• Tieme Hermes (4/5): Meh - De locatie De kamer zag een anders uit dan op de fotos. Het was niet allemaal even schoon. Na het vragen van nieuwe handdoeken kreeg ik die pas 3 dagen voor de deur neergelegd. Tv werkte niet. Riool rook je door de douche en wc. Incompleet wasrek. Geen opbergplek.

With an elderly person in our group and everyone with large luggage it was very awkward and inconvenient! Sleeps 6 people and only has 2 (wobbly) chairs/seats. Only 5 packets of coffee for 3 days, nothing replenished or serviced. Very disappointing!

Solo hasta ahí, apenas suficiente - Está a 15 minutos caminando de la zona más animada de shinjuku Dice que es para 4 personas y realmente es muy muy pequeño para 4 personas, en realidad es como para 2, solo que tiene dos camas de dos plazas. Solo se puede dormir y usar la ducha (que funciona perfecto) pero nada más, hasta para armar las maletas se hace complicado en tan pocos metros cuadrados.

They send me a e-mail informing about rules and regulations. They informed in their e-mail that they will share the flat number and keywords to enter to the flat. However, they didn't send me the flat number and keywords or key passes for the flat. I contacted to the flat responsible persons. They tolled me that they will check for the situation and turn back. But they didn't turn back to me. I asked them to refund my payment, after they killed my whole night, they paid back. Never book this apartment and never stay there. The owners are tricky and not responding to e-mails or messages. Never book there

• Laura Daniela (9/5): Super bien!!! - Muy bien en relación calidad precio, es verdad que es pequeño pero ya nos habíamos informado que casi todos los alojamientos en Japón eran pequeños así que este no estaba tan mal, tuvieron un problema minúsculo y no dudaron en devolvernos el dinero si queríamos pero lo denegamos y fuimos al final, la ubicación super bien cerca del metro y tiendas de conveniencias El baño es verdad que se notaba antiguo, era un poco incómodo porque parecía bastante viejito y deteriorado pero bueno se podía usar sin mayor problema

• Shunsuke (6/5): - 朝から都内で用事あり、前日は新宿付近で飲みがあったので利用しました。一帯の中では比較的安く中心地に近めです。部屋はコンパクトですが、同僚と相部屋でも一晩寝る分にはまったく問題ないです。 歩くと20分以上かかるので、帰りは結局タクシーを使いました。そういう意味では、もう少し値段が安めだと有難いという印象です。

Es wird gemeint du zahlt für eine Nacht 40€, aber dann wird 80€ abgebucht. Warum? Weil die für die Reinigung 40€ Gebühren hinzukommen. Man kommt dann vor Ort hin und sieht überall Dreck, also die ganze Tür zum Bad war voll mit Staub. Unfassbar. Ich verstehe nicht, warum die Reinigungskosten genauso teuer sind wie das Übernachten selbst.

It was much too small for 4 people, more adapted for 2 if one of the double beds is removed. No space for suitcases or even to get past each other! The bathroom light kept going off. No place in the bathroom for toiletries or to hang the towels.

Very responsive staff. Very clean. Good value for money. It was tiny for a family of four that includes two teenagers.

On calling the management they said we accidentally sent you the wrong room number and code.

• Christos (5/5): Passable - Good that coffee was available. Liked the location. Shower was not adequate and room smelled. Had to have the windows open and therefore the noise from the road was increased. Very small downstairs. Stairs to upstairs very steep.

There was an awful smell, like sewage, that the team did their best to rectify but it still remained. The green exit light illuminated the room the whole night making it impossible to sleep. The rooms were so old and the bathroom floor stayed wet the whole stay. The rooms look nothing like the photos which appear quite new and renovated.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room has lots of commodities. It also has a small balcony with a washing machine. Amazing price for everything it has! When I get back to Shinjuku I’ll book it again.

It is a very cramp room for a family of 4. 2 beds only. Moving around is a hassle. We had no space to open any luggage. Got to place it on the beds. The word "apartment" is very misleading. It is a tiny room with a stand-shower toilet. There are several holes in the "raw ceiling"(concrete cement with exposed pipes) above the beds. Potential lurking hidden cameras.
• Sara (1/5): gross - This place was so disgusting. For four travellers we were in this dirty, dingey room that was not cleaned - there was someones dirty socks left under our bed. Dust everywhere. Hairdryer covered in dust. No one in the building if you need help. No helpline. Honestly it was abysmal.
