• Chloe (10/5): - This was in a good location and was a nice sized apartment! I had to walk up 5 flights of stairs multiple times a day because there was no elevator
• Izzat (9/5): Happy to stay for 7 days here - The place is very near to the train station. Every night you can easily go to Dotonbori for eating & shopping. The room's space also fits couples. The room was okay and had everything we needed. However, the wall paint and room design made the room look a bit less clean than it probably was. A small refresh or brighter color might make the space feel cleaner and more inviting. I hope that the hotel's owner will consider redesigning the room.
• Natan (3/5): - Good location. The apartment is on the 5th floor with no elevator. It’s a very basic unit. The bathroom is extremely small and barely usable for showering. Pest control is needed due to cockroaches.

• Amber (7/5): Good place to stay - The room was a bit larger than other accomodation we had stayed in previously. location was great, nice and central, and easy walk to dotonbori. Around the corner from denden. the room was also illuminated at night with blue lights like stars which was a beautiful surprise There is stairs which proved difficult with large suitcases, but that was our own fault, shower facility could use a shower curtain to prevent water from spraying everywhere.

• Opal (7/5): Good - It was a very good location. The shower have NO curtains and when you shower EVERYTHING will be wet. And also there is NO elevator and it’s really hard to get up stairs with luggage.

• Anil (8/5): It was quiet facility without any disturbances. Also, it was near to Namba train station. - Location was great. The room was optimal with good basic facilities. The toiletries were adequate. The room was clean, but the washroom was standard. The only irritation was that the facility did not have a lift and our room was located on the 5th floor, We had to travel 4 flights of stairs to get to the room. Their facility is only located on the 5th floor and the building had no elevater.
• Nuno (4/5): Subpar - location was great there was an issue with the hot water and, although they came to the property to fix it on the same day, they came without warning and at 10:30pm. The apartment seemed old and a bit lacking in maintenance and the stairs/common areas even more so. The TV had no working tv channels and the chromecast controller didn't work for some reason. The way the sewage was setup made it so that when you unplugged the bathtub, more than half the bathroom would "flood" until the water of the tub was fully drained. There was also no bath curtain so whenever we took a shower it was near impossible not to sprinkle the floor. A single set of towels was provided for the whole 7 days we stayed which I think is a bit lacking since the bath towels weren't particularly big and the whole wet bathroom floor issue made it worse. The wifi was ok but definitely not great.

• Vladislav (9/5): Superb - Very close to the all-you-need things: metro, shops, restaurants. Useful no-key system. Rather much rules in home guidance ended with “you have to pay if not”. But in general everything is alright
