- Russell (2/5): - Kitchen area was good Shared access through shower room.
No enough parking, two cars took up three spots.
Not good value for money.

- Shane (8/5): Wonderful stay that suited my needs - Somehow first place overbooked but they set me up in another house around the corner(probably better location for me actually) fantastic communication from owners though so was not concerned at any time. The house looks like recent refurbishment so had wonderful polished floor, bed was super comfortable and bathroom/separate toilet were impeccably clean and modern. Close to great indian restaurant and pub and convenience store, all walking distance of 5mins. Park for kids is about 1min walk. No street noise at night, slept great. Other occupants were considerate with everyone friendly and quiet at night( no door banging/clomping around late). And little welcome snacks on the bed which was nice. It was all good with maybe a suggestion of a better path to front door but thats a minor minor complaint

Alors qu'elle nous avait confirmé la location.
La galère pour trouver un autre logement qui nous a coûter plus chère et du trèes.

We cooked for lunch the food was bitter coz they had filthy pots
The bed is mouldy or stained bed sheet maybe they not change after 1 customers gone that's why we was itchy the dryer is not working properly The baddly is my 2 1/2 years girl had sickness maybe cockroach bites on her right hand coz we saw the cockroach in the morning it was upside down we couldn't sleep on the second night it was happened we have to go emergency at 2 am but lucky now a little better but till not really great
- Mea (10/5): Excellent -
- Robinson (5/5): Passable for the money. - Clean and pleasant property. Bedroom door latch is backwards. Bedroom door has a window which allows hall light in. Pillows were awful. All 4 of them. Bed was very noisy. Neighbours flood light was on all night and the curtains didn't stop all of the light from coming in. So the Bedroom was quite bright.
- Tina (7/5): not for a relaxing stay - Have a kitchen and breakfast provided The portable air conditioner exterior tube was blowing in the bedroom instead outside. backyard was not a relaxing area
- Natalya (8/5): Quaint - Easy booking. Easy contact. Noisy upstairs very early in morning.
- Trinidad (10/5): -
- Emily (8/5): Simple, clean, good value. - Beautiful house and the bathroom is big with a bathtub that looks like it doubles as a spa. There was no tv in the room we had.
- Kulmira (8/5): - Good breakfast, good location, very clean, nice people servicing rooms. I would stay longer if the price was a bit lower. No TV in the room, no air conditioner in the room.
- Gregg (9/5): 9/10 overall experience - Bathroom was fully equipped shower and spa bath, access to the kitchen with the ability to cook a meal. Very clean, great value for money Not like its a deal breaker, but I do like watching a little TV before bed.
- Catherine Farr (3/5): - We were changed location on very short notice and it was not the same as what we were expecting and we did not feel safe or comfortable at the new location.
- Pham (9/5): -
- Esther (10/5): Beautiful, tidy house and exceptional hospitality ! - Beautiful house and very tidy! Had lots of food for everyone to share and the free breakfast is such a clever idea especially in a Airbnb ! Booked an extra night as we enjoyed our stay so much! The hosts are very detailed in their instructions on how to find your room and room key when checking in late, which I found to be very useful ! Especially once dark ! Excepectional hospitality and My partner and I enjoyed our stay so much we will defiantly be coming back in the future !

