- Victor Novozhilov (9/5): Wonderful stay in the living area of Dahab - It was best place to stay in Dahab. Nice location not far from main road and 5 min walk from the coast. Area is quite and clean. Great swimming pool. Some playground for kids. Good variety of food in main bar. And very good service. For those who does regular workouts there is a gym in one of buildings, all included. The price vs quality is very balanced. Thank you! Recommend this place for couples and families. Only one small thing was not really perfect - poor breakfast. But they gladly collected our opinions and promised to improve. And we did not have dining table in our rooms.

- Anna (8/5): Finally a clean, modern , quiet and cozy place in Egypt - Spacious, clean, modernly furnished and equipped apartments. Located within 15-minute walk from the promenade, thanks to which you will appreciate space and quiet. Located in a complex of a few houses placed around green area and a swimming pool. There are around 4-5 apartments in each house, which gives you tranquility and privacy. Good sound insulation. Each apartment is equipped with a fridge, microwave, a couple of plates, mugs and cutlery. Our apartment had a living room, bedroom, kitchen annex and a spacious bathroom. Finally western standards and a cozy place. We tried to book directly, however, during our stay the price offered through booking.com was lower thanks to Genius discounts and mobile only pricing. In the evenings you can enjoy a movie night in a dedicated tent. Staff (Alaa and Yasr) were helpful and accommodating. We were allowed early check-in and late check-out with no extra fees.. Good value for money. Breakfast is simple, we’ve had both better and less sophisticated in Egypt: foul, hard-boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, fried aubergine, white cheese with cucumber, Egyptian pastries, flat bread, yoghurt. It is served by the pool. Cleaning service available upon request by WhatsApp message

- László (5/5): one of the best apartment in Dahab compared to others, but still far away from the good..... - The apartment was basically clean, however we found a dead cockroach when we arrived. The breakfast is okay, but every day it is the same. Coffee is not inclued in the price of the breakfast. you need to pay 65 EGP p coffee. The half eyed cats are very disgusting around the breakfast table They dont provide too much toilet paper, only two roll, for 4 person. We had to ask every day, and they only gave us 2 rolls. There was no cooking equipment however it was on booking. There was no microwave oven as well. There was a kettle but it is very slowly, to boil 0.7 L water takes 45 minutes.... There is no internet in the evenings, only in the mornings.

- Ahmed (10/5): - Unbeatable value in Dahab! Staff were gems, location spot‑on: 10 mins to the mosque, 5 mins to great food, 2 mins to groceries, and a short stroll to the beach. Quiet, secure, and perfect for chilling. Breakfast hit the spot, pool was decent, rooftop views were wow. Rooms comfy, beds snooze‑approved, kitchen fine. We smashed the table tennis but ignored the PlayStation—though a pool table would’ve been the cherry on top! Three adults, all smiles. Would happily stay again.
- Ahmed (10/5): - This place is the definition of value for money in Dahab. The staff are excellent—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The location couldn’t be better: less than 10 minutes’ walk to the mosque, 5 minutes to great food spots, 2 minutes to the grocery shop, and just a short stroll to the beachfront. Accommodation is spacious and comfortable, with quiet surroundings and 24/7 security that make it ideal for peaceful relaxation. Breakfast was consistently good, the pool a decent size, and the rooftop views absolutely stunning. The lounge and bedrooms were roomy, beds super comfortable, and the kitchen area perfectly functional. We had fun with the table tennis (PlayStation stayed untouched), though a pool table would be the cherry on top! All in all, this is unbeatable for value in Dahab—we loved it so much we even changed our itinerary to stay here again instead of Sharm. Three adults, all smiles, and we’d happily return for round three.

- Attila (6/5): A fair piece of Arabic hospitality - Spacious family room and a nice pool. Breakfast is ok, they prepare your eggs. Optimal for Arabic guests. The room smelled of tobacco smoke. They can't grant you a non-smoking room as there are no smoke detectors in the room. There is a hidden switch in the kitchen not labeled, where you can accidentally turn of the boiler, so no warm water until you figure out what is the issue. WiFi is separate for each room, took 2 days until they sent us the right pw.

- Bruce (3/5): The music drove me nuts. - The staff were friendly The grounds were very well kept, clean and nicely landscaped The apartment was clean and roomy. I scored this low because of the music that blasted loud all day at the pool in the middle of the units. It was not possible to read a book by the pool or on the balcony. This was a shame because the bar and pool area was nice. Even with the doors shut, the music, particularly the bass, pounded in the back bedroom. We avoided the hotel after breakfast until dusk. I would not recommend the hotel because of this. Other smaller things: no bed side lamps, no floor towel or mat in the bathroom, no hand towels, no pots for the oven, no microwave, no comfortable chairs on the balcony, only 2 chairs at the table for 4 beds, sharp broken and loose tiles in the shower surround.

