• Anca (10/5): Recomand si vom reveni cu drag! - Curățenia, personalul, mâncarea. Pensiunea are bazin cu apa termala care este schimbată zilnic, mâncarea din restaurant este diversificată si cu prețuri ok, personalul foarte amabil si atent la nevoile noastre. Terasa de pe malul Cernei foarte frumoasă cu muzică de calitate in surdină. Raportul calitate-preț excelent. -

• Ivan (10/5): - I had a great stay here it's a beautiful place right by the river. The food was really nice too especially breakfast. Everyone that worked there was very friendly and accommodating. Even though there was a language barrier as I know no Romanian 😅 and they spoke only a little English

• Silaghi (8/5): - Zona este superbă, având un restaurant pe malul apei foarte frumos cu mâncare bună. Personalul foarte primitor! Camera extrem de mică comparativ cu dimensiunea din descriere, foarte murdar atât în cameră cat și în baie.

La nostra stanza era pulita ed estremamente essenziale Nella stanza c'era tutto il necessario anche se era un pochettino basic la colazione non aveva scelta nonostante ci fosse al ristorante
• Valentinooo (4/5): Slab, nu merită banii dati - Pe scurt CASA de maxim 2 stele nici vorba de Pensiune. Nici macar panzele de paianjen nu sunt luate, baia o mica gluma de pe timpuri apuse. Mic dejun 2 variante oua sau crenvursti jenant Alo booking cu ce mic dejun va prezentati jenant. Singurul plus daca se poate spune este terasa.
• Noellie (5/5): Dessus . - La vue du restaurant était belle , restaurant sympa La chambre : sale , des cafards présent , le meuble (dressing )impossible d’ouvrir les tiroirs sinon le meuble se cassé , le sol collant , le mini frigo n’avait pas était nettoyé Salle de bain : il manquer la porte de douche, la propreté a désiré, La chambre donnée sur une table du restaurant, On entendait tous les passages extérieurs alors que c’était sensé être insonorisé comme dit dans l’annonce On avait les petits déjeuners gratuit dans l’annonce arriver sur place il fallait payer (bien sûr ils le disent après que on est prit la commande)
• Wolfgang (8/5): Schöne Lage mit griechischem Restaurant und Thermalbecken! - Das Zimmer ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, spartanisch renoviert, aber bis auf ein paar unangenehme Gerüche im Bad in Ordnung. Der Check-in war recht chaotisch und ist erst nachdem eine junge Dame aus dem Service mit Englisch ausgeholfen hat gut gegangen. Die Terrasse des griechischen Restaurants war wirklich schön gelegen. Leider haben wir schon Unterwegs gegessen und konnten es nicht probieren. Aber das beste war das kleine Thermalwasserbecken auf der Terrasse in dem wir weit nach Sonnenuntergang mit meiner Frau alleine noch ein Fläschchen Wein genießen durften. Dieses wurde wieder von der besten Servicekraft des Hauses serviert. Danke! Es war bekannt dass wir das Zimmer bei Booking inklusive Frühstück gebucht hatten. Obwohl um 8:00 schon viel Personal vor der Küche und auf der Terrasse des Restaurants herumwuselte, wusste niemand so richtig bescheid was er mit uns machen sollte. Zumindest durften wir auf der Terrasse, mit schöner Aussicht auf den Bachlauf, Platz nehmen. Auch ein Kaffee wurde geboten, dann hat sich länger nichts getan. Nachdem wir voller Hoffnung über 15 min. saßen, haben wir uns getraut nach Frühstück zu Fragen. Da wurde uns mitgeteilt dass wir noch 15 min. warten müssen da es Frühstück erst um 9:00 gibt. Ohne Nachfrage wurde uns Rührei, Brot, Käse und Tomaten gebrach. Geschmacklich war es sehr in Ordnung nur der Weg dazu sehr holprig. Wir waren anscheinend die einzigen Gäste mit Frühstück?

• Emilia (10/5): Exceptional - The early check in was great, the Red Bridge across the river Cerna very close by made it so easy to get to the city centre. Also Baiile Venera being close by made the stay even better. The Free Genious breakfast was excellent. There was nothing we didn't like.

• Elena (9/5): Oozy place- a home away from home - Our host was welcoming and accommodating, one gets the true feeling of living in her house. Everyone who works there enjoys what they are doing, they are genuinely attentive and supportive. We like the architecture of the place, and the taste in decorating. And the bonus: the hot tub with spring water. We hope they will be able to keep up with updating and repairing the place, to fully make use of the wonderful location and highlight the food in the restaurant.
• Vlad (2/5): Very poor - Exceptional view. Kind staff. Should have been good food, maybe we had a bad day. But the stay was terrible, room had old, profoundly degraded furniture, very limited space. As we were traveling with our toddler, the staff was very kind and provided a fridge, yet to our amazement it was actually broken.The Lorabella (as it was previously known) days are well and truly over.

• Taian (8/5): Very good - The room was clean, good heated, good location , the food in the restaurant was very good and the host and personnel very friendly and helpfull. Parking was available too. For a transit night it was a very good choice to rest in a warm place and eat well. There is no ventilation in the bathroom and the bathroom door could not close well. The TV is very small. The room opens directly into to restaurant so you always need to be carefull when opening for what people at the tables could see. For a transit night it was not a big incoveninence for us but for a longer stay it might be disturbing.
