• Jonathan (10/5): Highly recommended. - We truly enjoyed our stay at the Annexe. The home was spotless and very comfortable. The hosts have included everything you need for your stay in the kitchen and wash. Although we didn't have time to sit on the back patio it looked comfortable and we would have enjoyed it. The location was easy to find, with easy entry. The host lives next door and welcomed us with a friendly smile. We would be glad to return and stay again. nothing to improve

The extras, like biscuits, bread, milk and cleaning materials, were much appreciated. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The history information about Eaglesham was very interesting. It was great to have easy parking. It was very useful to have washing machine instructions. A few more instructions would have been helpful, eg coffee maker and dryer.

The extra finishing touches go above and beyond previous properties that we have stayed in. Excellent quiet location and would definitely recommend.

Well equipped kitchen, with some essentials in the cupboard and milk in the fridge. The airfryer, coffee machine, and dishwasher were a bonus! Bifold doors leading to a lovely little garden, which was perfect in the sun. Loads of books, some games, and even some kids books and puzzles that our 3 year old enjoyed. 100% recommend to anyone needing to stay in the area. Nothing.

• Dayton_jg (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a really nice suburb of Glasgow - This was actually our third vacation to Scotland, so I did not need to visit Glasgow. Eaglesham is a very nice and quiet suburb which I knew when booking. I loved this place because you could easily see yourself living there. Two separate bedrooms and bathroom upstairs with living room and kitchen downstairs. There's even a small backyard with a grill and seating area if you need it! Separate washer and dryer (you don't see that often in Europe) located in the foyer entrance. Private parking right at the front door. Everything was immaculate, some snacks/coffee/tea provided, and it was very affordable. I messaged Tom through the booking.com app and he was very responsive, and asked if it was possible for an early check-in and he obliged. Since I bought Morrissey tickets for the O2 Academy after booking this place, we decided to take the 4A Bus there for the show. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk from the apartment, took about 45 minutes and only cost 5.60 GBP each for an open return. There's even a nice yarn shop right around the corner (Orry Mill). It was all perfect really.

The house had all modern conveniences, great facilities and was tastefully furnished. The location was excellent and a great base for exploring. We had an excellent stay and look forward to visiting again.

• Rob (9/5): I definitely recommend the place, clean, everything worked and a splendid little haven. - The hosts were attentive to our needs before we came, answering any queries very quickly. The place was spotless and a good place to chill out having 2 double bedrooms upstairs and a living room/ kitchen. Lots of facilities including a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. We felt quite at home and had total privacy. Easy to find and the Swann Inn nearby was excellent for dinner. The only thing I found was the bed was a bit soft and pillows too hard. My wife and son did not have any complaints though. My back is very sensitive, so I think normal backs would be fine.

• Lyndsey (10/5): Excellent stay - The house is fantastic. My husband and I stayed with our 3 year old when we were across from Ireland visiting family and it was perfect. The downstairs is very comfy and spacious and the house was lovely and warm for us arriving. Bedrooms are great with lots of storage space. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. The location was perfect for us and is very handy for the motorway with local shops a minutes walk away. The host was very helpful and we were able to check in early and check out a bit later as well. There is a brilliant garden space which would be ideal on a sunny day. We will be rebooking in future when we're back visiting family and friends. No complaints at all

• Tarmo (10/5): Great host, modern facilities in pleasant village setting. - We stayed at Tom’s property while attending The Open golf in Troon. Location was great, easy drive to the coast but could also get public transport to Glasgow. Facilities were great and was good to be able to prepare home cooked meal. Hosts were welcoming and happy to help when needed.

• Bryangw (10/5): Superb comfortable apartment 👌 - Lovely clean, comfortable accommodation. Well-appointed for our 2 night stay. The location was good for exploring the greater Glasgow area. A short stroll to the local shops and eateries. We enjoyed a delicious, well priced dinner at the Swan Inn, about a 9 minute walk from the Annexe. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. Parking right in front of the Annexe front door was a bonus. The very weak shower water pressure.

If bring picky I would say the only two things that the owner might want you to look at as below Lighter tog quilt would be good Netflix pin to be able to watch 15 and 18 rated films As I said above picky things will not distract from this lovely accommodation

• Kirsty (10/5): It’s was very close to my sister, everything suited our needs , during our stay, definitely stay aga - My sister lives in the location, so staying in the Annex was perfect So friendly and accommodating,lovely people to chat too,I live In Australia,visiting my sister due a family circumstance, I will recommend the accommodation to people who are looking for a place to stay There is a bus route,nearby shops,and access to train stations.

• Stephen (10/5): I would t hesitate in booking this property again. Excellent. - Ideally located in the conservation village with good access to Glasgow or the coast. The property is modern , show room standard, spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you need. Convenience shops very close by for supplies and a great couple of pubs in the village too. There is nothing not to like.

• Mandy (10/5): Realaxing stay - We had all facilities needed for self catering,it was spotless ,even an air fryer and coffee machine.House was in a great location quiet and only short distance to great shopping in Silverburn , great shopping all under one roof and all on the flat,also getting to centre of Glasgow easy as well.We had a event booked at the Armadillo and this is a great place to stay for the Ovo Hydro .We have friends who stay 10 minutes away and they told me this was a nice area and also some small shops a very short stroll away.This is a very well equipped house with a lovely patio and garden for your own personal use also.Owners Tom and Karen are a lovely couple who have taken pride in their accommodation.
