb&b for many years and have never had such a bad experience. The property was not in any state to be advertised as a holiday let. It was filthy, mouldy and needs a full renovation.
• Yousef (10/5): - The host and his wife were so lovely and caring. We contacted Mr.Rupert before we landed and he was very understanding. Showed us the property and didn’t hesitate to answer any question we had. He provided us with an air conditioner during the week of a heat wave. The house was outstandingly great to us. There was an underground near by, a small grocery store, and Westfeild mall was close too. The property was surrounded by many facilities. I personally loved the design of the house and how well prepared it was for people to stay in. It was indeed a very unique house and most importantly safe too. Definitely worth the price. Thank you again mr.Rupert for being a lovely host. Sending good healthy vibes your mother’s way.
• Debbie (10/5): Our family enjoyed a week in London and this home was brilliantly located and truly felt like home. If we make it back t - What didn’t we like? The location, the large comfortable beds and baths, the property manager, Vivien, were all brilliant! Nothing.

• Alexander G (1/5): 🐹 mouse in living room. owner refuses to communicate - lady that were meeting us (sadly i forgot her name already) is absolutely lovely. 1) there was a mouse! 🐹 a living rodent! (sorry it was fast, was not able to make photo) 2) owner rejected to communicate via booking (not even reading messages in booking.com interface) after i asked for cancellation and refund because of rodent (real mouse just was running around 2 times in front of me in a living room). booking support also did not do any help. i just left the property next morning because living with rodents is not safe for my family 3) cant say it was exactly dirty in the property but dishes were a bit greasy, there is mold in some places in bathroom, permanent stains in the sink on lower floor (see photo). windows are looking strange. like they are covered in some very old film and this film is not very clean. it's a protective film and it should cover you from viewers outside but it really looks strange and you do not want to touch this! 4) there are trash bins outside the apartment. and they are dirty! (see photo) 5) probably 10 years ago all the appliances (fridge for example) were new and shiny and were working flawlessly but nowadays you are staying in a museum about how beautiful this flat someday probably was. p.s. i have enough travelling experience to say this was my worst stay ever. 30 countries in 2 years. a lot of hotels/apartments/houses! p.p.s i have seen a lot of properties since this one. in the same price range in the same area. looks like i was just unlucky to spot the bad one - "Unique,architecturally acclaimed,Notting Hill home" as it is called nowadays

• Silvio (10/5): Empfehlenswert. Sensationell, Perfekt. Jederzeit wieder. - freundliche Gastgeber, sehr guter Kontakt schon vorab und sehr gute Informationen. Jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Es war alles da, was benötigt wurde. Tolle Unterkunft, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Für die Gruppengröße (5Personen) mehr als ausreichend. Besser geht es nicht. Alles tiptop. Es gab überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden.
• Petra (2/5): So enttäuscht dass wir nicht mehr über booking.com private Unterkünfte buchen werden. - Nichts. Nicht sauber und sehr stickig da man fast keine Fenster öffnen konnte. Man kam sich beengt und eingesperrt vor. Oberfläche Küche war nur schmierig geputzt. Dasselbe mit dem Glas der Dusche, Spiegel und Lavabos im Bad. Ausserdem haben sowohl Kaffeemaschine als auch Toaster nicht funktioniert. Die Teppiche im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer waren fleckig und haben schlecht gerochen. An den Wänden im Wohnzimmer hängt sexualisierte „Kunst“ die für Kinderaugen sehr verstörend ist. Die Lage war laut weil früh am Morgen Autos auf den Parkplatz genau gegenüber fahren und ständig Autos wenden weil es ein Kehrplatz ist. Es ist ausserdem irreführend zu behaupten, das Haus sei in Notting Hill. Das eigentliche Notting Hill beginnt erst Strassen weiter. Die Gegend in der das Haus liegt ist eher ärmlich. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und haben für mehrere Nächte ein Hotel gebucht um besser schlafen zu können. Der Preis -Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut ungerechtfertigt.
• osnat (9/5): - נסענו זוג+ 4 ילדים והבית התאים בדיוק. הבית מקסים, 3 חדרים גדולים. המטבח גדול ומאובזר במלואו. נהנו מאוד מהבית ומתכולתו. המארחים היו זמינים לכל שאלה ופניה שלנו. ממליצים מאוד. המיקום בעייתי- רחוק כ- 25 דקות ממרכז העיר וסמוך לבית ספר יסודי. המקלחות מוזרות ואין החלפת מגבות (כיבסנו לבד).

• Marilyn (10/5): Excellent, comfortable, and stylish base for a family visit to all the London attractions. - Chosen because of its location to underground station. Very helpful house manager, who met us at a pre-arranged time to suit us. Well equipped. Very comfortable, and warm. Plenty of stylish space for 6 people. Lack of a dedicated parking space. Although parking was mentioned in the house description, the house manager advised us not to leave the car long term on the single yellow line in front of the house.

• RONY G. (9/5): Great place, great location. - The location was excellent. Little grocery store around the corner, great little cafe around the corner as well and close to a tube station. The lights were a little confusing at first but you get the hang of it.