- Lesley (7/5): -
- Shirley (9/5): Quirky ,quirky , quirky !! - It is very quirky , great verandah area to hang out and lots of nice extra touches like games , and free breakfast . Downstairs unit could do with an upgrade but the beds were comfy and the water pressure in the shower was amazing !! Oh and we couldn’t find a hairdryer ?
- Sarah (10/5): -
- Reginald (10/5): -
- Jasmine (8/5): -
- Ruby (10/5): - Location was great. Restaurants and shops were reasonably close by.
- Irving (10/5): I can’t wait to book again - It was very homely and welcoming I don’t have any complaints
- Michael (8/5): Overall great stay jusy couldn’t find the washing machine! - Very tidy and relaxing place to hang out great option while visiting the city of Brisbane a quick walk into south bank from kangaroo point. Light switches were a little tricky to use at first, couldn’t find the washing machine and no tv.
- Russell (8/5): -
- harvey (7/5): - Great location, nice view, home away from home feeling. I would recommend getting a vacuum as that one didn't work, didn't pick up anything off the floor. Vacuum I would recommend is $35 from Big w, as I've bought one in the past.
Empty the expired food out of the fridge left from other people whom stayed out of the fridge I removed and put in the bin.
Instructions above the coffee machine for use.
- Lena (1/5): I really cannot recommend it; the only thing you pay for here is the location. - I was very disappointed with the establishment; I absolutely did not expect this. Upon arrival, we found a completely damaged door to the room, and the condition was nothing like the photos I had seen. As for security, it was really lacking. The shared shower, which connected through three different doors, made us feel unsafe, worried that someone might come in while we were using it… I definitely do not recommend this place. The only positive point was the location. However, after seeing the condition and the lack of security, we decided to leave and booked another accommodation. The price was truly outrageous for the type of lodging offered; you are clearly just paying for the location.
- Jack (8/5): -
- louise (8/5): Comfy convenience - Well located, good parking, great instructions, clean and comfortable
- shannon (2/5): - Thought the house was ok it wasn't the views advertised and a lot of the facilities were not working or just cheap The spark didn't work and there were no large tv in the rooms to work a movie or anything
- Lalit (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kane (5/5): Unfortunately the 2nd night we stayed the upstairs people wrre super loud and not considering the people down stairs fir - Easy access, nice looking building. Unfortunately was super dusty just sneezed the entire time, would have been great if there was a tv in the room.
- Kristina (9/5): Superb -
- Tracey (7/5): Good -
- Kristin (8/5): Nice guest house with shared facilities. Good value for money and nice location - Nice shared kitchen and living space/verandah. Responsive staff and nice location close to river and bus. Quad room wasn’t actually a quad room but the owners offered another room to compensate.
- Charitha (8/5): Very good -
- Nimmy (6/5): Location is good and the top floor shared rooms are ok but the ground floor big room on offer is not good. - The location was ok We had booked for a quadraple room but when we arrived one bed was missing from the room. Another room was added on the next day when we contacted the landlord. The place was not so clean and the bathroom facility for the rooms were shared if also separate bathroom was offered with quadraple room.
- Elias (8/5): Central and good breakfast - Location near the centre, clean and breakfast included Mattress very old and not can hold the body stable any more. Sleep was not comfortable
- Chloe (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elias (9/5): Good atmosphere and easy - Nice and heritage house Coffee makes doesn't work
- Dave (7/5): Good - Good to have a whole house to ahare Bed too soft a second toilet
- Jennifer (8/5): Very good -
- Robert (7/5): Great location, very clean standards, great location and value for money - Basic breakfast foods supplied Didn’t realis would be sharing facilities with whole house.

