• Vasic (4/5): - Sehr nette Nachbarn Nähe zum Bahnhof und Innenstadt Leider sieht es in der Realität nicht so gut aus Z.B. Fleckige Schonbezüge (alle), Tapeten fangen an sich abzulösen, da es eine Ferienwohnung ist, wurde hier schon länger nichts renoviert, Spülmaschine defekt Badezimmer müsste unbedingt renoviert werden Kücheneinrichtung nicht wertig und zu wenig Küchenutensilien Wer mal ein verlängertes Wochenende dort verbringen möchte, kann man buchen Aber für einen längeren Zeitraum meiner Meinung nach nicht wirklich komfortabel und würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen. Ich hatte einen Aufenthalt von 42 Tagen

• Pravin (6/5): Definitely recommended for family as well as business travelers. - Very good location to travel by metro , express trains U79 metro takes directly to Messe Dusseldorf . Clean room with all the facilities like kitchen , washing machine , micro wave , utensils .Flat is located on the ground floor which makes it excellent for enter and exit . Unable to use heaters as local authorities to start after 15th October . No lights in the ground floor passage of the building and outside the apartment.

• Nicolas (7/5): Logement propre et bien situé mais qui mériterait d’être mieux équipé - L'emplacement du logement proche de la gare (7/8 mn à pied) Le très bon dialogue avec Elena, qui a été très réactive quand nous avons eu un problème avec le volet Dans la cuisine il n'y a ni huile, sel, poivre, etc. Pas non plus de produit pour la machine à laver et le lave vaisselle (qui était en panne). Nous avons acheté une bouteille d'huile que nous avons laissé sur place L’appartement mériterait une décoration plus chaleureuse et plus personnalisée

• Janos (8/5): - Location in Duisburg is perfect. The apartment is spacious The coffee machine. The neighbour who smoked a joint just under the bathroom/kitchen window every single day filling the apartment with smoke.
• Dalia (9/5): Superb - The cleanliness is remarkable and noticeable in every little place in the apartment. The furniture is stylish and efficient. The apartment is well decorated and modern. It has almost everything you need to cook, rest, or even have a guest. The convertable sofas are easy to make and comfortable. The owner was generous to have the apartment equipped with paper, shampoo, wash soap, bath towels, lot of blankets and more.THERE IS NOTHING TO REPAIR IN THE APARTMENT!! Minor things like the cooking knife needs to be sharpened and the SCREEN TV should be in the living room not the kitchen.

• Roland (1/5): Terrible. I wish I never rented this apartment. - Lots of space. Good location. One morning I woke up and saw that the main door was wide open - which I closed the night before. I contacted the owner, she said there was some miscommunication and some workers came in in the middle of the night when I was sleeping. I said I do not feel safe anymore and I want to leave. I also wanted a refund. I booked for 4 weeks, stayed 1 week, I wanted a refund for 3 weeks. She put this question off for a long time and did not get any compensation. She kept the whole amount regardless that I stayed only 8 nights instead of 29. When I requested the refund again she started talking about her expenses like taxes and staff payment… I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Other things: the dishwasher is not working and the TV is in the kitchen instead of the bedroom.

• Nasir (10/5): Amazing place for families - Cleanness, spacious, easy to access, kitchen had everything including olive oil and spices.
• Mahir (7/5): Good - The flat was spacious and clean. There was no parking permit for us to use so we ended up getting a ticket as everywhere to park is permit holders only. We were not told this.... it would have been nice if there was a residence permit that we could have used.
• Canis (7/5): Good - Proximity of center (shop, restaurants, .....). Quiet , cleaness. Host easy to contact and answer very quickly. Not easy to park (no dedicated place) Not fit for family (3 kids) as only 2 single beds in bedroom and one double / one single in one other room.
