• Federica (8/5): Posto carino,staff eccezionale - La signora che si occupa della casa è fantastica e mi ha indicato come arrivare allo spettacolo pirotecnico di fine anno facendo tante telefonate senza che chiedessi nulla, alla mattina si è presentata con la colazione. La stanza è carina,il paese molto silenzioso pur essendo a pochi km da Sydney Il bagno fuori dalla stanza e i vicini decisamente ubriachi che hanno fatto confusione fino alle 5 di mattina

Property needs maintenance in shower, as it was broken, not towels provided, no hand washer, no break fast provided as it claims, bed was too small, misleading information. I think owner only wants to earn money rather than do some work on the property.

• Alison (5/5): Basic accommodation and comfortable - The host was very friendly and welcoming. Quiet location. Simple bread and egg for breakfast and a coffee. Although overall the house was ok, it was a bit awkwardly laid out. Bed was difficult to get in as the mattress was collapsed a bit.

• Martin (5/5): run down property - the staff was nice run down property, small room with cockroaches, shared bathroom in a very poor state
• Ihor (4/5): It is not a bungalow you are renting, just a room with a shared everything! - Late check in and check out. Yes, it's not expensive, especially if you get a Genius discount... But! It is listed as a family bungalow, containing 4 beds, and other amenities. In fact: 1) you get just one of the rooms (in my case a tiny one). 2) all the amenities are shared, half of the listed ones are just not there. 3) it's just a half of the house, where the host lives. 4) cleanliness is a serious issue. by look, the bathroom wasn't cleaned ever: someones hair and ear sticks in the shower tub, dust and hair on the sink. 5) not well-maintained: the hot water tap in the shower just falls off. 😬 I think people should know this when considering booking this place.
• Geoff (8/5): Budget O/N stay for airport connection. - Welcoming manager to small compact accommodation but clean& comfortable for an overnight stay. Quiet area and close to shops and other amenities and easy 30 minute drive to airport next morning. Some noise on late arrival of other guests but expected,compact adjoining rooms.

• Tara (5/5): Was ok, can easily maintain the property well with better cleanliness and facilities. - The caretaker family was nice The toilet commode wasn’t clean. The toilet latch was falling apart and I had to use it without lock. Coffee and snack served at 5:20 am. I think usually people wouldn’t have it that early. Should have alerted otherwise at checkin rather than getting a knock at the door while I was asleep.
• Susan (10/5): Accommodating and comfortable - I booked the room at the last moment. Jo was so accommodating and waited up for me when I arrived an hour later than I hoped to (past 11pm). And the linen! The material of the doona cover & pillow case - so soft. And a polafleece blanket between the doona and fitted base sheet. I liked that idea! Thanks Jo for looking after me. Next time I'm in the area I'll have that breakfast cup of coffee with you😊

• Tomas (5/5): Can't recommend unless you really have to be in this location - Good location close to a train station. Comfortable bed. Lots of dust in the bathroom. Dust in the wardrobe. Cockroaches in the room. Beeping smoke alarm. No breakfast at all.
• Dollyva (10/5): We need more people like Jo existing in this kind of industry - I didn’t actually stay at the property, but I was helping someone out to stay over there and they loved it so that’s good enough. Special thank you to Jo for looking after Magda as she went above and beyond in providing the best of service. She is absolutely an asset for the establishment. We definitely need more people in this planet like her. None was mentioned
• Linda (7/5): Great location, quiet, clean, comfortable bed, lovely, welcoming host. - Great location, but a quiet area. Jo was lovely, helpful and very welcoming. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room had heating, slippers, and towel a provided. The open lounge at the front being the only sitting area. It would be better if it had the plastic blinds that could be down in winter.

• Kas (10/5): Perfect overnight accommodation! Had all the necessarity facilities and plenty of parking! - The host was exceptional!! Very accommodating for a late check in and last minute booking! Considering it was a quick stop, having breakfast made organising my day even better. The facilities were basic but had all the amenities including towels so super comfortable, exactly what you would expect in a decent bed and breakfast type accommodation. Because of this I extended my stay for another night in order to get more things done on my short trip to the area! It was also walking distance to the shopping centre for groceries and a short walk to the train station. So super accessible place:) Honestly, there is not much to say. It was perfect for a single guy travelling through! Will definitely choose this again for my trips to sydney!
• Sharon (2/5): Host was very lovely and had to cover owners problems this accommodation needs to be fixed. - Close to train station Loud Alarm was beeping all the time and mentioned it to host she advised us that was the next thing they were fixing. the bathrooms didn’t locked or toilet so anyone could walk in on you. Cleaning was started at 7:30am sweeping outside room and was woken up. No TV that was advertised in the out for lounge area, no seats to sit and eat no cutlery if you did want to use the cooking facilities. No air conditioning that’s advertised. House needs a very good clean. Couldn’t up load photos otherwise they would be showing.
