• Sven (1/5): - Die Lage, zentral. Haus im miserablen Zustand. In der Wohnung bröckelt der Putz von der Decke. Die Wohnung stinkt muffig und alt. Übergardinen teilweise gar nicht vorhanden und wenn, gehen sie nicht über das ganze Fenster. Zugang zur Wohnung katastrophal, Treppenhaus und eine Tür, die fast auseinander fällt. Aussicht sucht man vergeblich. Der Garten ist alles andere als Retro . Null gepflegt, total verwüstet und zugewachsen. Der Vermieter nervt mit anrufen und drängt auf eine positive Bewertung, alles andere interessiert ihn gar nicht.

• Gábor (5/5): - A tulajdonos nagyon jól beszél angolul, a lakás felszereltsége rendben volt, mindig volt szabad parkoló. A szoba és a fürdő között az előszoba puritansaga, a szoba berendezésének kora, a tulajdonos néha már túl sokszori megjelenése

• Libor (1/5): nejhorší ubytování, které jsem měl přes booking - předání apartmánu až v 18 hodin apartmán je zatuchlý nešli zavírat dveře
• Tomáš Kožnar (1/5): Pan majitel nekomunikuje, nevystavuje faktury, evidentně podniká na černo. - Zatuchlá, špinavá, podzemní kobka. Jinak to nelze nazvat.
• František (1/5): - Nepáčilo sa nám Byt sa nachádza v pivnici, čo v ponuke nie je uvedené, WC sa nachádza mimo izieb cez studenú chodbu so starými drevenými deravými dverami. Všade bolo cítiť príšernú stuchlinu , museli sme oprať aj cestovné tašky so všetkými vecami, čo sme tam mali, vrátane búnd. Bolo nám chladno, či v noci, či cez deň, u majiteľa sme sa museli dožadovať, aby zakúril aspoň na 22 stupňov. Toto ubytovanie neodporúčame nikomu.

• Peter (1/5): Pavoučí doupě - Jediná pozitívna vec bolo blízko centra 10min peši Apartmán s výhľadom do záhrady nie je ani apartmán ani s výhľadom do záhrady. Sú to dve zatuchnuté vlhké miestnosti v suteréne starého domu. Prírodná záhrada =zarastená zanedbaná 1m pred domom a džungľa za domom. Retro nábytok = úplne starý 60 ročný vysedený nábytok ktorý sa už bežne vyhadzuje. Jediná nová vec je lacná posteľ ktorá vrzgala pri každom pohybe. Keby som to nemal dopredu zaplatené tak by som tam druhu noc ani nespal. Chápem prečo je platba dopredu, lebo na mieste by toto málo kto zaplatil. Cena úplne neprimeraná stavu a pocitu ubytovania. Najviac ma rušilo okrem zatuchliny a vlhkosti ešte veľa pavúkov. Majiteľ na to reaguje tak že povie pavúkom aby nerušili hostí. Osobne by som sa také ubytonavie hanbil ponúkať.

• Kacimira (1/5): - Klid Smrad,stuchlina starého baráku, už od branky. Zahrada katastrofa, džungle a bordel. Nemít flašku vína, tak kašlu na zaplacení a jedu pryč. Vstávali jsme v 6h a jeli dál.

• Itai (6/5): A relatively affordable option in zonjomo, with a spacious room, and an equipped kitchen. - The location is great, walkable to the hospital (for which we came to znojmo) and also to the historic cetner. The Wifi was very slow, also with a signal amplifier that host provided. The room was musty, and there were ants.

• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - I recently stayed az Znojmo Holiday Aparment and from the moment of arrival until departure had a wonderful experience. The host was friendly and accommodating. (He speaks native level Czech & English so no communication issues.) The apartment itself is located on the lower level of a large family house and is quite spacious with easy access to the garden. The house is on a quiet street, a short walk from the center of town so was very convenient. All in all considering the price I felt this was excellent value and would book again when staying in Znojmo.
