• Carolina (5/5): Dececionante - Localização Falta de limpeza em toda a casa, recipientes do gel de banho e shampoo vazios, casa com péssimo isolamento sendo que as janelas da varandas não fechavam completamente. Depois das primeiras 24h, deixamos de ter água quente, a televisão a na funcionava, sem espaço para arrumação.

• Kuba (4/5): - Lokalizacja i bliskość do metra Obiekt brudny, w momencie zameldowania nie było posprzątane, nie była zmieniona pościel, były porozrzucane ręczniki. Musieliśmy czekać ponad godzinę żeby móc już w spokoju odpocząć po podróży. Całe szczęście obsługa sprzątająca dotarła szybko po zgłoszeniu. Przydałby się jakiś ostrzejszy nóż żeby móc przygotować jakieś jedzenie.
• JOSE MIGUEL (8/5): - Ubicación y camas El tostador no funcionaba. La televisión no funcionaba; llamamos para que lo arreglarán y nos dijeron que iban a venir. No nos llamó nadie El menaje era muy corto, ni para tres personas
• Cristina (7/5): - La ubicación es perfecta Las camas cómodas y la calefacción a pesar de los cristales finos se mantenía la temperatura muy bien. Repetiría. La tostadora estaba estropeada y la maneta de una de las habitaciones se caía. Falta armario aunque afortunadamente teníamos poca cosa .
• Iria (5/5): - Lo mejor del apartamento la ubicación, tiene le metro enfrente la puerta de entrada y es muy cómodo llegar. Tiene bares, supermercado, panaderías y otros servicios cerca. Las preguntas al anfitrión fueron contestadas al momento. Ruido exterior, instalaciones del edificio, puertas, ventanas contras bastante viejas. n la puerta de enfrente nos tocó fiesta hasta las tantas y en general en el edificio bastante ruido. Dentro del apartamento había lo esencial, echamos en falta gel de baño que tenía los botes vacios, utensilios de limpieza como estropajo, balletas etc.... El anfitrión resolvío las dudas al momento, pero a la hora de salir llegamos a por las maletas y el código estaba cambiado porque la hora de salida era a las 11.00h y llegamos a las 11.10h y con un poco de fuerza la puerta de entrada al piso abrió sin código ni llave lo que nos llevó a pensar que no era nada seguro dejar dentro cosas de valor y personales.

• Franklyn (4/5): No very helpful - The location was perfect It was dirty, (long hairs on floors and couch ) no gel shower. And no very helpful when I arrived and I asked for help as the taxi left me in the wrong area and I was a little lost

• Farshad (1/5): Do not recommend - "The Apartment was in poor condition. There was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the building, especially coming from the bathroom, which made the stay uncomfortable. The access to the hotel felt unsafe, with poor lighting and a generally run-down appearance. The staircase was in terrible shape-worn, uneven steps and loose railings made it feel dangerous to use. booked for 5 nights but Stayed only one night and very noisy during the night .old wooden windows which not possible to close properly. Not able to sleep .Had to look for another apartment.From photo looks big but in reality not .Very small apartment.
• Anna (7/5): ir general it was good, but some things were missing - kitchen towels, hand soap, wifi. - There is a good grocery store near the location. The distance to the Prado and the main streets is easily accessible wifi - there wasn't. Please note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor and the windows face the metro station, so it is noisy. It was not possible to contact the owner regarding the possibility of leaving your suitcases for a few hours longer after check-out.

• Sharon (6/5): Pleasant - It was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Staff were friendly and responsive. There was no shower door and the shower was leaking badly. When we let the staff know they came to fix the leak and apologised for the shower door, which previous people had broken, but we weren’t offered reduction in rate. The property is not sound proofed and was very noisy & much smaller than it looks in the photos.
• Onno (8/5): clean, good value - clean, everything worked even in winter with windows and shutters closed, a bit loud with noise from the streets. weekend stay though, probably better during weeknights
