Guest Reviews
- Guadalupe (1/5): Do NOT stay here. Extremely rude, no heating, electrical problems, noisy - The location was more or less ok. No heating, just 2 electric plugs worked, extremely noisy. The owner was so rude as I never had experienced before: he even blocked me from WhatsApp while I was telling him to please fix the electric problem. He just answered “I don’t care” and blocked me.
- Antoine (5/5): - Emplacement top Le chauffage était HS, nous en avons reçu 1 d’appoint (pas adapté…) après 1 jour et des relances par messages.
On a eu froid
- John (10/5): A clean, comfortable, and perfectly located apartment in the heart of Dublin — ideal for a short city stay. - The apartment was spotless, spacious, and in an ideal central location — perfect for exploring Dublin on foot. Everything was exactly as described: comfortable bed, modern décor, and all the amenities needed for a relaxed, easy stay. Check-in was straightforward once I could finally get a hold of the host (Bit too Long) and communication was efficient throughout. The owner’s approach when mentioning the no-smoking policy felt a little heavy-handed — the message was clear, but perhaps could have been delivered in a lighter tone.

- Colin (8/5): Great stay in dublin! - central location. Very busy area which can feel overwhelming at first but was fine once we were familiar with it. Restaurants literally on your doorstep! Was expecting it to be very noisy at night due to other reviews but whole family had a great sleep. Also spire Q car park is literally 5 minute walk! Bunk bed seemed to be a small unstable. Didn't feel very safe to use the top bunk!
- Isabelle (7/5): - L Emplacement, bien que carrefour bruyant Literie fatiguée et déformée., pas de torchon pour la vaisselle, pas de sortie de bain.

- Guest (10/5): Great accommodation in central Dublin - Location is excellent, right in the centre of the city.Apartment is bright and clean, beds were comfortable.Great base for exploring Dublin, walking distance to the Luas and all the main shopping streets. Only thing I could suggest would be more teaspoons, some kitchen accessories ie grater, can opener, corkscrew, vegetable peeler, whisk, measuring jug, oven gloves.A tea towel, and dustpan would be handy too,and a hand towel for the bathroom.
- Nicola (10/5): Comfortable for the location - Very clean The noise level outside, there way roadworks all night so if your travelling with children I wouldn’t recommend
Dommage...
La rue est assez bruyante en soirée.
Il y a un sèche-linge mais pas de lave-linge.

- Tania (10/5): - Arredata molto bene e con tutti I comfort
- Godvin (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (9/5): Would definitely stay again - Great location, very stylish apartment, very convenient
- Hajdukovic (5/5): Beat up, filthy apartment in noisy neighborhood - Living room style, decor and kitchen was nice. Doggy neighborhood, entry stairs very tight if you have large suitcase you're screwed. Apt is all beat up, smelly bathroom, noisy outside, filthy, furniture beat up, beds not comfy, moldy...
Not worth it the money, I would give 5 for this.
- Flynn (8/5): Very good - The location was great and there was enough beds for a family. I liked there was a dryer but was surprised there wasn’t a washing machine as well. The street noise was a bit loud in the late night.
- Sheelagh (10/5): Exceptional - Very good to let us have access to the apartment before check in time. So nice.
- Stephanie (6/5): The cons outweighed the pros unfortunately - Pros:
Location - close to everything we needed to go to. 15min walk to Temple Bar etc.
Clean - appreciated the cleanliness.
Beds - comfy but needed more pillows.
Adequate crockery and cutleries for short stay. Cons:
No hangers with nowhere to hang clothes or a wardrobe when there’s so much space in the apartment to put one.
No hand towels provided in the kitchen and bathroom.
No bath/floor mat in the bathroom.
We booked as 4 adults and only 3 towels were provided, plus 2 head towels so one of us had to use the smaller towel.
Wifi code wasn’t posted anywhere (no info given), we had to ask.
Hit and miss with replies - answers only 1 question and ignores the rest.
Only 1 mirror in the whole apartment (in the bathroom) so a little tricky for 4 people getting ready.
