• Cedric (10/5): Perfection - What word would describe this place best? PERFECTION. The villa is just incredible. The best place we have stayed at in 3 weeks in Uganda and Rwanda. It is very big and luxurious! We were so sad we had to leave... price is more than fair for what u get!
• Gabriela (10/5): - The location is great, although a little far from Musanze town if you do not have a car. I spent the week working while my nanny and child stayed at the house. It was safe, easy to cook, and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

• Victoria (10/5): Perfect home base for family visit to Volcanoes NP - Huge modern private two-story villa in a great neighborhood, top quality and super quiet. A perfect home base for a visit to Volcanoes NP. We felt really lucky to stay here. Magnifique was a gracious host, staying quite late to meet us when our arrival was delayed by many hours due to unexpected car trouble and then cooking us a lovely breakfast at 5:30am (!!) when we wanted to make an early departure. Communication was perfect and check in and check out were very easy; Magnifique even went out of her way to arrange to let us leave our luggage on the premises while we spent the day at the park before heading out later for Uganda (although in retrospect the parking at Volcanoes was also super secure and it would have been fine to keep our luggage in our car despite that it couldn't be locked). There is nothing to not like - it was truly perfect. Access is easy; just use common sense if/when relying on Google Maps to navigate.

We had such a good stay with good wifi ( except when it rains but that is expected in Rwanda) the host was great and very communicative along with The guard. I would highly recommend this place to scribe looking to stay in the area. Nothing negative to say
• Celia (7/5): Lovely place, some fine tunning with their customer care needed - Lovely garden, spacious (great for kids), with beautiful flowers, garden furniture to enjoy reading, chilling, sunbathing... very bright house with tones of light, clean, modern and spacious, very quiet neighborhood but not far from downtown, attentive and discrete staff and comfortable beds. There was free coffee, tea, sugar, fruit and bread in the kitchen upon arrival. They brought wood to set up a fireplace by the garden. There was an unpleasant exchange with the host, because we didn't get breakfast, even though it was clearly stated that it was included in the booking. Apparently there was an issue with booking.com (not my fault, not my problem) and the price we paid didn't include breakfast. Even though they apologized, they didn't offer a refund or a deduction on the price (since it was too late to make it) and even implied that I paid for the free items that had been offered (bread, fruit...). The conversion rate in RWF that we got didn't match the price in $ on booking.com and we paid $2 extra. Sure, not a lot of money, for me it's more a question of transparency, honesty and "savoir faire", especially after having had an unpleasant conversation. We didn't have hot water in any of the two showers. We asked for a technician and after his visit, we only had slightly warm shower, with not much pressure and the sound of strong leaking coming from the roof the whole night which woke us up a few times in the night. There aren't mosquito nets in the rooms, only plug-in mosquito repellents, quite toxic for humans, especially children. When I enquired about this before the check-in the answer that I got was "you rarely see them", although both my child and me got several mosquito bites.
