- Anne (3/5): Poor - Quiet area. Bird life. Lake. Bed comfortable. Security lighting difficult if on. Access via pin pad difficult. Absence of curtains/blinds in lounge with blinds only in bedroom. Absence of wardrobe in 2nd bedroom and lack of cupboard space in 1st bedroom. Parking should be on a hard dry surface not muddy grass. Access was difficult and dangerous at night when the lights did not come on. On one occasion no light at the bottom of stairs and had to be half way up stairs before upper lights came on. Only one side access walkable when it rained as the other side flooded. No free TV access to major channels. No manuals on appliances i.e. fridge, stove, microwave. Bad position for storing vacuum cleaner next to dining table as difficult to access seating without bumping the vacuum on the wall.

Clean and well equipped kitchen, clean toilet.
Very comfortable lounge and dining area.
Large balcony with outdoors dining table, chairs and sun beds. The two bedrooms are extremely small with little room to access the bed and no wardrobes to put your clothes in.
Bedroom windows have not been cleaned for a long time and some could not be kept open (broken mechanism).
The balcony tiles, table and chairs were covered with dirt and leaves, so we had to hose them before using them.
The BBQ on the balcony was not clean and wasn’t fit for the purpose.
- Mark (10/5): A perfect place to unwind. Best sleep ever. - Gorgeous outlook. Brilliant fireplace. Modern kitchen. Great welcome instructions. Easy fix stuff. It’s a great place. Back stairs lights non operational. Needs a new motion sensor light. No side path lights either. Needs hanging space in Front room. Bedroom doors should be solid.
