Zane (5/5): Not Comfortable - Full kitchen, quiet and host was very friendly Room has rat droppings, Bed was uncomfortable, very bad water pressure and from the listing you think you have a private pool but the pool is apart of the main residence.

Bart (10/5): Super quiet and fully equipped clean studio close to Dumaguete and even close to Dauin for diving. - Just outside the Dumaguete traffic madness but only a 10 minute scooter ride from Dumaguete. Up in the mountains close to the hot springs waterfalls and all kind of adventurous activities. Studio comes with a fully operational kitchen so you can buy your groceries on the Valencia market and make your own breakfast and lunch. The landlady is very at the job and when something needs to be done she does it immediately. For me no negative points
Michael (8/5): Quiet and clean studio with a very nice private pool - I booked the place about 7:30 a.m. and asked the host if i could have an early check in. She responded immediately and told me she would check with the girl who' is running the place for her. In a few minutes she got back to me and said yes i could check in right away, i packed my bags threw them on my scooter and was over there before 9:00 and christine was waiting at the gate with the key for me. Excellent response from the host she was so sweet, never had better communication and i thank her so much for it.An afternoon dip in the quiet clean private pool was really nice. The bed could have been softer but i'm pretty picky and i get sore hips.
Chris (9/5): Superb - I had an excellent weekend stay at Valencia Pool Studio. The standout feature is its private pool—a rare find for short stays in Valencia. However, the pool is quite deep (over 2 meters?), so swimming skills are essential. The apartment is well-equipped, with modern air conditioning and fans that work perfectly. The kitchen facilities are good, and the bed is comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay. For convenience, there's a motorcycle rental service just across the street. The host, Kristine, was very kind and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. While there was occasional noise from the road, this is beyond the property owners' control and didn’t significantly affect my experience. Overall, a great place to stay.

O (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apt, luvvly location, quiet and secure, ac, fans, cable & wifi. Kristine was an absolute star. Very helpful. Nicest stay so far in the Philippines. Highly recommended 💙 Nothing to find fault with EVERYTHING was perfect!!!
Maggie (10/5): Best place to unwind - The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, with great amenities for cooking if you like. The best part was having the pool all to ourselves—perfect for a relaxing getaway, especially for couples. Plus, it's less than 2km away from Plaza Valencia, where you can buy food, especially at the Sunday Market. Not like but hopefully in the future they can do barkada option by allowing 1-2 pax with additional charge like mattresses.
Fernando (1/5): Bad - Just like the host they were friendly and the location was good. The house was good looking , but then the problems surged when we start living there. There's cockroachs , spiders and lizards around the house. The bed mattress is hard not comfortable, the chairs on the table are weak that I broke on first time I sat on it and stick bits of plastic on my back. The swimming pool wich I payed for it , is not for people that don't swim because its too deep , just who can swim. Can use it . The shower water is so slow there's no flowing water enough wich is not comfortable.
Mehdi (10/5): Wonderful holidays! - The hospitality of Alex and his family. The appartement is bigger than what I expected and very clean. The AC is knew and work perfectly. You can enjoy all day and night at the wonderful private pool. I stayed to rest and it was the most relaxing stay in Philippines. All was very nice :)