- Magdi Ka. (8/5): Good Value for the Price - My recent stay at this hotel with my wife and two children 2 & 6 was a very pleasant experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive, both before and during my stay. They quickly responded to my pre-trip inquiries and were prompt in bringing extra amenities to the room. The hotel's grounds, including the garden and pool area, were beautiful and very clean. I also appreciated their attention to guest comfort during breakfast. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and fast. The apartment I stayed in had two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There was also a living room with a sofa, and a small kitchenette equipped with a medium-sized fridge, microwave, and water heater. The bathroom was simple and functional. Breakfast was a small but comprehensive open buffet of simple Egyptian dishes, covering all the essentials. The pool was also a major highlight—it was very lovely. The hotel's location is excellent. There is a supermarket right next door with a very honest and polite owner, a pharmacy just a 3-minute walk away, and a Banque du Caire branch 5 minutes away, which was convenient for exchanging currency from 5 PM to 9 PM. The tourist promenade is also only a 13-minute walk from the hotel. Bathroom: The bathroom was very basic and unappealing. There was no space to put any toiletries like shaving kits, toothbrushes, or makeup. When showering, water would splash all over the bathroom floor as there was no shower curtain. This caused water to collect around the toilet, and there was no drain to let it out, which made using the bathroom quite uncomfortable. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi connection was relatively weak and on one day, it was completely out of service.
- YannickFremiot (10/5): Un petit coin de paradis à Dahab 🔥 - Très jolie et paisible résidence dans un cadre verdoyant 👌l'emplacement est parfait à proximité du centre ville et de la plage tout en restant relativement calme 🙂 La magnifique piscine est très très propre et l'ensemble du personnel très serviable et fort sympathique. Le logement était spacieux, propre et la literie très confortable 👍 Très bon petit déjeuner/buffet varié proposé chaque matin au bord de la piscine. On s'y sent comme à la maison... et Zika, la mascotte des lieux, ne manque pas non plus de nous saluer chaque jour ☺️ Il manque quelques détails importants qui rendraient le logement bien plus agréable : des lampes de chevet dans la chambre ; quelques verres et plus de vaisselle dans la cuisine et de quoi essuyer la vaisselle ; une petite table sur le balcon. Idem pour la salle de bain, étant donné que la bouche d'évacuation se trouve derrière les toilettes, un rideau de douche serait nécessaire car il est impossible de bien racler l'eau avec cette évacuation qui aurait dû être au centre de la pièce. De petits détails, sinon c'est parfait 😉

Amazing staff, everyone is smiling and doing their best to make you comfortable. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed and whatever extra thing you need, the staff will do their best to provide it The only issue I faced was that I didn't get the same apartment I booked, I got a different one with one less bed, because the one I booked was given to someone else, but to be honest the staff did everything to accommodate me and my family and showed me different available apartments until I was satisfied. So I want to thank everyone in blue residence for their amazing service My stay only cost about 8500 egp for 3 nights, so it was a great value for money Nothing really

- Alexey (8/5): Very good - Beautiful, well-kept territory, quite a large swimming pool, spacious apartments. There is a cafe on the territory of the residence where you can eat very tasty. Quiet, as there are no major transport highways nearby. Convenient location: 2 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket, 5 minutes to the central street, where there are many restaurants, cafes and shops. Internet via WiFe is of very low quality. Probably there are no fiber-optic networks in Dahab yet. Low speed, poor coverage of the residence territory. It is better to immediately buy a local SIM card - Vodafon office is 10 minutes away by foot. The staff is very friendly and polite, but they respond to requests very slowly. It took 2 days to get an additional set of bed linen, 3 days to clear a blockage in the sink in the bathroom. You need to be persistent and then requests will be fulfilled faster.

Tasty breakfast. I understand that this hotel is new and still in process of improving. My apartment has a some things to do with comfort. For example there are wires but absent spot lights on the side of the bed and in the bathroom. But on the other side there are some elements are already broken like electric outlet in living room or towel holder in bathroom or inner door in the fridge. There is kitchen furniture but no cooking hot plate (only micro oven) . There was no ceramic cups and dishes no forks and spoons. Only few plastic :( but they supplied us on request. Also there are no place to hang the clothes at the entrance so I suggest them to set clothes hanger or at least hooks on the door.
- Lama (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location and beautiful rooms. Very spacious and clean rooms and even the outside of the buildings looked so good that we wanted to spend all our time by the pool. The location is right between the Lagoona and Dahab walkway areas, which we found was perfect. If you don't like to walk, you can always rent a bike for a quicker way, but the walk is not long at all in our opinions. Staff was very helpful, respectful and friendly. There were guards 24/7 to ensure safety and privacy. When we forgot a few items, they immediately helped ship them to us to Cairo. Breakfast had so much variety we tried everything and loved it all! Thank you to Mr. Ahmad and all staff for the beautiful and amazing stay. We truly enjoyed it and will 100% come back again!!! Pool closed at night, but it isn't problematic in our opinion.

Great value Option for mid budget and also great for long term stays and work stays eg as digital nomads. Ahmed is super helpful with everything and it is quiet and totally safe. I enjoyed m stay there a lot!!

- Sarah (9/5): Great find in Dahab! - The pool area is clean and well maintained. The poolside bar serves good food throughout the day and fresh juices. The air-conditioning is very good and the beds are comfortable. It is only a ten minute walk to the main shopping strip. You can get a taxi very easily outside. There is a pizza and chicken restaurant very close by. There is a German bakery, and a juice bar is about a 5 minute walk and a supermarket 2 minutes. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay again! The breakfast wasn't to our taste, but that was a personal preference.
