- Nathalie (10/5): Parfait ! - Parfait, le meilleur hôtel sur Bilbao pour nous à présent, nous avons pourtant dormi dans beaucoup dhotels dans cette ville. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel, le service et la propreté irréprochables. Donne sur une petite rue du vieux centre mais très bien insonorisé. Idéalement situé dans la vieille ville, à-côté de lArena de Bilbao (10 minutes à pieds) où nous avions assisté à un concert. Parking de la gare pour la voiture, nous avons un SUV, place et accès adéquats, 22€ la journée.

Todo el diseño interior es muy lindo y acogedor. La habitación la sentí un poco pequeña, pero para quienes viajan con poco equipaje es perfecta. Me parece que hotels.com debe ser más específico con el tema de los estacionamientos en los hoteles y decir con claridad si está incluido o no, si está en la propiedad o fuera de ella. En mi búsqueda puse el filtro y me apareció este lindo hotel pero no tiene estacionamiento. El más cercano está a 7 calles.

- Brandon (10/5): Gorgeous Hotel with Top Notch Service - One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever walked into, the lobby and bar area was gorgeous and a great place for a nightcap as the day winds down. We were greeted by the staff upon check-in, and they were so friendly and took the time to show us the spots to hit around Bilbao. From there, each experience we had with the staff was splendid, helpful in reserving a taxi for an early morning flight, getting us wine at the bar, etc. Easily the most helpful and friendly staff I've experienced at a hotel in years. The rooms were not huge, but had a nice couch area beside the bed. Sink was outside of the bathroom and the bathroom was tight but not too small. If you are looking to explore old town, this is a perfect place to stay, we can't wait to stay here again in the future.

The area is well situated for the old town which the best part of Bilbao to stay, with easy access to plenty of great restaurants, bars and eateries. - Julia Isabel (10/5): - Uns hat das Design des Zimmers gut gefallen, allerdings ist es durch das Beleuchtungskonzept (keine Deckenlampe) und mangels ausreichendem Tageslicht sehr dunkel. Das Zimmer hatte auch keinen „Blick auf den Innenhof“, wie angegeben, da es keinen Innenhof gibt, sondern zwei Meter vor dem Fenster befindet sich die Außenwand des nächsten Gebäudes. Zum Sichtschutz (direkt vor unserem Zimmer befand sich ein Fenster des Nachbargebäudes) war eine Art große Sonnenblende mit einem Bild des „Puppy“ vor dem Guggenheim angebracht, was alles noch dunkler machte. Der kleine Balkon ist so nicht wirklich nutzbar, da man im Dunkeln im Spalt zwischen den Gebäuden sitzt…die andere Seite des Gebäudes wird aber auch nicht viel schöner sein, denn das Hotel liegt leider an einer schmuddeligen Straße der Altstadt mit Tattooshops, Graffiti und Müll. Ein paar Schritte weiter ist aber die Markthalle und auch sonst ist man schnell überall in der Altstadt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die große Regendusche, das 2m breite bequeme Bett und das hilfsbereite, freundliche Personal.

Room smelled a bit musty, but other than that was spotless. Smart tv with streaming from your phone, great AC, super comfortable bed, comfy couch, very nice bathroom. Location is super walkable to the old part of the city, market, and tons of food.

Everything in this hotel is immaculate , the rooms were super comfortable and the bathroom and bed were perfect . You cannot beat the location as it is the heart of Casco Viejo . I walked everywhere ! To the Guggenheim , to the Gran Via and along the beautiful river that flows through town . Moreover the price point is miraculous. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make sure I had the best time in Bilbao . I have to specifically thank Roxanne and Sonia for all the the information and support they provided me . They helped me arrange transportation and spent so much time explaining what to see in the city , offering me the best advice that even the guidebooks miss ! Courtyard view is not really accurate and a permanent blind hinders airflow but neighbours requested it. Highly recommend.

- Amihai (10/5): Terrific - This hotel was simply perfect, the breakfast was superb, and the staff were friendly, kind and efficient. The hotel is relatively new, so beds, furniture, bathroom etc are elegant and spotless.

- Sarah (10/5): - Fabulous little hotel. Our room very very quiet, lovely big towels, nice toiletries, very clean and friendly staff. We chose a room with a ‘courtyard’ view, this was a mistake. There was no courtyard, just a wall! However we didn’t mind this, we hated the huge outside blind which obscured the view of the wall, but also meant there was very little natural light in the room. Apart from this is was a perfect little hotel.

Shower cap. Slippers. Mini fridge. Safe. Highest quality. WOW!! Clean and perfect. Breakfast is excellent with hot meal options and cold cuts. The staff are so professional and friendly. Nothing too much to ask. I would highly recommend you to try this hotel. Shout out to Inigo & Facundo at reception. Very welcoming. Would definitely come back again.

- Danielle (8/5): - Gorgeous modern hotel staff where lovely, plenty of room good choice for breakfast and good location. Literally the only downside was how dark it is. We had no windows for any kind of natural light and the same in the lobby so you literally can’t tell if it’s night or day until you go outside

Every day when we returned from exploring our bed (which was very comfy) was remade impeccably! Decor throughout hotel had attention to detail in finishes & is stylish & classy. Extremely kind & helpful staff. A short walk to tram / bus stop. Various bars / restaurants, cafes & shops all just a stones throw away. Would definitely highly recommend staying here when visiting Bilbao & surrounding places. *****

Lo mejor de la habitación ha sido sin duda la comodidad de la cama y lo reconfortante de una buena ducha. Por otro lado cabe destacar la originalidad del lavabo y el diseño que lo hace muy singular.
