• Hanni (5/5): Schöne Wohnung , Service lässt zu Wünschen. - Die Lage ist gut. Die Wohnung ist großzügig. Leider hat sich der Vermieter mit dem Zugangscode erst nach 1,5 Stunden gemeldet. Telefonisch war er nicht erreichbar. Wir mussten ihn via Bookong.com anschreiben. Erst dann hat den Zugangscode geschickt. Die Wohnung war zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch immer nicht geputzt. Beim Putzen wurde z.B. die Küche nicht gründlich geputzt. Der Bettbezug musste von uns nochmal im Trockner getrocknet werden, da er noch feucht war. Wir waren zu dritt, es wurden aber nur zwei Kopfkissen bezogen. Für das dritte Kopfkissen gab es kein Bezug. Dieser wurde trotz Mail an den Vermieter nicht geliefert. Da hat er nicht mehr reagiert. Es gibt einen großzügigen Balkon, leider aber keine Sitzmöglichkeiten. In der Dusche liegt das Wasser sehr schlecht ab.
• Alexandra (1/5): Vorsicht Abzocke!!! Nicht buchen!!! - Nichts hat uns gefallen! Wir sind im Zug auf dem Weg nach Luxemburg 2 Stunden vor Ankunft informiert worden, dass eins von 2 gebuchten Apartments wegen technischer Probleme nicht verfügbar ist! Wir haben nach Rücksprache mit booking.com kurzfristig was Neues gebucht , was toll war! Im Vorfeld hatte ich sowohl mit der Unterkunft als auch mit booking.com kommuniziert, dass die vorherigen Rezensionen genau darauf hinwiesen - die Unterkunft hat mich mit Floskeln abgewimmelt - booking.com war telefonisch sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Wir erwarten jetzt, das Geld erstattet zu bekommen! Ganz klare Warnung vor diesem Vermieter!!!
• Amelie (1/5): SCAM- they put you 2h before in alternative accommodations in an unsafe neighborhood - We got a place to stay even though it wasn't what we booked. They called us 2h before check in to tell us BOTH flats simultaneously got leaks and cannot be rented out after we had booked both. We were separated in different accommodations that were next to rue de Strasbourg, which is very unsafe, and we're harassed during the day and didn't feel safe at night. DO NOT BOOK, RUN!
• Amarins (1/5): I am very dissatisfied with this booking. Do not trust this host! - Nothing. I am very dissatisfied with this booking. Do not trust this host! I booked this some time ago and I was told by the host on the day I was already on my way to Luxembourg that there were “technical issues”. We got the location of another apartment where we could stay in, but this apartment was a lot worse than we booked, the apartment was dirty and had fewer beds than what we had booked. There were even tramps sleeping in front of the door, which made me feel very unsafe. I had to contact the host myself every time, he only responded when I asked if they could give an update, which makes me not trust that there was actually a technical issue going on. I also saw another review via Booking.com where this happened to other people as well.

• Maik (8/5): It was nice but the communication was quite one-sided. - The apartment is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Unfortunately, we did not manage to turn off the ventilation system which was very loud. When we tried to contact our host we didn‘t get any help, despite our friendly request. So, our nights were not quiet or peaceful.
• Evelien (1/5): Suspicious - Nothing Be careful with this host. The owner sent me very last minute (I was already in Luxemburg on my way to the flat) a message with another phone number to tell me that he can't rent the flat anymore to us due to technical issues. He asked me to cancel the flat myself but then of course I would not have my money back. He did not want to communicate through the official message function of booking, it was all very suspicious. We had to look for something else and then he just ghosted me. Eventually I made a complaint to the Booking help center. They were very helpful and in the end I saw my money back. Think twice when considering renting this flat!

• Heather (8/5): Nice place, good location, terrible check in instructions. - Modern, spacious, comfy, and close to the train station, restaurants, etc. The host sent us on a wild goose chase to get the keys for the apartment. It is literally in a random spot about a block away and the instructions and picture provided were very vague and unclear. Then the instructions for entering the apartment itself was to go to the specified floor of the property and use the key but they don’t tell you which apartment it is and none of the doors are labeled with numbers, letters, etc. The host needs to change the instructions to be clear and also consider moving the keys to the apartment to an area near the actual building.
