• JIN (8/5): - 清潔でアメニティも揃っていて良かったです。 大雪だったこともあり東4丁目は遠い。体力削られまくりました。 洗ったあとの食器を干す場所があれば洗いやすくなるかと。
• Tek Jin (10/5): Great Rental Apartment - Location is pretty good. Whilst at first glance, it might seem a bit off the grid, but then you come to the realization that it's pretty "strategically" positioned - 5 minutes walk to Nijo morning market, and then just a stone's throw away from the arcade walks, afterwards you arrive just at.the junction of Susikino. The apartment itself is pretty well furnished and stocked. Washing machine, kitchenette, kitchen wares and the general creature comforts of hair dryer, towels etc. all there for your convenience. The thing I liked the most was the fact that the apartment building was flanked by 2 aeon mybasket convenience stores, a 7-eleven and a takeaway Pizza Hut outlet. Only hiccup was that the washing machine broke down prior to my stay, but the staff were swift to respond and swapped in a working one a short while after my check-in. 10/10 attention and service. Nothing.

Machine à laver dans le logement. Personnel réactif Il faudrait veiller à mieux équiper la cuisine. Il n'y avait que 2 petites assiettes, en plastique et très usées.... Une seule petite casserole en très piteux état également.

• yumiji3156 (8/5): - 必要十分な広さ。 洗濯機があるのは長期滞在にありがたい。 キッチンは必要最小限の設備。 二条市場が近いため、新鮮な魚貝を調理して食べました。 近場にマイバスケット、セブンイレブン、セイコーマートあり。 駅やバス停からは遠いものの、タクシーは1～2分で来てくれます。 ユニットバス。 お風呂と洗い場、お手洗いが分かれていたら完璧でした。
• UNdrevna (8/5): - Very convenient location - close to the center, 10 minutes walk to the TV tower. You can also walk to the shopping street, the Factory shopping center, the Beer Museum, Susukino, and other major tourist attractions. The bed is very comfortable. The apartment is quiet, and you can always get a good night's sleep. There was cigarettes smell when we cheched-in. The furniture and plastic in the interior already look old, and the sofa needs to be updated.

• Miyata (4/5): いまいち。長期滞在者にはよいかも。 - 必要なものはそろっていた ・まず、民泊とは思っていなかったので、ホテルではなく、普通のマンションでびっくりした。KIZAYA Sapporoの表示もなく、最初見つけられなかった。 困ることはなかったが、無人なので、鍵が開けられなかった時はどうしたらよいのだろう？と不安になった。解錠情報と共に、困った時の電話連絡先も教えて欲しい。 ・駅から遠く、近くにレストランがない。

• Kristyn (7/5): Affordable basic stay - Pros: Value, walking distance to city center, but still far enough to feel peaceful and get rest, blackout curtains, clean, washing machine included, clear check in instructions, basic supplies provided, comfortable bed, fridge size Cons: Small apartment, no dining table, couch is uncomfortable and full of stains, very minimal kitchen supplies (one pan, one pot, only small bowls), not enough hangers, no bidet, shower room is a wet room (no curtain to prevent water from going on floor), outdated (e.g. rusty sink drains), no lid on the garbage (to stop smells). Also, the amount of information and general instructions I received in advance was a bit too much to read, more than any other place I’ve stayed

• Cheuk (8/5): Very good - Many beds for family members Close to shopping area but quiet enough for sleeping. Some smell in the building lobby, acceptable. The apartment itself is totally fine.

• Irena (5/5): Passable - We had enough space to sleep. When we came the place wasn't cleaned and it was a shock for us when we entered with garbage in the room and not clean beds. The host responded and came quickly. We agreed that they clean in the following two-three hours, what they did. Some kind of compensation for this mistake and negative experience could have been offered but it wasn't.