No iron and board despite it being listed in the room amenities. If you no longer provide said amenity take it off the listing as it’s misleading and leads to inconvenience. You said to contact Booking to cancel but it’s already too late as we were on the way to the property.
There’s a tumble dryer but no washing machine.
For almost €400 per night, a lot of things were missing unfortunately.
- Matthew (9/5): Superb - Great location, right in the heart of the city. Clean and well equipped Not really many negatives and would be really nit-picking to mention them so I shan't.
- Cecilia (9/5): A great location for exploring Dublin - Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Well equipped kitchen. A brilliant place for people watching on the streets below. Not far to walk to the main shopping areas & close to the tram stop. An added bonus was the portal to other countries at the end of the road - I wish there were more of them. A t-towel would have been handy for drying odd cups. The outer door is tricky, which we were warned about, my grandson got the hang of it. On the first night there was a high pitched whining noise which we couldnt locate; it had stopped in the morning & our second night was quiet.
- Veronica (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jamie (8/5): Very good -
- Riyazuddin (9/5): Superb -
- San (9/5): Superb - The unit is very spacious and clean. Location of the unit is great but a lots of homeless surrounding and need to careful when we walk out.
A lots of street 's noise at night.
- Mark (7/5): Enjoyable stay on a budget. Walking to Dublin highlights - Close to Dublin central, temple area Quite steep stairs, and noisy at night.
- Simona (8/5): Comfortable - Spacious and comfortable apartment, close to the parking garage in the city center. It could have been cleaner, the drain in the shower cabin was clogged. The water drained very slowly, so you had to shower very quickly. This was evident during cleaning, but they still didn't put any drain cleaner in.
- Eleonora (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location in the heart of Dublin and lovely adpartment
- Shakeel (8/5): Very good - Really nice and clean No parking and no lift so a struggle to get up the stairs with luggage.
- Hayes (1/5): Do not book this apartment unless you want to get scammed! - I contacted the owner the morning of checking in the accommodation to find out where to collect keys for the apartment - first time I heard from him. He then told me that there was no electricity in the apartment so he would not be able to provide this accommodation!
I explained that we had organised this a month ago and it was fully paid for!
He then told me that he could supply a couple of rooms with a shared bathroom above a shop!!! Not suitable for 2 female travellers.
Requested a refund from him as well as putting in a request for refund with Booking.com.
We had to arrange last minute accommodation elsewhere in Dublin which cost us an additional fee.
I'm now out of pocket for both places and waiting for a refund from Booking.com.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING THIS APARTMENT!!!
- Artur (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and cozy apartment in the very center of Dublin
- Calvin (9/5): Nice stay in the centre of Dublin - Good location, affordable. Nice clean and modern. Toilet water was running - needs fixed. And shower head not holding up on shower head holder.
Parking is missing.
- William (10/5): Exceptional -
- Trixybelle (7/5): Good -
- Margarita (8/5): Very good -
- William (8/5): Very good -
- Una (8/5): A fantastic apartment. Has everything you need. - The apartment is in a fantastic location. Has everything you would need. Kids loved the bunk beds! Nice and modern. Two small issues, which are easily fixed, the toilet ran all night (water sounds all night)
Pillows were very thin. Other than that, it’s brilliant.
- Albina (9/5): Superb - Very nice studio. We are satisfied with our short trip to Dublin. Location 50 metres from Spire.
- Tamara (7/5): Good - Excellent location, in close proximity to everything. Bathroom has no heating devices, it is very cold. Water is constantly running in the toilet, it is so noisy and annoying, I could not sleep. The feeling as if one stays at the waterfall.
And the apartment does not have a washing machine. Instead, they offer a tumble dryer. Am I supposed to wash my laundry in the kitchen sink or a dishwasher and than dry it in a dryer?
The bed is unstable, the upper part is cracking, it looks and sounds unstable.