- Shanon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Derek (8/5): Midweek wedding in Brisbane - Very comfortable A little difficult to get to, but that's Brisbane roads for you.
- Phoebe (7/5): Good -
- Warwick (9/5): Very comfortable and clean. Self check in instructions were excellent. Plenty of street parking. - Great location in East Brisbane. Nice, quiet street and only 1km walk to Shaftson Hotel.
- Nakai (8/5): Very good -
- Shiham (7/5): Good -
- S (1/5): Not Happy - Location was close to city There was no split system air-conditioning, kitchen was upstairs which we have to go outside of the unit,
Beds weren't as comfortable
Portable air-conditioning was noisy
Pics are misleading and lack description.
Breakfast included was very misleading, they have left stuff in the pantry and fridge and marked as free..
It was substandard old house and poor living conditions
I am very disappointed 😞
- Lauren (8/5): Enjoyed morning and evening walks. Felt safe in neighborhood. - Great location for going for walks. Get to meet other people, but one bathroom for potentially 6 guests can be busy. We had 5 at once and great design to have sink outside of shower and toilet area.
- Agnes (6/5): Great for a short stay, quiet neighbourhood and lovely house. - It was lovely that there were a lot of food staples already there, so you did not have to add extra items into your grocery shop. The front balcony was a lovely place to sit and relax. Although the house was beautiful and our stay was comfortable, there were still other patrons that did not abide by the hosts rules of being mindful and quiet after 10pm. Considering our room was opposite the toilet and bathroom, it did get noisy during the morning. If you are aware of these factors and can put up with the noise considering the price, I think this is still a great place to stay.
- Robyn (9/5): Convienent and easy to access, great location. - Unique and welcoming. Great location. Free parking. My room was next to the bathroom and it was noisy when someone had a shower.
- Matthew (7/5): Very nice place overall, but if doing laundry, be careful. - Comfortable, feels very homey. Good kitchen and eating area. Other guests had the ability to lock us out of the laundry area. They did this and then left the building, and we weren’t able to retrieve our laundry for hours. When we got in finally, we had items missing from our laundry.
- Lauren (7/5): Nice walking trails, big old well built home and lovely guests. Never met the landlord. - Nice and quiet. Big beautiful older home. Could have been a bit cleaner. Bathroom and kitchen.
5 people to one bathroom was a traffic jam. Good thing my husband was not there to equal 6.
- Maureen (7/5): It was suitable for the night. Would return again - Cereal and Toast/Bread available with Hot Drinks. Make yourself. Only long life milk available. Sorry don't like it. Prefer Fresh Milk
Would have liked Outside lighting at night to see the stairs.
- Leighann (10/5): Exceptional - Everything Nothing
- Leighann (10/5): Exceptional - Everything the vibes are amazing Nothing
- Leighann (10/5): Exceptional - The vibe in this house is so relaxing genuine calm and the blue panels are so calming ,
The feel of this house is "HOME" you don't want to leave
- Paula (8/5): Very good -
- Giovanni (5/5): Good overhaul for a 2 days trip but no longer then that. - Is a big house To many people although all friendly and quite
- Chun-ping (1/5): Bad - No air conditioning in the Gold fish room even the fan is not working too.
You don't know what food you can take in the fridge . Very confusion.
- Lalit (10/5): Exceptional -
- Manisira (8/5): Very good -
- Lauren (3/5): Poor - It’s almost criminal to not have aircon or proper fans in 34° heat…! It was cooler outside than it was in the room so made for a very uncomfortable night. The fans hardly put out any airflow even on max setting. Place is run down with dead bugs all over ceiling and walls. The shower tap isn’t fixed so falls off when turned, and there’s a half finished wallpaper job on the shower screen (odd). Didn’t feel very clean or match images
- Ben (10/5): Exceptional -
- Melissa (9/5): Superb -
- Alma (8/5): Very good - It would have helped to know about the many steps to climb access the room
- Andrew (7/5): Riverside - Close to the city, quiet area.
Direct access to parks and running tracks.
Clean, spacious kitchen & dining area inside and relaxing area on the verandah. Lack of air-conditioning down stairs.
Fans needed cleaning.
One bedside drawers and one of the beds had broken legs.
Verandah railing needs urgent repair in places as it has rotted through.
Lawns needed mowing.
The neighbours dog barks a lot (not property owners fault)
Frozen bread was not what I expected when it said breakfast was included.
- Isabella (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ezzat (5/5): Passable -
- Mustafa (2/5): Disapppinting and felt cheated. - It is more like a hostel, with one bathroom to be shared between 3 rooms. They sell the property booking eith breakfast included but it is not. Its a kitchen with some basuc ingredients with proteins and fruits being conspicuous by their absence. The floors are extremely creaky and the doors extremely noisy. Anyone moving around disturbs the whole house. The water view as advertised is vague peek at a creek flowing by.
- Bonnie (4/5): Very misleading and overpriced - The bed was comfortable and the room had aircon. It was nice to have access to most things that would be in a normal house. The description of this property is very misleading. Please note that this is not a unit, it is a room in a share house! The house and yard were not clean. Upon checking in, I contacted the property to let them know that there was dried poo splattered all over the toilet (seat, lid and button). I tried cleaning it but it had been there for a few days. They did not send someone to clean it, nor did they respond and let me know that it would not be cleaned. They just said that they would check to see if the cleaners were still there. Surely, maintaining basic hygiene standards is essential for guests checking in at $175+ a night. What a scam!
The cost is very overpriced for a room in a share house. Others in the house also felt mislead by the description. It said there was free parking- this was not the case, as the property is in the Gabba no parking zone so parking on the street could lead to a fine. This property is not a bed and breakfast, as you need to cook for yourself from the bread in the freezer. The coffee grinder and fridge water dispenser did not work. If you know things are broken, put a sign up to say they are not working. The rooms do not have a hot tub, as indicated in the description. Rather, a spa bath is included in the shared bathroom, which is one metre from one of the rooms. All spaces in the house are shared, except for your room so you can hear everything. Overall, we feel very duped by this property. Change the description so that it is correct, and add some decent photos so that it is clear what people are booking.
- Benjamin (8/5): A different experience to staying at a hotel as it was more personal and peaceful. - It was very convenient and it was also more personal than just a hotel. It was the perfect location as it was 5minutes from the middle of town yet it was very peaceful. No issues at all.
- Heidi (1/5): Bad - I was completely locked out of my part of the house and took an hour to try and get assistance getting in. My friends came over to help me get in and once we got in the other guest was walking around in their underwear. Travelling solo I didn’t feel safe using the showers ect and ended up leaving
- Jorgensen (10/5): Exceptional - Dispite it being a shared house, I found it remarkably peaceful and a welcome comfort to come back to after my daily activities. N/A
- Harald (9/5): We had a great time! It's a great stay in a quiet neighborhood not too far from the CBD/ inner city. - Beautiful charming house in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen were squeaky clean. The supplied breakfast was varied and there was plenty of it. The self check-in and check-out was fast and unproblematic. The mattress was a bit on the soft side (but I guess this is more of a personal preference thing, since my partner loved it).
The public transport into the CBD/ inner city is a bit spotty on the weekends (however, an Uber costs between 5-20$ if you're in a hurry; so that's not too bad).
- Woodfine (9/5): Superb -
