• Albena Roshkova (10/5): Exeptional - The apartment is more than wonderful. I’m giving it a rating of 10 only because there is no option for a higher score. Otherwise, I would gladly give it 100. In fact, the apartment has everything you could possibly need to feel at home. The bathroom is fully stocked with everything from shampoo to sanitary pads. As for the kitchen, I hardly know where to begin. Our hosts had even prepared a complimentary selection of appetizers for us. There was a choice of four different bottles of wine, a bottle of whisky, beer, soft drinks, a large bowl of fresh fruit, and even a gift from their family to ours. On top of that, the cleanliness of the apartment is absolutely impeccable. Communication with the hosts was excellent. There is an option for self-check-in, but our host was available and personally came to welcome us and show us around. Honestly, I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else the next time I visit Zagreb.

• Adriana (10/5): Perfect! - Pe langa faptul ca proprietatea este foarte curata, gazdele au fost foarte ospitaliere. Ne-au lasat bilete de autobuz, un mic cadou. Ne-au lasat bauturi la discretie, platou de aperitive, fructe. Apartamentul este dotat cu tot ce trebuie pana la cel mai mic detaliu: atat pentru igiena personala cat si pentru distractie ( jocuri) . Terasa superba. Totul a fost perfect. Este cea mai frumoasa experiență cu o unitate de cazare.

• LANA (10/5): Odličan novouređeni apartman na odličnoj lokaciji - Sve je bilo odlično! Nov i lijepo uređen interijer sa svime što je potrebno pa i više od toga. Dočekalo nas je par komada voća u zdjeli na stolu, u frižideru platica s narescima, i raznim pićima. 2 wc-a isto su bila od velikog značaja za našu obitelj. Kratko smo se zadržavali u apartmanu- uglavnom samo prespavali pa nismo stigli iskoristiti sve njegove prednosti ali svejedno nas je stigao šarmirati. Vlasnik Matija dao nam je jasne i detaljne upute te bio uvijek na raspolaganju za komunikaciju. Nama je i lokacija bila 10/10 jer nam je mnogo stvari koje smo trebali obaviti bilo zapravo na 5-10min od smještaja.

The host prepared for us a platter of salumi,cheeses,snacks.In cool chamber was stored wine and strong alcoholic beverages in frige beer and water! We were in four and as musicians we have played on Zagreb Opera Festival. To come in this amazing environement after long day and performance after midnight knowing there will be something to eat and drink... We were sitting on the terrace,enjoying our life of artists... Thanks dear host,we had marvellous time!!! We didn`t meet the host!

• Marlene (10/5): - Die Wohnung ist nicht nur wunderschön sondern auch extrem gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles an Grundnahrungsmittel vorhanden, sogar Snacks und frisches Obst gab es. Für unser Baby wurde ein Bett bereit gestellt und die Betten für uns waren sehr bequem.

Matija, el propietario, nos permitió hacer el check-in antes de la hora, nos recibió con la nevera llena y nos brindó todas las atenciones necesarias. El apartamento es un lujo, con todas las comodidades para disfrutar de la estancia en la ciudad. Muy recomendable. ¡Gracias, Matija!

The fridge was stocked with drinks, and there was a platter of cheese and sausages. The location of the apartment is great, with restaurants, a shop, and a bakery nearby. I’m delighted with this place. The owner is very friendly and kind, even accommodating us earlier than expected. I would happily return!

• Philip (10/5): Great place to stay - This apartment is a great size and looks like it has been recently refurbished to a high standard. The rooms are spacious enough for four adults to stay and have comfy beds too. There is a parking space for guests right outside the entrance and it is easy to get to major roads if you want to travel to the coast or the Plitvice lakes ect which are about 2 hours away and the airport is about 30 minutes away. We are already thinking about when we can return here! We couldn't find any faults, it's a great place to stay

Equipped with everything we needed, our host ensured our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. We felt truly pampered and would highly recommend The Settlement Suite for anyone seeking a luxurious getaway in Zagreb. While the peaceful surroundings were appreciated, being away from the city center meant relying on either a car or public transportation to access attractions.