- Quin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Leon (4/5): no bedsheets, bad communication, great location though - very good location, can’t get much better in dublin. beautiful apartment. one of the double beds was comfortable. would stay here again as a solo traveller, but not as a group for reasons below. incredibly poor communication from the accommodation staff / owners. would not provide the address until check in time, effectively lying about when check in is available. beds didn’t all have sheets, didn’t notice until we were going to bed and it was too late to contact staff.
- Dario (8/5): Very good - excellent position some seervices advertised were Missing
- Cecilia (7/5): Good - The location is perfect and the apartment is good in size. You easily reach the city and it's shopping, museums, pubs, grocerystores and so on. The frontdoor locker wasn't functioning properly most of the time, and that created unnecessary frustration. The cleaning can be improved.
- Elizabeth (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the apartment and the location. It was perfect for us to be able to wander around to the sites, restaurants and shopping. We would stay there again. The only 2 very minor complaints we would mention would be the difficulty in getting up the fairly steep, winding and narrow staircase with our large luggage. The other small issue was the shower drain was slightly stopped up which concerned us about the possibility of overflowing the shower pan. Just needed to be cleaned out a bit. Otherwise our stay was wonderful.
- Ramakrishnan (7/5): Good - Probably the best location in Dublin - closest to all happening spaces. Nice facilities met expectations. We were there for the whole week. Housekeeping and cleaning support was non existent.
- Yichen (10/5): Excellent experience - Clean and tidy, the bed is very comfortable! well equipped and better than any b&b you have ever stayed in the city centre. Very good location, easy access to all places. And the host was very kind too that he cleaned the room in time to help us check in early. Hope you can provide option for the quilt. Although there are no hot summers in Ireland, the night we stayed was really hot. It can also be very noisy in the city centre at night so we can't open the Windows to ventilate for cool air.
- Jonny (10/5): Exceptional -
- Daniel (9/5): Super location and value - Really central location. Clean and comfortable
- Sarah (7/5): Lovely apartment, overall stay was pleasant just a few little bits that could easily be sorted would make this an excell - Lovely cosy apartment, modern and clean in a good location. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.
There are some really good facilities but also some shortcomings that could be easily fixed. - Only 2 cups - booked for 4 people
- no curtains on one of the windows, there is a screen for privacy but doesn’t block out the light
- apartment seems a little unfinished in places e.g builders markings on bathroom wall
- the shower head is not compatible with the shower holder.
-no hand towel for bathroom
- Michelle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kirsten (9/5): Nice space for a family - Comfy beds! Good size space for a short stay with a family. The apartment was clean and in a central location. The street was a bit noisy at night. It would have been nice to have a table or something to put things on in the bathroom. The stairs leading to the apartment were difficult to bring luggage up, but we managed.
- Noelia (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was clean and practically new. It is in a very good location Although it has everything you need, this apartment has a big problem, because the wifi does not work throughout the apartment except for a little coverage that picks up in the living room. This fact makes it impossible to take full advantage of the accommodation, because for example you can not use the television. Although we have warned the owner about this, we have not received a reply after two days, and it is necessary to tell him again about the lack of wifi, which he does not even inform us about.
- Tjiroze (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pia (8/5): Overall, we have a pleasant and enjoyable stay at the property. The host is easy to talk to and give clear instructions - Location is very handy and accessible by foot and by buses/luas. It is clean, well kept and the place is good value for your money. We just have a few trouble with the internet, might be a poor signal during our stay. Just need to be cautious with entering the code in the main door because it is near a pub and people are standing around when you try to get in.
- Xuejing (10/5): Definitely will be back - I had the pleasure of staying at
this wonderful Airbnb accommodation,
and I can't recommend it enough! The
location was fantastic, offering easy
access to all the attractions and amenities
of the area. The apartment itself was
newly decorated, giving it a fresh and
modern feel that made for a comfortable
stay.
What truly made my experience
exceptional was the landlord's hospitality.
They were incredibly friendly and
accommodating, ensuring that my stay
was enjoyable from start to finish. Their
attention to detail and willingness to
assist with any queries or needs truly
made me feel welcome.
