- Vivek (9/5): Nice stay for business visits - the location of the hotel is very good. Its a good location hotel for business visits. The staff is helpful and considerate. They listen to issues and resolve them, if any. There is a good market near to the hotel for daily needs. The hotel needs to work on the cleanliness and wifi. They have recently changed their wifi provider and its availability in rooms is good. The taps in the bathrooms are dripping sometimes. The good part is that the staff listens to the feedback.

- Rupali (5/5): average - location that's it behavior of staff... as per company norm I booked hotel 15 days before. 5-2-24 hotel person called me and asked at what time I will do check in so I told her right now I am in train and first I will go to my work and in the evening after finishing my work I will come hotel and check in around 8-9pm. in the afternoon I received the call from hotel and told me all rooms are booked and they will accommodate any other place or u can cancel your booking and re booked any other hotel. after the long fighting that give me but they take a full stay amount in advanced after that they provide the room.

- Shishupal (8/5): A decent budget friendly place to stay in heart of city. - Easy to locate and reach the place. Well maintained property. Decent staff. Cleanliness is Good. Ventilation is good. Natural light is sufficiently available. Decent terrace with a kitchen on roof. Also the breakfast served was Good and plenty of options were available. Hotel tea is good. Room size is decent. Nothing as such but if they can keep wipers in bathroom it will be Good. Also, if the spring mattresses could be changed. It's become bouncy with time.

- Avishek (6/5): Okay, but not great - I liked its location- it is neatly tucked away in a quiet corner of Gomti Nagar, so full marks to it for the location. The breakfast wasn't great but then it wasn't bad either. I would want the hotel to be more cognizant of guests' comfort. I didn't exactly have a comfortable sleep since there was a lot of commotion in the corridors well past 12 in the midnight. Then the following morning I woke up to sounds of something heavier being moved around.

- Agarwal (4/5): I wont suggest to anyone pay huge amount for disappointment. - Staff behaviour was good only the reception girl. I didn't get the food served. Which was inappropriate as breakfast was included in my booking. They told me they only serve in morning time. If someone arrived late at the premises so according to their policy they wont serve the meal. In addition to this, linen were not cleaned. Hygiene rate was zero. You wont like even walking in the room barefoot. Moreover, they dont have proper parking space. According to the room tarif their service isn't matching.
