• Claudia (1/5): It's not fair to pay for such a dirty and uncomfortable place to stay. I'm very angry with the place. - The only nice of this holiday property was the view. This place in general is dirty, kitchen disgusting, bathroom full of mould, Laundry Room extremely nasty TERRIBLE dirty. Walls so bad, the kids bed wet as a dog pee. Kitchen utensils very unclean. Carpet and pillows have so bad smells. Spiders in all the rooms. Very bad cleaners and management to maintain this home in a good condition for the customers.
• Bhart (8/5): Great location and property- poor communication and maintenance - Location next to beach , big windows offering great views Communication was terrible - was told the morning of checkin in that I have to pay by bank transfer since they can’t deduct money from credit card which was used for booking at website No check in instructions provided, host was uncontactable by us or booking.com had to wait for more than an hour outside property to get code to access house keys. Basic things required for duration of stay like garbage bags or toilet tissues were missing
• Megan (8/5): Amazing view and size but basic otherwise for the cost - Great location. No supplies, no starter things like tea and coffee. No soap or shampoo. No hairdryer upstairs. Fourth ‘bedroom’ had beds but not great space for little kids as near front door downstairs.
• Skye-maree (10/5): Our stay was amazing, the property is stunning and my family will definitely be back. - The property is stunning and in a prime location. Michelle was lovely to deal with and was a bonus we could bring our fur babies Only thing we disliked were the couches, the seats were uncomfortable with what felt like tennis balls in the cushions
• Sharleene (6/5): Lovely View and enjoyable place to stay - Great View and great balcony for eating out on Nice New Kitchen Backyard Location so close to beach Beds and Linen, sheets were too worn with pill on them, beds saggy and old Lounges were not comfortable in loungeroom Not great utensils in kitchen, no sharp knives, graters or wisk Pots were worn and old, I did not cook in them, had to buy a frypan, Coffee Machine didnt work and dishwasher made sounds constantly
• Julie (7/5): Xmas family week. - We loved the views, the location and being so close to the beach. You can't beat the views. The kitchen was really well set up, plenty of china and utensils. The upstairs areas were lovely. The bathrooms were lovely. Overall, we loved being there, but there are issues that need to be addressed, given that we paid $5000.00 for a week. 1. The 1st impression, the front entrance was surrounded with cobwebs and grass cuttings caught in the cobwebs. I had to get a broom and sweep the walls and area around the front door. 2 . The lovely windows that you get the view from . Need a clean. 3. The front top deck, surrounded by cobwebs and dust, I had to broom off all the deck and windows, chairs and table. 4. The downstairs bedrooms, windows and blinds were really dirty. My son, actually cleaned his room before putting his stuff in his room. 5. The BBQ, is a rusted out filthy mess. We took one look and walked away from it.
• Marie (7/5): In general it was a good holidays . Michelle was really nice to communicate . - The view was amazing . The position of the house was fantastic. It would have been good to have aircon as it was a bit hot. The bed was not too comfortable.

• Gary (9/5): Loved the house and its location. Very comfortable and spacious with stunning views of the coastline. - Everything Small issue with the gas supply for the hot water.
• Hanna (5/5): Needs a good deep clean, amazing views. - The view was amazing. The location to Batemans Bay was great. The house has real potential to be an amazing holiday home. This house needs some love and attention. There was hair everywhere - in the bed and all over the bathroom. We had to remake the main bed because the sheets did not seem clean. Sliding door was really hard to move, blinds broken and or really dirty, bedroom heater didn't work, dust everywhere, downstairs was smelly, dishwasher but no tablets. I wanted to love this place, but I just couldn't, sorry.
