Jay (8/5): Lovely staff and facility $$ - Friendly staff, very clean, daily room cleaning, restaurant on site. Impressive structures. Not a great value. This facility was obviously designed as an event center. The hotel function seemed secondary. At this price point I would expect more refined accouterments. The only napkins in the quote pricy restaurant were paper drink napkins. The access road is so steep it is intimidating.

Klebiana (8/5): Pousada linda e boa, porém ainda em fase de acabamento, precisa ajustar alguns detalhes. - Piscina aquecida, café da manhã maravilhoso, beleza e localização. No local do café da amanhã poderia ter um insufilme claro nas janelas que barre um pouco o calor do sol no bar, por que fica extremamente quente e desconfortável, ainda está em fase de acabamento, pouca variedade de espumantes e vinhos, e a noite o bar fecha bem cedo.

Maria (8/5): Esperava mais - A pousada é linda e tem uma bela vista da Pedra Azul, cafe da manhã gostoso e bem feito, funcionários resolutivos e educados, roupa de cama de qualidade e banheiro grande. Internet boa funcionava super bem. O quarto é muito pequeno, pelo valor cobrado deveria ser maior, nao fica confortável, porque não tem lugar para colocar as malas, fica tudo no improviso, o fato de aceitar pet nos andares superiores foi desagradável, pois teve uma situação de uma hospede levar 2 pets e deixaram eles sozinhos no quarto, eles latiam muito e no desespero arranhavam a porta e devido a acústica não ser boa, fui acordada logo cedo com essa situação e também ocorreu na noite anterior. Para acessar o hotel tem uma ladeira íngreme e a noite essa parte da rua e do acesso a pousada não é iluminada, creio que isso é um ponto de atenção para a pousada pois, qualquer vacilo na direção o carro rola "morro abaixo".

dos Santos Fonseca (8/5): - O espaço é muito bom e de muito bom gosto, porém o anúncio não informa que a piscina era aquecida e só descobrimos no local e por este motivo não fomos preparados para uso, pois a região é muito fria e imaginavamos que a piscina estaria muito gelada. Além disso tinha um grupo de amigos de aproximadamente 8 pessoas na piscina. Esse grupo sozinho já tinha ocupado o espaço todo da piscina de tão pequena que era. O café da manhã deixou muito a desejar. Pouca variedade e na divulgação no booking falava em 3 opções de café (la carte, colonial e self service). Não tinha nada de colonial e somente self service e com pouquíssima variedade.

SOLANGE (9/5): - A pousada é muito bonita, visual privilegiado da cidade e da famosa Pedra do Lagarto e os funcionários extremamente educados, competentes e simpáticos. Do acesso. A subida é muito íngreme, a localização permite q vc caminhe a pé pela cidade, mas a subida é extremamente íngreme o que dificulta o acesso à pé.
