• Wiktoria Konera (7/5): - Do plaży 25 min, do centrum 25 min pieszo. Bardzo miły i pomocny gospodarz. Bardzo głośna i brudna ulica. Brak okna w apartamencie, tylko małe okienko.
• Estefania (9/5): - Apartamento pequeño y completo. Hay parking publico gratuito al lado del apartamento. A 15 minutos andando del centro de Catania. Tuvimos un problema con el horno y el anfitrión nos lo solucionó rápidamente. Muy atento y amable. En los alrededores del apartamento hay muchos niños con motos, circulando sin control. Hay ruido constante por la tarde-noche a causa de las motos, pero hay tapones para los oídos en las mesitas de noche para poder amortiguar el ruido por la noche.

• Alessandro (6/5): Rumorosissimo in zona degradata - Monolocale situato al piano terreno con soppalco discretamente ampio, ma con accesso tramite una scala molto ripida, e con bagno cieco. Ben pulito. Cucina piccola ma attrezzata con macchina Nespresso per il caffé. Host gentilissimo e pronto alle risposte Posizionato in una zona rumorosissima e molto degradata di Catania. L'appartamento non è insonorizzato e l'unica luce ed aria la prende dalla vetrata di ingresso, la cui piccola finestra non è possibile aprire per il rumore esterno. A qualsiasi ora della sera e della notte vi è un'orda di ragazzini che sfrecciano con moto e motorini suonando il clacson, impedendo anche di sentire il televisore del soggiorno. Davanti l'ingresso c'è una grata di scolo che ad ogni passaggio di auto e moto fa un suono sordo e fastidioso. Unica possibilità per dormire è mettersi i tappi alle orecchie (dotati dall'host). La tavoletta del bagno, a causa del contenitore dell'acqua, non si tiene aperta e cade sulla schiena

• Dias (4/5): - Extremamente barulhento o alojamento até disponibilizava tampões. Zona complicada . O ar condicionado só abarca o quarto superior e a porta dá directamente para a rua. Não recomendo
• Ana (8/5): - El apartamento está super bien. Dos camas de matrimonio, muebles nuevos y aire acondicionado arriba y abajo. Matteo ha sido muy atento en todo momento. Hay una explanada al lado en la que casi siempre hay sitio donde puedes dejar el coche. La zona en la que está situada aunque no esté lejos del centro es muy ruidosa. Hay un montón de jóvenes dando vueltas en moto.
• Clémentine (8/5): Très bon séjour - L’emplacement qui donne accès à tous les lieux d’intérêts à environ 15 minutes à pieds, proche d’un arrêt de bus qui emmène à la gare pour visiter d’autres endroits (Emplacement certes bruyant mais c’est la vie urbaine en centre ville, il faut s’y attendre, et on ne se sentait pas en insécurité) La climatisation est un réel point fort en pleins été, la literie est confortable et le logement bien équipé L’hôte est disponible et réactif Peut-être prévoir un aspirateur / serpillière pour les longs séjours, la cuvette des toilettes ne tient pas, les parois de la douche sortent facilement des rails

Intérieur agréable Les boules quies sur la table de nuit Parking juste à côté gratuit Entrée autonome. Emplacement, extrêmement bruyant, de jours comme de nuit. ( feux d’artifice + scooter faisant la course) Escalier abrupt, ne pas avoir le vertige, ni surpoids. Passage très dangereux dans la rue. Pas de bouilloire

• Imre (8/5): Good value for money. - Nice apartment. The area is a bit run down but the people are friendly. Everything is easily accessible. 10 minutes from the fish market. The area is a bit run down, there is a lot of trash. People on the street are loud late at night.

• Kathrin (8/5): For one night was pretty good. To remark, it was really clean and equipped. - A very clean and full little place The transit overnight was disturbing, a little bit complicated to get asleep.
• Juliana (9/5): Great place for a short stay! Would book this place again - We didn’t meet the host Matteo in person but he was quick to respond to messages and seemed nice. The location was great, only 15 mins walking distance to city centre, there are some mini market, cafeteria and a butcher only walking distance from apartment. There is a free parking just outside the building which was great! It was a bit noisy street but there are earplugs provided by the host which was very thoughtful of him. it was a bit cold downstairs in the kitchen area, even though there is ac, due to high ceilings it wasn’t enough to warm the place. We stayed beginning of March so evening and mornings are still cold. But overall we had a great stay.
• Ilya (10/5): Great! - Great apartment with everything you need. Clean new bedding, excellent repairs. Walking distance to major attractions is 15 minutes. We checked in at night without any problems. The landlord was in touch throughout the stay, for which we are immensely grateful! As for the downsides, noise, mainly from passing traffic, can be highlighted. But we were prepared for this and bought earplugs in advance, which I also recommend to you.
